The fan/blower in the room was too loud

location!! tram stop directly outside the door !! Free Geneva public transport card! a godsend!! highly appreciated. 5 min walk to supermarket and restaurants. Kitchenette very useful! especially microwave!! tea/coffee making facilities, all crockery and utensils provided! Very helpful staff!! assisted with getting very important documents signed and returned!!

pillows too soft! uncomfortable!! noisy with windows open (stuffy without) noisy air con unit.

Clean room and good location just front of the trum station. Breakfast is decent and good restaurants are nearby. It is my bavorit hotel to visit our customer in Univ. Geneva.

There is a staircase to reach the elevator. With heavy luggage such as tools and files for a business trip, it is a bit inconvenient.

Convenient to the hospital and University and supermarkets

Clean hotel, excellent staff and good breakfast. Great position for public transport - trams just outside entrance!

The room is clean, has kitchette with basic tools and cutlery. The staffs are very helpful. The location is perfect. You can simply take tram no. 15 from Cornavin and the hotel is just in front of Acacias stop. Hertz is located in walking distance and route 1a entrance is just a few blocks away, so you can rent a car and drive to outskirts without being annoyed by confusing traffic inside the city.

You have to carry your suitcase several steps to reach the lift. No self laundry room in the hotel but you can find self laundry rooms nearby.

Convenient location and easy check in.

My room was a bit dated… still comfortable,but def in need of a renovation.

Lovely friendly hotel, short tram ride. or walkable in 20 minutes or so, from the beautiful old town/lake. Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early, which was great! Free Geneva tourist travel card organised ahead of our arrival. Well equipped studio with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

Our room was on a high floor near the rear of the hotel, but we could still hear the traffic, it is on a main road. The individual a/c unit was very noisy, it would have been difficult to sleep had we kept it on but luckily it was a cool night so we switched it off.

Not a great value for the price. Never received the email for the free transport in Geneva so I had to buy ticket for the tram to get to the hotel.

Very spacious and clean. Perfect for a longer stay, you even have a kitchen and cooking supplies. Good mattress.

Air conditioning is to noisy to keep it running during night time. I recommend to turn on right after arrival to have a nice temperature before turning it off at night.

We stayed for 5 nights, and our room was not cleaned even once. Our towels were changed only once, based on our request.

Really nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, and a good location next to a tram stop for easy access anywhere in the city. The staff were extremely helpful as well.

Air con was pretty poor - didn’t help it was very hot at the time. It’s not proper air con, just a portable unit that’s very loud and quite ineffective.

It was very uncomfortable to stay since the little climatization present in the room was not sufficient to refresh the entire room and very noisy as well (the room was at the last floor which is known to be way warmer) moreover, the breakfast could have been way better if only there would be more options

There are a few steps leading to the elevator. The elevator is kind of small for people with luggage.

Pot and frying pan did not have lids, which made cooking difficult. Was able to cover the pot with a plate but could not cover the frying pan.

The room cleaning, the location and the price. We always go there.

We got a studio and they gave us probably the smallest they had. Last time our studio was bigger and we enjoyed our stay much more.

The staff and the location were just perfect, 5 minutes by walk from the UniMail and in front of one of the main train lines

Basin wasn't properly cleaned - there were some marks. Would be helpful if shower area had a fully sliding/closed door to avoid water spillage. Room (101 I think) was situated on the main road thus was able to hear car noise etc.

Staff are very helpful, location is very good facing the bus station, and close to main areas (cirque, plain Palais, and old town of carouge) The room is equipped with main appliances.

Tram stop right outside and they organised a free city tourist transport card without me even asking which made travelling around Geneva very easy.

My colleague for whom I booked this accommodation reported that this was very pleasant and comfortable. Very convenient for the UN where she was working.

The noise from the corridor comes into the room easily. However, no major issues as there were not many people.

Location is great, clean,staff was very friendly, calm area.

Everything was great, I like the place. 30 min by foot to the city center, located near the tram station.

There was an electric kettle with some chemicals inside. I suppose they just forgot to rinse it after cleaning. It's one more reminder that you need to rinse cutlery and other stuff before usage

The room was a little warm ,and although there was air con , when it was on it was very noisy. The welcome email says that free tickets are available in the arrivals area for travel from the airport - this is no longer the case, so I think the wording needs updating. I did receive an email about the travel pass on the day I arrived but didn’t see it until after leaving the airport.

The kitchen was very handy for us with a baby. The room is spacious enough to handle the luggage and a baby stroller. The location was nice, we walked downtown once and it was pleasant, but indeed I’d recommend getting the tram (which is free for tourists). The staff prepared us a baby crib free of charge and it was amazing! It was those portable ones but very comfortable and with clean linens :).

the location was quite good because it is just located in front of a tram station. room was good but not worth the money, and booking on Booking would charge me 15 pounds more. Cleanness was excellent.
