I'll definitely stay there if I return to Glasgow.
The location was quiet, yet within a 15 minute walking distance from places to eat or visit. Just a lovely area. Really liked the garden patio. While it was raining, my granddaughter and I sat under the covered patio area and played cards for a couple of hours. It was quite comfortable.

Absolutely great - no complaints - a lovely restful stay and nice to walk through the Botanics
the freestanding bath in the window. Also a very good shower and the bed was most comfortable

The style and decor of the hotel. We had L'occitane products, which I loved. I really liked, that you got a mug to have your tea or coffee in.
The staff were helpful.
The pictures above the bed in the room were not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. They were tacky and cheap in style, of a bottle of wine. Something similar in our friends room.
The rooms were a bit hot.

A truly wonderful property. Highly recommend!
The room was dreamy, beautiful, comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities. The bed was big and I slept great.
The staff were excellent; Tracey abd Venty in reception, Stephan and Danny in food and beverage, and Oksy at the bar, they were all fantastic, each with attention to detail, very welcoming and competant.

Excellent stay with a few minor issues .
Lovely bedroom, friendly staff, very clean
No muesli available at breakfast. No jam at breakfast just tomato sauce and brown sauce in mini jars on breakfast table. Had to ask for butter on the table. Minor issues but these could be easily fixed in future by the hotel.

Room was large and very comfortable. Bed was comfortable.Shower had tons of water pressure.

Always a beautiful hotel with friendly and conscientious staff.
There was a noise akin to an MRI scanner that started about 4am that made it hard to sleep.

Exceptional staff, beautifully appointed bedroom as well as common areas.
Well, it was warm out so a cooler room would have been nice; however, I am used to AC. I don’t think I would stay here in the summer as I really don’t tolerate the heat well especially in bedroom. Otherwise this is quite a lovely hotel.
