Jumeirah Hotel, Frankfurt

It was better than I expected it to be , especially the helpfulness of the staff and the room facilities. The room was spacious, had great views , had buttons to control the curtains , a wireless phone charger and was some what luxurious. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was there wasn’t any food in the minibar only drinks. Apart from that I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

Ideal location in the heart of the city. Wonderful high-floor room that was huge and beautifully appointed. Great breakfast. Welcoming, helpful and fun staff. Timo, Roberta, Isabel and Marcel at reception plus the lovely Aida at breakfast.

The bathrooms are a bit old and the toilet area is not the best

Exceptional property and couldn’t get anything better. This is my second time in 12 months exactly. The outstanding experience starts from the time the taxi stops till the time you take the taxi again. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant. The room service is outstanding. It just feels like home. Thank you so much.

I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, and not only was I given a room at such an early hour, but I was also upgraded at no extra cost to a suite, as a valued long-time guest. As always, the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast is varied and outstanding. The spa, under the management of Oksana, is superb.

Great location, great room, but quite pricey

The breakfast at the hotel was far too pricey for the value.

Really exceptional staff. Brilliant location and a very comfortable hotel. It is a hotel I stay in regularly and they consistently provide a high level of service.

We did have a problem with the air conditioning in one room but they offered to move us straight away.

Perfect location in the heart of Frankfurt. Easy access by car. Valet parking service available. Very modern hotel & beautifully design rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional.Great breakfast.

it was very difficult to connect with the room service number. every time we wanted to order room service, our call was never answered even after repeated attempted. we were forced to call the reception to place our orders, always.

Cafe at the lobby should open earlier or at least serve coffee and croissants early in the morning.

A nicely decorated spacious room with toilet separated from bathroom. Staff were very helpful too.

As there is a frosted glass wall between bed and bathroom - during the night the light can be disturbing.

The mattress was a little hard, the view was exceptionally good, as was the location and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was phenomenally good in its wide variety of dishes available and the unrivalled quality of the food itself.

The hotel doesn’t have Twin beds rooms. The room size become smaller because of TV location in the middle of the room .

Concierge was great (seems the guy from Afghanistan when I arrived at hotel for checkin ) but when I was leaving hotel for checkout the other conceirge (probably from other Europe nation ) did not show up to pickup luggage for a long time . Reception team was very good and flexible

The shower room where the door couldn’t be closed properly. Hence, the water will flood out of the shower room causing the floor to be wet.

Gym/ pool is linked to fitness first and not very family friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. Some appliances didn’t work.
