The hotel was just a few blocks away from both the train station and the concert venue we were going to. Very pleasant desk staff who checked us in with efficiency. They even offered us an umbrella when we had to go out in the rain. The room was extremely good value, especially for a single night stay. The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have had in a long time. It was a windowless room and the lack of natural light gave us both the best night's sleep. We slept until 0930, thinking it was only about 7am! 😄 We didn't use the breakfast room, but it looked very welcoming.

The socket beside the bed didn't work, but my mam's CPAP machine had a long enough cable to reach a socket on the opposite wall, thankfully. The USB socket I used to charge my phone was "slow charge".

The hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous. It was also in a good location.

The facilities could have been better in our room. There was no kettle or coffee or tea in our room.

Great location, no frills but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Very good value for money considering the location.

The walls and pictures on the wall had stains on them but the basics seemed clean.

Great location. Room basic, but cleverly designed and had everything I needed for a short stay. Would say the loo a bit small; I’m only 5ft 1ish and my knees nearly touched the wall when sat. Breakfast was continental so a bit disappointing that no hot items on offer.

Although the room was advertised as no window it did have a frosted glass panel and was nice and bright. Very central to the city centre. Staff were great.

The basic but modern, clean and well-sized rooms & en-suite. The location is great for exploring the city centre and easily reachable on foot from the Central Station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and polite.

I expected to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very disappointed by the lack of these facilities that you find in other similar hotels anywhere in the UK. The fact that breakfast offers porridge but there's no way to make it other than use hot water from the coffee machine was pretty poor. Seems like that's taking saving money a step too far.

The room was cosy and comfortable. Liked the decor, didn’t mind no window. Mood lighting interesting! Good shower and comfortable. Breakfast very good, nice selection. Really liked dining area bright, airy and cheerful.

Stayed here a good few times, good hotel in a central location of Glasgow, £54 per night with breakfast for the city centre is a great price, arrived around 1pm and was given an early checkin which was very much appreciated, room was nice and clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good size, would stay again no problem

Maybe a fridge in the room and the sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked

It was situated in the ideal place for where I wanted to be. The staff were all polite and extremely helpful. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Overall very happy with my stay.

On booking in, the lady on reception with blonde hair I just want to say thank you as my son has autism and will not go in lifts and me being a single dad she offered to walk my son up while I took the lift and let him go pick a sweet and drink and she always made time to talk to him as he loves to talk so a big thank you and rest of staff were great aswell providing hot drinks 24/7

As my son has autism he is very sensitive to loud noises and at 1.30am the fire alarm went off and woke him up he was panicking so I tried my best to calm him while getting down stairs and jacket on but it was false alarm the staff had it sorted in 5 min but because my son got such a fright he kept coughing trying to be sick so it was another 10 min before he was OK to walk up stairs the Reception were great made him a hot chocolate but he never got back to sleep till 5am and check out was 11am so I queried about if I could pay for another night so he could sleep on but unfortunately it was fully booked but staff and hotel was great

Very easily accessible to all main attractions in Glasgow City Center. The staff are very smiley and accommodating and the rooms are great value for money and very modern with nice changeable coloured lighting panels to adjust to the mood. Perfect for a short stay if you are in an inside room with no window it does the job would recommend and return

Quite good, nice for storage and a nice quiet sleep. Staff were invaluable, very kind and helpful.

Comfortable room, good facilities, and a decent choice at breakfast. Overall, a very good choice for a city centre stay on a budget.

It was a noisy location at night (I had a 1st floor corner room, so got noise from two streets and pedestrian crossings) but that's to be expected with a busy central location.

The location is superb ,we both love the quirkiness of the point a ,and the twice we've stayed here we both think we've definitely had value for money

It's not really an issue as can happen anywhere the fire alarm went off at half 3 in the morning on our first night,realise it's not the point a's fault but a broken sleep is not the best
