Hotel The Pure, Frankfurt

Warm staff at reception at all times. Cosy sauna downstairs. Apples and candies at reception with welcome drink. Fine mattresses. Handy fridge. Shampoo was of good quality. No noise from other rooms. Proximity to supermarket and shops. Luggage was kept before and after check-in. All fine apart from the 2 bathroom issues we faced and the missing chair or stool in the room.

Bathroom had issues with flooding sink and leakage from showerhead. One more seating item was missing as only chair wasnt enough for the two of us. We both disliked seating on the fine beds.

The complimentary drink on arrival was great. The bed was comfortable and the decor was quite attractive. The reception area was attractive and modern.

The shower was potentially older and a little cramped, but everything else was great.

I was allowed to check in earlier and check out later than the standard time. The receptionist was very friendly. The speaker was a great addition.

The design of the hotel didn't really correspond to the pictures online. The WiFi connection was incredibly slow. The hotel is extremely close to the station, which is convenient, but that area is just not nice.

In a seedy area and difficult to find until you are right on their front door step. We walked with our luggage in the dark from the main train station.

Christian, the reception staff, was especially friendly and welcoming when i checked in. He was helpful with providing a kettle when i asked for one. The location is pretty convenient, being near the main train station.

While being near the train station is a positive, the area is quite seedy and there are guys who hung around Niddastrase. It is advisable to walk to the hotel via Poststrase and Ottostrase

Great friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, even tho it's near dodgy railway station area. Nice room...balcony with view on 5F, was really nice. Sauna area was also great.

Dedicated Parking is in another building 150m away, but it's safe and good. Some minor soundproofing issues and just 1 slow elevator, but also okay for an old 5 story building. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and complete, Gym is well equipped, the location is very good.

There is no laundry service anymore, but the staff helps you with info about nearby laundries.

Great location by the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They serve very good breakfast, and have a very nice sauna.

Room service and cleaning was on point

Parking was a hassle. You will be charged for parking within certain hours. Although I was never charged. I guess the cops missed my car.

Location was great very close to the station and the staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. They recommended an excellent restaurant to go in the evening. All great! Even balcony view.

We did not get the breakfast but for what I've saw is included, it seems to be over priced. Breakfast for two in the hotel comes close to €40 and an excellent dinner outside with drinks comes just over €50 for comparison.

Central location close to the main station with pub/restaurants hanged-out from tourists in the surrounding area. Comfortable with sauna and fitness area. Kind staff. Clean. Good ratio value/price. I have read some other not good reviews about the surrounding area. In my opinion that is safe, well that is not the downtown, but I think you can walk safely. Close to the station there is a district with sad people, but is some hundred meters far away.

Just only two minor issue: there were steins on the curtains. I did not received the 2nd copy of the invoice by email (but it is not so important)

Very clean and surprisingly quiet room facing the courtyard as the streets were lively on a Saturday night. Great soaps and lotions! Staff were all courteous.

Frankfurt should have a better policy in the areas around the main train station as this was the only thing that cannot be overseen walking back to the nice hotel. The hotel felt very safe and clean, and it’s literally a threshold away!

I loved the white style of the hotel. Also the view from the window with the skyscrapers on the left was very nice. Beds were really soft and comfy. I loved that my room had a bathtub that I enjoyed after a long day ;) Breakfast was also very nice and fulfilling, great in choice ;) Also the location was really comfortable for me as I was travelling by train and it was fast and easy to then get on foot from the railway station to the hotel and back ;)

The shower handle was a bit broken so the water could go from where it's connecting, that was the only one small issue. All in all - great room and I enjoyed my stay very much!

Great design and layout. Wonderful facilities and staff. Unusual and interesting hotel.

A bit noisy. The room was very hot for sleeping as you had to climb a staircase to a mezzanine floor. The roof was low. Had to have windows open and so heard noises all night.

The rooms were a little warm (July) and pillows not firm enough so got a crook neck.

From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel itself is very modern and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and an easy walk to the center of Frankfurt.

The location near the HBF should not put visitors off - it is an interesting and vibrant part of the city with no danger.

The location was very convenient to explore the city. The room with the terrace was spacious. The air condition was exceptional! The breakfast was of an amazing variety. Loved the candy bar at reception and also the complimentary drink on arrival.Very friendly staff.

Some parts of the interior decorations of the room need to be updated to live up to the white theme; e.g. brownish spots on the white curtains, the lampshade colour.

Very comfortable modern hotel five minutes from the central train station. Exceptionally friendly personal, very clean and calm, very good price/service ratio. Recommended without any hesitation.

Location is easy to find and within walking distance from the train station. There are quite a few food options nearby the hotel. Staff are friendly and they even serve a welcome drink upon check-in.

Pillow too soft for our liking, other than that, everything is good.

Location - 5 min walk to the main train station. Staff. Complimentary drink on arrival. Quiet.

Pillows - so incredibly soft that there was no point to having a pillow. We asked for extra pillows and it made absolutely no difference. Shower - constantly had to keep adjusting the water as it would fluctuate from hot to cold.

Access roads to the property were shady. Not located in best of the neighbourhoods in Frankfurt.

It was bright and friendly with good options to exercise. Lots of walkable coffee shops etc.

Breakfast was a little too pricey to commit to.
