The bed was a bit short ( I’m 183cm tall) and I couldn’t fully cover myself with the duvet

Very clean hotel at a good location in a walking distance from the bus and train station.

The breakfast goold be much better as does not represents the normal English breakfast. Very small room.

Great location, street mall just around the corner, bus and train stations are also not too far. Easy check in/out.

There are steps in Level 1 where you had to lift your luggages. The room is small for a double bed size with minimal gap between the walls and the bed.

No drinks available in room. So you have get up and dressed to go down to open reception to purchase tea or coffee for £1.75. Which is expensive if you like your beverages.. so chilly in a room is not really happens.

Room was very different in a nice way - controlled by QR codes. Comfortable beds and all necessary facilities included.

The room had everything you need. We had to ask them for a hand towel as they were none. Location was not far from Central and Queens stations. Although it was a continental breakfast, they was quite a range - bread rolls, freshly baked pastries, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese and ham

Some of the walls could do with a clean.

Pleasant staff, great location, clean, comfortable, and a good shower. The breakfast was delicious!

Didn't have coffee/tea making facilities, but it was easy to pop down and order from reception.

I loved the lighting and the location. The whole building seems like it’s really nice overall

The view wasn’t very good at all because it was looking into an alley way but me and my bf aren’t too bothered about that because we’re from here but I know some people wouldn’t like that, the room was overall fine and clean but there were some dirty marks on the wall and one of the table/shelf’s that were in the wall wouldn’t go back up. The staff were okay but they seemed a bit pissed off when I asked to check in 🥲

The room and the exterior of the hotel were more impressive in person than in the online photos. I enjoyed the roo and the breakfast.

The hotel isat the end of the main street, and some of the shops have closed down or could use some care.

The floors were dirty and sticky.

The staff was very friendly - making check in and check out easy and pleasant, as well as the staff at breakfast they were very nice! The bed and pillows were comfy but no extra bedding provided.

The bed had hair and a dust bunny on it when I first checked in, the water pressure is very weak, it is a small space for a room even for just one person, and the breakfast had just gluten-free cornflakes in the way of options - NO hot breakfast.

Great central location, easy to access and extremely clean. Room was an adequate size but well presented. Was warm and comfortable with a lovely shower room.

It might have been nice to have drink making facilities in the room. The A/c wouldn’t go below 20c which many people would be ok with but we prefer it cooler to sleep.

I liked how informative and helpful all the staff were, from check-in to breakfast

It's my own fault as I didn't check my booking, waking up and finding here was no curtains to open

It was clean and I liked that the bathroom was adapted for people with disabilities

The room had no windows. It was quite futuristic looking and wasn’t very warm feeling.

Too expensive by a country mile

Pretty central and a good sized room. Staff were great and we were lucky and managed to check in early.

It was a bit noisy at night, but it was a Friday night in a city centre, so some noise is to be expected from people out drinking.

Where to start, firstly the staff on reception were fantastic, welcoming, professional courteous young gentlemen. They were very informative and knew their stuff. The room was compact, but not clostraphobic and had everything We needed for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. Only thing missing was a tea and coffee tray and kettle. I understand they have this in reception, which is fab, but when I wake in middle of night I like to get a cuppa. This however has not put me off, I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this to family and friends.

An easy walk to Buchanan pedestrian walkway of shops and restaurants, to Buchanan bus station and a to the Queen St train station. The breakfast was very good quality. The staff were helpful.

There was an unpleasant odour from the shower drain.

Very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Glasgow. It’s just 7 mins from Queen Street station.

I wish the room had an electric kettle and the tv had Netflix.
