the location is nice, staff were very friendly.

The interior is so gimmicky and unaesthetic, but I could have seen that on the photos so it’s not the hotel’s fault.

25hours was great as always, super kind staff and great easter eggs all over the place

The location was excellent, the room was cosy and stylish. Breakfast was perfect and in the evening the bar was beautiful, great drinks with a lovely laid back atmosphere to round off a day of visiting local attractions

Friendly personnel, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, wonderful sight from the room window to the harbour.

Light concept, it was too dark as well as the mirror in the bathroom was too far away so I could not see properly while making up.

Stylish and extraordinary look and feel! Many nice things to discover inside the hotel. Great staff, very friendly and hospitable.

I fully recommend the hotel. I have spent 2 amazing nights and had wonderful time in Hamburg. The perfect location of the hotel allows reaching all sightseeing points easily and quickly. I liked most of all the unique interior design of the facilities and their cleanness.

Its stylish decoration impressed me on my first arrival. The location is great. Uberseetier Station (U4 line) is just a few minutes' walk. Tourist attractions like Elbharmonie, Maritime Museum and warehouse blocks are close by. Neighboring large-scale property development is seen near completion stage. It will become more lively and prosperous.

Amazing location, staff super friendly. In general, super nice experience ! Perfect for business solo traveler ! And the overall concept is so much fun !

Great location close to the Hafencity dock area. Plenty to see and do. Nice restaurants close by and many of the city's attractions within easy walking distance. 15 minutes to the centre of town. Unusually decorated hotel room - quite quirky and nautical. Didn't have the breakfast or try the restaurant. Plenty of options just around the corner.

Room looked out over 3-4 levels of apartments so not much to see and we felt like we were spying on everyone.

Lack of proper shelving or luggage rack on which to set 2 suitcases. Only one chair - would have been nice to have 2 chairs. Big construction project across the street.

It was a lovely surprise to find we had been upgraded to a huge room with a free minibar! Breakfast was good, including vegan options and English breakfast tea!

Finding the right entrance to the hotel was not easy, and the bar was in a different building. This was not ideal if you arrive late in the rain!

A bit dark ish

My favorite european network- this time i discovered Hamburg. A bit confusing when two hotels of the same name (but different room-capacity and format, although concept stays recognizable in whatever 25H) are 200m from each other, but still both are peals of Hafencity: Hafencity has more rooms and facilities within, while the other one has Neni-restaurant, bar that works till 2am (not an easy thing to find) and is a but more “boutique”).

Excellent Hotel

Only issue was kept hitting head on wooden overhang above bed.

Quirky and interesting hotel with a nautical theme and friendly staff.

Some ‘if onlys’ would’ve made it even more comfortable- If only the wifi worked for me on the 6th floor. If only there was a functional luggage rack. If only the music on the 1st floor wasn’t so loud. If only the chair was not a hard metal one. But I still loved the hotel.

The Style was fun and inviting.The Hotel was a good vibe.

Construction unfortunately direct across the street . Sleeping with an open window was not an option. A night cap with kool Music was missing to end the day. The Restaurant was ok.

It is in a much more stylish and safe place than other neighborhoods of the city. The design of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are flawless. The staff is friendly.

The hotel's entertainment facilities are less than other 25hours locations, but the record room is a great idea. I wish a little more attention was paid to the records

Beautiful, well designed hotel in the nice harbour district. Good place to start your journey in Hamburg. Very nice restaurants in the direct neighbourhood. Parking just under the hotel.

There are two locations of 25h hotels in the same street, so be aware.

Friendly and helpful staff, quirky, fascinating decor. Excellent restaurant (Heimat), interesting local area convenient for Hauptbahnhof and Elbphilharmonie concert hall. Strongly recommended

Hotel with sailors and fishing theme very nice and fun. Attention to detail. Friendly staff. Large and well organized room.
