All the staff were exalant and friendly, the check in was a pain with haveing to fill forms which was very annoying after a long trip, the reseptionist was very helpfull, right in the centre of glasgow great location, a historick building,with lots of carecture

We can do screen mirroring to the TV, which is sooo relaxing to lay on the bed and watch TV with the lights off.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was superb. Fascinating history.

Trying to sort out the parking was a bit of a fiasco but mostly because of a closed road and a one way system.

The breakfast is great and so is the location

Maybe a new carpet in the hall sometime!

During our stay everything was so pleasant. the room and cleanliness and amenities too. The bed was so comfy and the front desk staff are helpful. What we love most is the perfect location in the centre of the city and located exactly the central station. Transportation is so easy.

One of the evening late night security bit upsetting when we ring the outside bell because we need to ring to get the front door open on late evening for security reason, but we need to wait for some time around 5 mins no one is opening the door, but then a security guy came and looked at us suspiciously and asked what you need? as if we are not a guest, i felt so offended, and we showed our keyroom and asked him to open the door because it was cold outside and we need to enter the building. But the way he looked at us less friendly made me felt offended, and one more guest who also waited with me had the same experience too the way the security guy seems watching in suspicious way like we weren't a respected guests of the hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great bathroom. The location was great - right in the railway station (although I never heard any trains) and very near to key areas I wanted to visit. I didn't eat much in the hotel but what I ate (breakfast) was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are truly welcoming. Upon check-in we were given our rooms immediately. All in all a very smooth process. Nichole (the staff at breakfast) was exceptional. She looked after us very well and was extremely friendly.
