Loved the restaurant, location, and the staff!

Only issue I had was the carpet needs fixing in our room but room was great!

Bedding … pillows smelt stale

I booked a room for the night of my graduation. The staff gave us a beautiful room with a gorgeous view, and a small gift which made the stay all the more special. It is my second time staying here and it was perfect each time. The hotel room interior was beautiful, relaxing and so clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect with a 3 minute walk to the bars on Camden Street. The staff are very kind, especially the lovely man who helped us with our bags. Highly recommend!

Nice decor with spacious room and spotless. Within walking distance of city centre attractions.

2 small bottles of mineral water (one sparkling and one still) in bedroom. However info provided said water not drinking water in bathroom which made making tea and coffee less accessible without a trip down to the bar/restaurant to get water for the kettle. At breakfast no butter style spread if you’re vegan (eg Flora) and limited choices for a hot breakfast. It seems unfair that we pay the same for so much less choice at breakfast.

Location was excellent, staff lovely didn’t have breakfast.

I thought the room was a bit small and was very warm…air con didn’t work great

The staff was out of this world, and I don't say that lightly. From the friendless of Orla at the front desk to the awesome sense of humor ofOz the night desk guy. James the bell man was very helpful. The cleaning staff were very very much on the ball, the hotel was kept immaculate.

Very nice hotel. The room was nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant provided in of the best meals we had our entire time in Ireland (Irish chicken with mushroom sauce).. the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The gardens were nice to stroll through. The staff was great.

Only issue was our toilet and sink has problems draining. If not for that, it was a 10 rating.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is located in a really great area. Lovely fresh, clean and modern hotel. Just loved it, will definitely stay here again and I have recommended it to friends and family.

Besides some noise from road works, which weren't the hotels fault, I can't think of anything. Maybe more vegetarian options on lunch menu.

Clean and friendly staff

Wow, this hotel was just exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we got a lovely warm welcome from the friendly staff and a gorgeous fire warming us up in reception. We were staying for the Dublin City Marathon and had a few meals here, one with 13 of us. The food was lovely, the staff were great, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gita was incredible in the restaurant as were most of the staff we met. Our room was near the roadside on our first night and we found it a little noisy, but once we mentioned it, we were moved straight away without any fuss. That level of customer service and the genuine effort to make things right isn’t something you find everywhere, these people are exceptional. The warmth and hospitality here really capture what Ireland is all about. A special word of thanks to Orla and Brandon, who looked after our every need and went above and beyond for us. We’ll certainly be back!

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

There was a wedding one evening and the music from the reception was very loud and went on very late for people who needed to get up early in the morning. Also our friends experienced loud music from a dance club near by.

Nothing about the property. However there was lots of noise outside car horns bibbing at about 3am for what felt like an hour that woke us both up.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was great. People were so nice and friendly.

Being able to park closer would be the only thing. But it was fine.

Great location and comfortable and clean. Well appointed.

You could hear the music in the hotel bar 2 floors down thumping at night. Fortunately it stopped before too late, but we could hear it quite loud and it wasn’t relaxing for our evening in the room.

Poor lighting in the bed room

Room was lovely, nice and clean and had all I needed. Staff were really helpful and polite. Central location and even though on a main road I didn't find it noisy.

A little costly but I think that's just Dublin! Compared to similar cost hotels in similar locations it was good value.

Noise at night from club across the street

It was quite messy when the nightclub closed. Lots of taxis used their horn at 4 in the morning, waking up the guests with rooms towards the street. Try to agree with them not to do so. It is a residential area.

Very nice and friendly greeting on arrival from staff. The room was of a highly clean standard with all the expected amenities. The shower was very spacious and of good pressure. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was no disturbance of noise, despite the location in the City Centre. Breakfast offered a lot of options and was very tasty.
