It could be very nice if they had renewd the air conditioning system which was making an awful sound all the time and especially throughout the night. Unfortunately we couldn’t ask for help from the staff who didn’t respond. It took them several days to understand we were two people in the room and didn’t need the sofa bed….

We checked super late. No parking. We checked into a filthy room. The floors were covered in dirt and oil. Oily foot prints were all over the tile. It was super slippery dirty black oil. I pointed it out to the bus boy and he really didn't care. He just took his $20 dollar tip and hit the road. I took a whit towel and wiped a 2 foot section of the floor. It walked back to the front desk and had to beg to be moved to another room and I am not kidding. After getting another room, Do you think that they should have offered to help move the luggage that I just tipped $20. No sir. The carpet in the halls looks 20 years old. This is the worst place that I have stayed in years. I didn't check a box above because I would never recommend this property to anyone.

The floors were filthy with grease and dirt. I almost slipped down when I stepped on the floor. Oily dirty foot prints were all over the floor in every room that had tile. Gross is the best way to describe it. I payed over $ 600.

Everything. Bad, poorly executed overpriced food, poorly made drinks, and an $18/day charge for parking, and it was impossible to find parking near your room. When we checked in, we were told the building number is right on the building, but what we weren’t told is that it can’t be seen from the car, we had to ask someone.
