The Westin Grand, Frankfurt

centrally located, clean and a nice hotel, and admitting the mistakes in the billing

i did not like the checkout and wrong billing, and debiting the card, without consent

We liked the hotel was clean spacious good breakfast and nice pool area close to station.

We went to have food in the tapas bar bit when we got there they said it would not be open so only food from the room service menu was available. The food and wine we did order was not so good.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did fill request for different blankets for the room. The water was free in the room.

The bathroom we had in our room was a bit to tight. Had to step into the shower to open the door and did not have enough room to brush my long hair.

We didn't completely understand why breakfast in the lounge was included and not in the restaurant

The room was very well organized and exceptionally clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything was neatly arranged, and it was clear that great attention had been paid to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The location was also excellent—convenient and easy to access, with many attractions and amenities nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Wonderful breakfast, very polite staff, nice pool and spares which was getting cleaned and checked every half hour.

It was a little bit off the old town/central area but we knew that.

Perfect location in Frankfurt, across the road a huge C&A which is always a bonus!

Hotel is everything and more. I truly enjoyed my stay, and I was sad to leave!

I would not stay anywhere else if I come back to Frankfurt. Very close to the Christmas Markets and the shopping district!

A minor issue with being double charged for City Tax. This quickly got resolved, I did have to chase.

This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We had a room on the 6th floor and everything was simply perfect. The entire hotel, as well as our room, was beautiful, modern, incredibly clean, spacious, and luxurious. The spa area was absolutely wonderful – the perfect place to relax. There is also a modern gym, which is a great bonus for anyone who likes to stay active while traveling. Both in the spa area and near the gym there were always plenty of fresh towels available, which was really convenient.

Breakfast was simply divine! The huge buffet offered endless delicious options, and the personalized omelets prepared right in front of you by the chef with ingredients of your choice were a fantastic touch. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

I highly recommend this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations!

Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing, the pool the gym and also the staff, they were very polite and helpful. Another great thing is the location, in the city centre with a supermarket in a distance of 2 minutes on foot. We would definetely go back!

Nothing in particular. One small observation- water tends to spill out from the shower area in the bathroom because of the design and same elevation, would be helpful to fix that.

Close to train station, beautiful hotel decor and rooms. Nice beds and bedding. You can buy drinks In the hotel to take to the room. The concierge team were good. The pool was nice.

The reception staff weren’t helpful, the restaurant hours open too late and the food is very average. No champagne option for breakfast and the food was average. No fresh orange juice

Fantastic location and wellness space. We loved the sauna and pool. Rooms are very nice too.

The bathroom was very small. This did not impact our stay though.

The location is amazing. the bed is super comfortable, good variety on the breakfast. Very close to the the subway and the Christmas market.

From a hotel like this, I would expect to get a drink & bar food also before 4PM.

It was clean, modern, and comfortable. They were very accommodating for tourist that do not speak German.

The location was amazing. It was central to everything. Great restaurants and shopping places

The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool, spa, restaurant and our room was super comfy.
