Property was spotless and excellent location

Reception need sharpen up. They got me confused with another booking. Then mislaid our luggage checked out. Plus we had awfull adjoining door when we asked not. Apparently 600 was incorrectly registered

Fantastic location that is close by to everything. Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Clean rooms. We were able to check in early after an overnight flight which was very much appreciated.

The location is excellent. Nice breakfast in a great dining room. Spacious rooms and good service.

Beautiful hotel, staff were all very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Location is perfect with shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep.

The hotel I felt was not suitable for kids, as most areas were restricted from kids. Adults only bar, Balffs we couldn't order drinks without ordering food.. I felt there were a lot of rules and restrictions. I didn't feel relaxed.

Probably taking bookings for breakfast would save standing in a long queue. It would ensure that everyone does not arrive for breakfast at the same time.

SUPERB LOCATION. STAFF WERE EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. ONE NICER THAN THE NEXT AND VERY EFFECIENT. WHAT I REALLY LIKED WAS THE HOTEL KEPT SEATS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE BARS WHICH WAS REALLY GREAT, WE HAVE STAAYED IN A 5 STAR HOTEL IN THE PAST AND THEY DID NOT ADOPT THIS POLICY. DEFINITELY WAS FOR US A BIG BONUS THAT THEY PUT RESIDENTS BEFORE THE PUBLIC TO ENSURE SPARE SEATS KEPT IN THE BARS.

FULL IRISH BREAKFAST WAS A BIT MEAN. ONLY 1 SAUSAGE. SAYING THAT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, SO WAS FOOD AND NO ISSUE FWHEN MY HUSBAND DID REQUEST ANOTHER SAUSAGE

I wanted to have tea in the lounge before I left it was 11am- a staff member (with a white jacket) said she could not seat us as she had afternoon tea bookings-I was annoyed at this since it was early morning an she didn’t seat us

The room was spacious and very comfortable.The location is superb for access to theatres and shops in Dublin. I requested access to my room and got it which was fabulous.

Extremely overpriced for one night €600 Food was average at best and again over priced €200 for two of us and only 2 glasses of wine and one cocktail in that. It’s a bit tired now, needs a makeover for a 5 star

We love the location,right beside Grafton street with all the shops and near the Green for a walk also.The car parking is very easy .Room was very confortable and clean .

I had one issue with an over controlling staff member who prevented us from sitting at confortable seat in the bar on the evening of our annivarsary .

Spouse loved breakfast and nearby shopping. Stable is gorgeous shop. I loved walking distance to museums and pubs.

You cannot beat the location. The staff were incredibly friendly and were all super nice to our two children. The beds were really plush and all the extra little touches in the bedroom made it super comfortable.

Myself and my kids are all vegetarian. I ordered a vegetarian omelette and a boiled egg for my kids. My omelette had ham in it, I didn't realise it till i ate some and my kids boiled eggs randomly arrived with bacon. The did take the price of my meal off the bill for breakfast but in reality should have done more. Getting dietary requests wrong is a big deal. Breakfast was 36 per adult and 25 per child (my kids are 3 and 4 and barely ate an egg and some fruit).

The location, amenities and elegance were all first class as expected

The room has two plumbing maintenance issues. The toilet tank takes a long time to refill. Two people cannot use it one right after the other.

The food was delicious the bed was comfy and the shower was easy to figure out.

The television in the room could have had Netflix and other streaming services installed.
