25hours Hotel HafenCity, Hamburg

My favorite european network- this time i discovered Hamburg. A bit confusing when two hotels of the same name (but different room-capacity and format, although concept stays recognizable in whatever 25H) are 200m from each other, but still both are peals of Hafencity: Hafencity has more rooms and facilities within, while the other one has Neni-restaurant, bar that works till 2am (not an easy thing to find) and is a but more “boutique”).

Excellent Hotel

Only issue was kept hitting head on wooden overhang above bed.

My only complaint, the design means there is an overhang of the wall above the bed which I can’t imagine how many people must bang their head on (I did - twice)

Quirky and interesting hotel with a nautical theme and friendly staff.

Some ‘if onlys’ would’ve made it even more comfortable- If only the wifi worked for me on the 6th floor. If only there was a functional luggage rack. If only the music on the 1st floor wasn’t so loud. If only the chair was not a hard metal one. But I still loved the hotel.

The Style was fun and inviting.The Hotel was a good vibe.

Construction unfortunately direct across the street . Sleeping with an open window was not an option. A night cap with kool Music was missing to end the day. The Restaurant was ok.

It is in a much more stylish and safe place than other neighborhoods of the city. The design of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are flawless. The staff is friendly.

The hotel's entertainment facilities are less than other 25hours locations, but the record room is a great idea. I wish a little more attention was paid to the records

Beautiful, well designed hotel in the nice harbour district. Good place to start your journey in Hamburg. Very nice restaurants in the direct neighbourhood. Parking just under the hotel.

There are two locations of 25h hotels in the same street, so be aware.

Beautiful hotel, nice room. I love the sauna on the rooftop.

Friendly and helpful staff, quirky, fascinating decor. Excellent restaurant (Heimat), interesting local area convenient for Hauptbahnhof and Elbphilharmonie concert hall. Strongly recommended

Perfect size room for short stay. Clean modern / quirky room with great shower and toiletries. Fresh tasty breakfast with good selection. Great location for exploring. Friendly and helpful staff.

25h Hafencity truly is my home away from home

Hotel with sailors and fishing theme very nice and fun. Attention to detail. Friendly staff. Large and well organized room.

The whole thing was really good

The pillows were very uncomfortable and they have square shape which is unusual and uncomfortable

Great location in Hafencity / Elbphilharmonie, alternative but comfortable style, great breakfast and very friendly staff

No chance to park outside entrance to unload (if not using the garage), by now becoming quite expensive incl high charges for kids, beds definitely on the hard side

Rooms are great. The lifestyle experience is nice

The desk staff was not fully trained..even though extremely nice and helpfull, I was charged twice to my creditcard.. This was only resolved after.multiple email exchanges

The room was cozy and nicely decorated. Spacious and clean, good shower. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was also very good!

Construction work going on outside, loud in the morning and no nice view of the Harbour unfortunately. Also the temperature in the room was a bit hard to control, it was a little bit too warm and muggy.

Amazing staff, beautiful facility, amazing restaurant and breakfast, comfy beds. I will be staying here again next time in Hamburg! This hotel is absolutely wonderful and quirky.

It wasn't perfect but close to perfect just because the heater and internet didn't work at our room 6th floor, then they took us to the fifth floor and everything was working properly. Thank you so much.

Everything. We appreciate enormously with their excellent and kids-friendly services. We love the interiors and the perfectly comfortableness. The restaurant has outstanding quality cuisine. They made our family weekend complete. Looking forward to our next stay here!

the Bed was broken and also not the best quality, Restaurant was too small especially for Breakfast ,there was always a long queue

city center close to all attractions you could open the windows for air

the working space in room is a decoration element lacking water cooker and nespresso in room next door building work was loud very early in the morning

The location is superb, in the middle of Hafen City with no more than a 10 minutes walk to the different appointments, receptions and parties I had. It is an advantage that the building construction opposite of the Hotel at Überseeallee now seems to be taking place inside and no longer outside. It gives more peace in the early (for me early...) morning hours. The Crew at the reception - and that I experience every time again when I stay at the 25 Hours Hotel - is very friendly and offers assistance and help where requested. I definitely recommend a stay at the 25 Hours Hotel

Everything was beyond our expectations. First of all they changed the type of our room with no extra cost. The room was spotless, shower was perfect with hot water, safe and central location which was 10 mins of walking distance to the landmarks of the city and last but not least the STAFF. They were the best I've ever encountered especially the girl with glasses was so friendly and helpful to us, handled every requests of mine related to the billing for my company. The hotel was full of details which made us feel like home. From now, I'll search for 25hours in any of my future trips at the first place.

The room was very pleasant though a little tight. The bunk beds were large and very comfortable. The inclusion of a minibar (complimentary) was a great touch as was the sauna (also complimentary) Access to the carpark directly to/from the hotel was really useful. The location was central to all we wanted on this trip Great choice for breakfast in a slightly dark but atmospheric restaurant

The carpark was pricey (flat fee for our stay 28euro) The grace period after validating carpark ticket in the hotel was only 15mins - a little tight

The bathroom in the room was a good expression. Liked the staff: it was good and polite.

Over €550 for 2 nights is waaaaaay too much for the location and the room given. The windows in the room were not silent enough to “mute” the big construction site over the road.

Katya at reception was absolutely fantastic. She really tried to help us with every request. Food in restaurant was delicious.

Great, modern hotel. Decor was very up to date with lots of nice touches in terms of lighting, books in the room, and a mini bar with free water , soft drinks and beers. Useful things like a portable BT speaker that you could take out if you wanted, and spare power packs free to borrow in reception. Super friendly staff. A very refreshing approach.

Very little. Breakfast was slightly disorganised - I was offered eggs cooked to order only after I'd eaten for instance, but that was a minor omission.

Location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clearly prepared to go the extra mile to help. The place has character and flair while also maintaining the highest standards of efficiency. My new Hamburg go-to.
