The location is hard to beat. Ideal for the theatre and city centre bars, and restuaraunts.

Such a beautiful Hotel overlooking central station with amazing history. We stayed there as we had tickets for a concert on Friday night at the OVO Hydro & it was so easy to catch the subway from the hotel. Staff are also very attentive & helpful.

The breakfast was lovely however we were put in the back room on both mornings which is dark & cold. Don’t know if this is down to the room we stayed in ?

We had ordered breakfast in bed and it was outstanding… well presented and excellent portion! Booked a surprise overnight for my girlfriends birthday.. every member of staff from the concierge to the reception and bar staff were an absolute delight! Helpful and responded to all requests. Made a birthday even more special! We will be back and will highly recommend this warm and friendly hotel to friends and family

We liked everything. The only recommendation I would make is to have a small fridge in the room for water and chocolate. It was brilliant though and we loved it.

location is fantastic as we travel via train so having hotel nearby was reason we chose to stay. room suited size of our group and especially appreciated the special touches when we are celebrating milestones, breakfast great vlue for money.

The rooms, beds, and interior of the building were lovely. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, and even compensated after our issue.

Cleaning staff did not fulfill their jobs, fridge stank due to old food left behind in it. Wifi was a pain to get into.

The hotel is well appointed and the location is superb.

There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom and the 'always on' ventilation is noisy in the middle of the night. The heated mirror saved the bathroom as the fan that is on is not good enough to properly ventilate.
