The room was lovely, good size and spotless clean. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The breakfast buffet was well presented and hot.

Love the whole experience…free breakfast, quiet, great location, comfy room, helpful staff. The chandelier in the stairwell was amazing,. Will be going again.

If anything, the bathroom could use an update and better cleaning around the tub tiles.

Lovely room and a perfect nights sleep. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. Great value and helpful staff. We choose it because we wanted to bring our dog along - will definitely come again!

Parking is £15 for 24 hours - we just used the street overnight but had to remember to pay from 8am.

I loved the room, and table with the mirror for doing my makeup before my night out :) breakfast was also amazing, everything hot and fresh and staff where all so lovely.

Breakfast was excellent delighted that you had Marmite for my toast. A good Good variety of hot and cold food especially liked the availability of pancakes.

One of the lifts wasn’t working and the other was unpredictable. Sometimes working, sometimes not. Breakfast was served WAY downstairs which was unexpected as there is a dining room off the bar. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and we will definitely return.

Location excellent and perfect for us as we had a party in the hotel. The next day we got a train back to London direct from underneath the hotel which was perfect. Rooms were nice - we had stayed before so knew this. Bar is very nice but can be very busy. I would stay here again as location great. Breakfast on second day was lovely and fresh

Room was very dark - would have been nice to have a brighter light for makeup/hair. Breakfast on first day was dry - I think it depends on what time you turn up.

Ive been sick the entire trip. Staff helped me find a doctor, switched out supplies remotely for us and did everything they could to make us comfortable.

The lighting in the room was very dim so it made it really hard to read in bed. Also it would have made it difficult for anyone with poor vision.

There was only one lift functioning for the whole hotel ( which is large) so long waits sometimes. Our room was very cold when we arrived but the staff were helpful and brought heaters so it was fine.

The hotel had loads of character, really unique, loved the Champagne bar over looking the station. The room was big and comfortable.

The decor in bedroom and bathroom was a little bit tired, but nothing major.

Staff on reception were fantastic. My room was large and comfortable and lovely bathrooms..the complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch.staff at breakfast were also great

The lifts - one was out of order the whole time and the 2nd was so slow it was quicker to walk and we were on the 3rd floor ! Champagne bar (hotel bar) was ridiculously busy on Saturday evening - had to queue for ages to get served. A lot quieter on Sunday. Perhaps more staff needed for the busy times.

Very friendly and professional staff at check in, I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. My room was in a good position away from the main hallway, so it was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. Very clean and a good shower.

One of the lifts was broken so it was quicker to walk up the stairs rather than wait in the queue for the only working lift. I was on the fourth floor so it was a bit of a trek to get to my room!

The room was fabulous and had all the facilities needed and more. The wee extras like the fizz, dressing gown and slippers were so welcome. The glass of prosecco in Champagne Central before going out was also a lovely courtesy extended to us as guests. I had asked that our room look out over the concourse and the position of the room was amazing, looking over the beautiful old station. There was no noise despite the concourse below being busy. The location in Glasgow and for travel was ideal. Utterly buzzing city!
