I liked the cleaning, the size of the room, the toilet, the well equipped kitchen, quality of material, kindness of the staff

It was very uncomfortable to stay since the little climatization present in the room was not sufficient to refresh the entire room and very noisy as well (the room was at the last floor which is known to be way warmer) moreover, the breakfast could have been way better if only there would be more options

Staff is very helpful.

There are a few steps leading to the elevator. The elevator is kind of small for people with luggage.

The staff were very accommodating, I made a mistake with my booking, and the lady on reception rectified it straight away

Perfectly located! Easy to arrive from the airport and strategically situated to go around the city either by bus or walking. Clean, Confortable and quiet.

Very helpful. Told me that I have to change old money notes to new money notes. I can park on next day without any issue as I stayed for 1 day

Pot and frying pan did not have lids, which made cooking difficult. Was able to cover the pot with a plate but could not cover the frying pan.

Consistent with the advertisement, room service is very limited. Not a minus, only a caveat. On the other hand, I would not have expected the breakfast.

The room cleaning, the location and the price. We always go there.

We got a studio and they gave us probably the smallest they had. Last time our studio was bigger and we enjoyed our stay much more.

The staff and the location were just perfect, 5 minutes by walk from the UniMail and in front of one of the main train lines

Basin wasn't properly cleaned - there were some marks. Would be helpful if shower area had a fully sliding/closed door to avoid water spillage. Room (101 I think) was situated on the main road thus was able to hear car noise etc.

This is a friendly hotel with a good location in Geneve city center. The people working, from manager to lobby staff, were all so friendly, smiling, helpful. They offered free coffee and tea all the time in lobby area. Plus, if it’s rainy they offer umbrellas, they offer clean towels&slippers any time you want during your stay, also free public transport card is a bonus. Rooms were so comfy; especially the studios. Fully equipped Mini kitchens were useful; you might do market shopping and eat anything in your room during your stay. It was few stops with tram departing just outside the hotel to reach city center. Also a nice and short walk is possible.

Very good hotel at reasonable price, very few hotels in Switzerland provide such professional services. Location is perfect and rooms are big and well presented.

Staff are very helpful, location is very good facing the bus station, and close to main areas (cirque, plain Palais, and old town of carouge) The room is equipped with main appliances.

They upgraded my room to a suite. Very clean and comfortable. The compact full kitchen is awesome if you plan to stay longer. Very convenient location in terms of public transportation. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not many restaurant or cafe options nearby. No grocery store or convenient stores that are open in the evening. I had to take the tram to go to a different neighborhood.

Room 70 is amazing--long entryway with kitchenette and great bathroom. A large living room/seating area with an alcove for teac/coffee, and then a separate very comfortable bedroom. The reception desk is always represented by a friendly, professional person who is generally interested in making one's stay wonderful. The tram is right outside the hotel--was super easy to get everywhere. To walk from the hotel in 20-25 minutes, you are at the lake already. . . . incredible value for money for business stays or longer stays in Geneva than 3-4 days because of the well-stocked kitchenette--everything you need!

Tram stop right outside and they organised a free city tourist transport card without me even asking which made travelling around Geneva very easy.

Starling Hôtel Résidence Genève is conveniently located just a few tram stops from all major attractions. The hotel staff is super friendly. Our room was spacious and crispy clean including bedding and towels. They serve breakfast, which comes with variety of foods.

The noise from the corridor comes into the room easily. However, no major issues as there were not many people.

Very friendly personnel. Clean, comfortable, kitchen in the room is a great plus.

The was no iron. Probably I should have to ask personnel, but I didn’t have time at the moment, when I needed it :)

Location is great, clean,staff was very friendly, calm area.

Everything was great, I like the place. 30 min by foot to the city center, located near the tram station.

There was an electric kettle with some chemicals inside. I suppose they just forgot to rinse it after cleaning. It's one more reminder that you need to rinse cutlery and other stuff before usage

The location is excellent. The number 15 tram drops and pickup right across the street. The studio has everything that you may need and is super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was a little warm ,and although there was air con , when it was on it was very noisy. The welcome email says that free tickets are available in the arrivals area for travel from the airport - this is no longer the case, so I think the wording needs updating. I did receive an email about the travel pass on the day I arrived but didn’t see it until after leaving the airport.

The kitchen was very handy for us with a baby. The room is spacious enough to handle the luggage and a baby stroller. The location was nice, we walked downtown once and it was pleasant, but indeed I’d recommend getting the tram (which is free for tourists). The staff prepared us a baby crib free of charge and it was amazing! It was those portable ones but very comfortable and with clean linens :).

the location was quite good because it is just located in front of a tram station. room was good but not worth the money, and booking on Booking would charge me 15 pounds more. Cleanness was excellent.

The hotel has met our expectations. The most important places for us were located close to each other, and the free ticket for public transport made it easier for us to move around Geneva. The tram stop is located in front of the hotel, which is a huge advantage of the hotel, especially when you come back after a long day. The room with a kitchenette was very clean, and for me it is one of the most important things in the hotel. Very nice and helpful hotel staff who approach each client individually (before I arrive I asked for two additional pillows and waited for us in the room; D)
