Abend brot aka s light supper. Great when you really don't want to go out and have a heavy restaurant meal.

Nice location next to shopping street. Very comfortable beds. Staff are very pleasant. Spa is small but fun.

Bit odd that there were two duvets given for a couple staying. Terrible odor from shower when entering the room after check-in. Airco makes a lot of noice. Very expensive for what you get.

Excellent location, yummy breakfast and very friendly staff...... They offer free basic dinnner!!!!!!!

My only negativo point it's the noise from a construction site in front, but that is not fault of HENRI Hotel

Thoughtful touches such as good quality hairdryer, free water and coffee machine in room. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Honesty fridge of drinks if you get thirsty. Free bread & dips at 7pm each day. Great retro decor. 11.30 am check out, which is later than most places. Desk area in room to work from. Good water pressure too - a small thing but makes a huge difference.

Building site currently opposite the hotel.so noisy during the day but quiet from 6pm until.7am.

We liked everything about the property, the spacious rooms with attention to detail, the atmosphere, the super friendly staff and the awesome breakfast.

Most original and comfy hotel we’ve stayed in for a long long time. Countless clever design twists, the honesty kitchen and bar system, the faultless service .. excellent!

Brilliant location right in the centre in walking distance to central train station and main shopping mile with countless restaurants, yet super quiet nestled in side street. Beautiful breakfast and very homely setup. Fabulous beds and very spacious room.

It's a good location. Fairly priced, comfortable bed furnished, and delicious breakfast buffets.

We really liked everything about this hotel...all the little cute details were noted...it was a comfy bed with a comfy duvet and the room was spacious and bright with windows that opened to let in fresh air. The breakfast was reasonable priced and nice variety of food. Fresh warm break was available for an evening snack complimentary. The location was the best...close to the train station and shopping street. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit annoying that the tv channels were all in German...I do understand that would be the case...but seeing that English is an international language and many English speaking tourists...would have appreciated a few more channels in english...other than one Sky news channel from UK.

Really nice welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Well stocked kitchen - you can help yourself to a selection of drinks, salads, snacks. Lovely breakfast. Nicely decorated. Al round happy atmosphere!

Lovely rooms with pretty furnishings and room design. Comfortable beds. Lovely staff who were very helpful with everything we needed and were very kind with any issues we had. Great location right near central station. Not far to walk to other main sights like town hall, close to public transport. Okay breakfast.

There was no door to separate the main room and the bathroom which was very weird especially when staying with friends or family, luckily the shower is out of sight from the main room but meant anyone else had to stay put on the bed to not accidentally walk past while you are in the shower. Unfortunately also our room AC stopped working in the middle of the night, but the staff were kind when we let them know and can’t be helped but was a bit uncomfortable.

Great central location. Having a separate toilet was nice. Helpful, friendly staff.

Coffee machine was difficult to operate. No hair conditioner provided, but a sign saying go ask at reception and they would help out, however when I asked for conditioner, I wax charged 3 euros.

The style, everything was well thought-through, super friendly and competent staff, nice wines, a comfortable bed. Absolutely awesome!

I thought the carpet on the stairs in the hallway/entrance area was quite smelly. Sorry!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and available foods and drinks to buy during the day, which is quite handy. Nice design. You can also book their sauna and lounge space for 2 hrs, only for yourself. Very central location.

As a disabled traveller I was unaware of 10-12 steps at hotel entrance. Also construction work outside hotel meant difficulty being picked up and dropped off. Normally there is a disabled bay outside. Ended up having stand up argument in street with construction worker.

The wonderful staff were so helpful. You could not fault the location, so close to everything.

Henri hotel has a retro style. Everything is very nice. Good hot shower, good bed quality, nice room. Elevator is large and quick. Breakfast is very good. Location is excellent. Train station is walking distance. Strong wifi. Recommended hotel for HH.

There is a large construction project across the street (May 2024) which can be noisy during work hours. They only clean and makeup the room every other day, but if you ask they will do it everyday.

Everything! We loved everything! The location was perfect The team were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the lounge / kitchen/space downstairs The room was fantastic and spacious and very very comfortable. Best accommodation in our 3 weeks on Europe by far

The hotel is barely 10 minutes' walk from the Haubtbahnhof, and also close to a couple different U-Bahn stations that make it easy to get all over Hamburg. The room itself was cozy and charming, with a writing desk and an armchair for reading. The TV worked fine, not always a given in hotels. The layout makes good use of the space. The hotel brings an imaginative flair to many small details, which made staying there a real pleasure. I'll definitely consider staying in other Henri hotels in other cities.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave after 3 nights!

The location was great, the room was very large, but facing the parking lot was a disadvantage. It is very close to the shopping street, the bed was very comfortable, and the coffee machine was of high quality. The parking lot is very narrow and it is bad that it is paid

Exceptional location, very nice hotel and friendly staff. Could not have chosen better location for my stay! Highly recommend if you want to live in heart of Hamburg, accessible public transport, super easy to get to and from the airport, 5 min walk to Neuer Wall, superb shopping location.

Coffee and milk wasn’t supplied to the room after 1st day! When tea and coffee making facilities are available, I did expect coffee pods to be replenished for the duration of my stay. Disappointed.

Lots of attention to detail, quiet location very close to the main station & U-Bahn, fantastic breakfast! There was also a great selection of fresh bites available around the clock and staff was very friendly.
