Beautiful Suite very comfortable and relaxing. great nights sleep very peaceful. Went for dinner all staff throughout the hotel super friendly and very helpful made to feel at home. Having breakfast in bed was the best Christmas present to me ever and very reasonably priced. Loved my stay.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and caring. I was sick and they sent me toast and tea both days as well as gave us a later check out so I could sleep longer. Mark, especially, was a standout. All staff we encountered though were terrific. We also woke up Christmas morning to a stocking filled with goodies outside our door. Such a lovely gesture! The hotel is beautiful and was decorated so stunningly for Christmas. Great location as well.

Parking is a bit far but manageable.

Stayed for my husbands birthday. Staff were very friendly and it a great location for restaurant and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Two black door men stood & watched as I struggled with my bags & how to figure out how to open main entrance door. Most Hotels, the door man holds the door open for customer with a smile & gives a warm welcome inside. This isn't the case in the Grand Central Hotel.

Lovely rooms and comfortable beds right in the centre of the city. Breakfast was outstanding!

TVs in rooms were too small and too far away from the bed.

The room was so clean and the bed was extremely comfy.Myself and my granddaughter have made it our Christmas tradition to go to the markets&fair then sit in Champagne Central for a mocktail/gin&tonic.This was our second year doing so before falling into bed exhausted.Next year we hope too stay two nights.x

Great central location for shopping and Glasgow amenities. Beautiful wide sweeping staircase preserved from Station Hotel days. Friendly and helpful staff.

Would have preferred a sofa rather than upright chairs in the suite lounge area.

12:00 check out was brilliant, beats feeling rushed in the morning.

20 pounds for ‘early’ check in (an hour) was a ripoff when the room was clearly ready.

Alisha at checkin was an absolute credit to the hotel group. Professional, warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. This instantly made us relax and feel at home.

Fantastic building and location, friendly and efficient staff

Building is located right inside the station, so no need to travel, from the train. The rooms are clean and modernised, despite the hotel being an older one (not in a bad way). The food is excellent and the staff are about as good as it gets. We will always stay here when in Glasgow

Beautiful building, extremely comfortable room with a huge bathroom. Staff were lovely, would stay again.

The ambience of the hotel was great - especially th pictures of previous guests on Floor 2. We loved walking up and down the impressive staircase.

The only negative was that the coffee machine in the breakfast room made very indifferent coffee, almost undrinkable!

Good size comfortable room with everything you need for an overnight stay . We opted to have the breakfast and weren’t disappointed it was excellent .All the staff were professional with a genuine warmth .

Both lifts had broken down and it was a long climb to the fifth floor !

I liked the big bedroom and the comfy bed.

Greeting by staff, room was large and clean, felt secure. Location was central and easily walkable.

It was quite busy with holiday parties, so getting through the hallways and into the elevators was a bit challenging. I would have liked having the option of the handheld shower to be the main showerhead (so attached via hook to the wall or vertical pipe higher up). I'm not a fan of rain shower heads.

Hotel was beautiful, the staff are brilliant. Breakfast was great! Great price for the night.

Not enough normal plug sockets. I was in kids bunk bed room and inky socket was high ho on the wall behind the tv.
