Everything! We loved everything! The location was perfect The team were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the lounge / kitchen/space downstairs The room was fantastic and spacious and very very comfortable. Best accommodation in our 3 weeks on Europe by far

The hotel is barely 10 minutes' walk from the Haubtbahnhof, and also close to a couple different U-Bahn stations that make it easy to get all over Hamburg. The room itself was cozy and charming, with a writing desk and an armchair for reading. The TV worked fine, not always a given in hotels. The layout makes good use of the space. The hotel brings an imaginative flair to many small details, which made staying there a real pleasure. I'll definitely consider staying in other Henri hotels in other cities.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave after 3 nights!

The location was great, the room was very large, but facing the parking lot was a disadvantage. It is very close to the shopping street, the bed was very comfortable, and the coffee machine was of high quality. The parking lot is very narrow and it is bad that it is paid

Exceptional location, very nice hotel and friendly staff. Could not have chosen better location for my stay! Highly recommend if you want to live in heart of Hamburg, accessible public transport, super easy to get to and from the airport, 5 min walk to Neuer Wall, superb shopping location.

There are few stairs in the front doors which is inconvenient for big luggage.

Everything was satisfactory

Coffee and milk wasn’t supplied to the room after 1st day! When tea and coffee making facilities are available, I did expect coffee pods to be replenished for the duration of my stay. Disappointed.

Great location. Cozy rooms and nice lobby.

There is a stair from the street up to the lobby. A bit troublesome if you have heavy bags.

Location from the Hotel not far away from the central train station. Area not really clean and a lot of homeless people.

Lots of attention to detail, quiet location very close to the main station & U-Bahn, fantastic breakfast! There was also a great selection of fresh bites available around the clock and staff was very friendly.

The very welcoming staff and helpful manager made us feel at home. Lovely relaxed environment in the lounge and breakfast room. Unique to this hotel is its free evening supper provided for travellers who are just too tired to go out for a meal. Breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff always friendly. We loved the 1950’s-60’s decor! A real Hamburg feel and definitely value for money✅

Fantastic location, just spitting distance from the main shopping belt. Nicely appointed rooms with quirky and stylish decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. A very pleasant stay.

Will be great if either YouTube or Netflix or English satellite channels were available.
