Excellent location, fantastic food and brilliant staff

Main lounge is a great space and the Hotel is right in the middle of everything

First class service. We stayed as three adult members of our family as we were attending something on the Friday evening. The Staff were so nice and very friendly, especially as my mother was staying also, who is 93 yes old. Thank you to all the staff including the lovely porter who made her feel so welcome. This is a beautiful hotel.

Location in Grafton Street close to main shopping attractions and St Stephen's Green Park. Within walking distance of the Luas (tram) connecting the north and south part of Dublin, and to O'Connell Street. Staff were respectful and polite. Room is wonderful.

A bit pricey

Location excellent right in centre of the city Breakfast not included and was 30 euros pp so very expensive we ate elsewhere Room was lovely but very hot if it during the summer it would be uncomfortable. There was water in the room every day and turndown service . We were right next to a generator so noisy but nothing earplugs couldn't sort We drank in the bar very expensive but lovely ambience and staff really friendly Staff on front desk and concierge so friendly Lovely hotel to stay as a treat

We paid 500 euro each for two rooms which I understand is the going rate for the Westbury, however the breakfast was not included. We were told that we could go to breakfast and pay on the morning but the prices for the breakfast were extortionate. They did not have set price for the entire breakfast but everything was priced individually. I thought this was very mean and a bit money grabbing seeing we were residents. We left and ate around the corner in Bewleys which was beautiful. I suppose I can understand a fine dining experience to be pricey but really no need for a buffet breakfast in a cramped restaurant to be over priced.

Location, comfort and service

Room was supposed to have a city view to front and we were at back of hotel. I complained. They acknowledged their error and offered us a free breakfast which we gratefully accepted.

Breakfast buffet was amazing I was a little underwhelmed by the bedroom but everything else was as usual fantastic

My room was very underwhelming It was tiny and too hot couldn’t change the temperature and not able to open the window
