outside the room was very noisy - perhaps just our room location but lots of noises from machinery/vents/pipes or something and a very loud corridor with staff coming and going from very early on

Bed and duvet were very comfy and the hand and body wash was lovely. Great location for the attractions at the top part of the city.

The noise from the air conditioning/bathroom vent was so loud I had to use earplugs every night which was awful. One of the little drop down tables wouldn't go back up and the veneer on the table and shelf was coming off.

Someone smoking in their room set off the fire alarm in the early hours of the morning. Fire evacuation procedures were not put in place. Even though at the time staff didn’t know it was someone smoking in their room

Was expecting a very basic and small room for the price we paid - yes room was basic but was not too small and bathroom a good size and very comfy bed. Could defo stay for 2 nights and be comfortable. Staff were very good

The lady staff was amazing and could arrange for us early check-in and gave proper directions. The room has superb lightning experience.

Great location and personal. There IS a groceries store nearby (10 min).

It was a great location as I needed to get the subway from Buchanan Street to St George's Cross and the subway was just a few minutes walk away. The staff at this hotel are great, so friendly and helpful.

It was very cold when we first entered our room, but we eventually managed to use the heating system and the room heated up. The system does take some getting used to. I think that was the most awkward part of our stay.

Good location (short walk from shops/Queen Street station), friendly staff, clean and good temperature in the room in late November. Easy check in/check out. Safe. My room did not have a window which was fine and it of course meant there was no noise from the street. Cool lights that you can dim/change color of. Big TV.

Bed was a bit too soft but that is personal preference. Ventilation was a bit loud.

Location City Centre

Bed was uncomfortable I stayed 3 nights. They didn't do up the room once in the 3 days. Toiletries soap and toilet paper was not replenished. Bookings .com said breakfast was included. The hotel said no . Breakfast is an extra £11.00

We had twin beds which were very narrow - although they were comfortable if you didn’t roll over!

Excellent value for money in ideal city centre location. It had all of the facilities needed for a short stay.

Didn't have breakfast. Receptionist extremely pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean and well organised. Location ideal for our city centre event.

A little kettle and basically hospitality tray would have made the room perfect.

Bed was comfortable, room was stylish and equipped with all the things you could need. Close to both stations. Mood lighting is great.

Getting woken from 4am to 5am with McDonald's delivery in the back alley way next to our room. Mentioned to staff for next time to move us to the front of the hotel.

It’s quite hard to do your makeup with the lights available

Comfy, clean and modern room. It's also functional with tables and chairs that can be tucked away for more space. The breakfast room could be used until late for working on your laptop which was convenient for me when I couldn't find space in coffee shops to work. The staff was polite and helpful and bag drop helped with my day. There's no kettle/tea/coffee in the room but you can get them downstairs for an affordable price (~£2 for a latte).

Would be good if they provided water for the guests in their room.

Staff were great, location of hotel is great, a budget hotel aesthetic, but the room was spacious and not stuffy. Shower was nice. We had a quiet night. For an overnight stay, we would use again.

Only gripe is that the smoked glass toilet door wouldn't shut properly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Held our luggage as early flight had us in well before check in and again held our luggage after we checked out. Always willing to help with recommendations on bars and restaurants close by.

Can't fault this hotel for what we required.

I stay here often and in the rooms I usually stay (without windows) in I cannot fault them.

On this occasion needed accessibility room as husband had an injury where he need to sit in the shower. From an accessibility point it was great. This room had windows though and in Glasgow or any city stay the noise from revellers lasts till 3am, then the bin collections start around five thirty then the deliveries six thirty to surrounding bars etc. I struggled to sleep even using my ear plugs. Room with no windows are perfect if you struggle with this aspect of city stay.
