Lovely hotel. Check in was very easy and front desk staff great. Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable.

Was a bit disappointed with the experience in Ellies bar and restaurant. After checking in and leaving our bags up to the room, we decided to drop into Ellies for drinks and food. Seeing as it was fairly quiet, we found a table near the bar and sat down. After about 15mins of zero attention from the staff, we got fed up waiting and left. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to food and drinks there.

Beautiful spot next to everything you could need. With lovely gardens behind the hotel.

Dinner was ok. 7 of us ate and gorgeous service and staff but plates were cold and some food was cold.

Amazing location, friendly staff, good breakfast and food at the restaurant. The hotel was clean, tastefully decorated and thoughtful layout.

The TV in the room could have been better and the channel selection was very limited.

Central hotel , very well maintained , rooms fabulous as was lobby area. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Very friendly professional staff who were friendly knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer care.

The staff at The Iveagh Garden hotel are exceptional nothing was too much bother, they are friendly and their customer service is excellent. I definitely will be recommending this hotel to friends who are interested in staying in Dublin..

Location was excellent. Friendly staff and traditional feel.

Our room had stains, scuffs. Also the hotel offered cheaper rates directly than in booking.com which was frustrating.

I stayed in one of the individual Pod rooms, it was clean, modern and cosy - very comfortable, with all that I required.

The property was so central to all amenities. The staff were lovely and the bar/restaurant had a lovely chilled vibe to it. It was very pleasant to sit in at any time of the day.

Parking was the only down fall for the stay

Location is amazing. We just stayed here a night before heading to the airport. We accidentally booked a twin room but the staff were able to fix that for us which was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a pain. We had to park in St Stephens green shopping centre and walk over. About 10 mins. They were able to validate the ticket though, which was good. Probably wouldn't pay for breakfast again. Wasn't worth it.

The hotel was really nice, clean, very friendly staff (the concierge especially was very friendly and helpful). The location is excellent for the city centre. It’s a beautiful hotel, my room had a great sized double bed and felt very luxurious!

The hotel is located on a road with trams so rooms facing the road will have a bit of noise from them. Coppers (bar/ club) is also across the road so you can here a bit of noise from there, not that it bothered me.

The staff, the style of the hotel, the location & the room everything more less was excellent as expected as this was my 2nd stay.

Room 1108 is beside air-conditioning unit outside the window my parents stayed in this room and couldn't sleep with noise.

Breakfast area a little disorganised waited along time for coffee. Also no food service in the bar area when we came in we were told we would need to order from our bedrooms and then we could get food which was strange

Could not fault the hotel itself. Beautifully festive and exceptionally clean. Staff were very capable and friendly.

On checking out I needed to remain at the property for a few hours. I purchased drinks and sat down on a couch. The concierge kept eyeballing me in a really unfriendly manner as if he was wondering what I was doing there alone. It made me so uncomfortable I left for the train station earlier than planned. Left a very sour note after a lovely stay and evening in Dublin.

Just spent an overnight in Iveagh Garden Hotel. We went to a concert and took in some shopping. The hotel is an ideal location for shopping and entertainment. The staff were professional and helpful. We will definitely return !

Room, food and restaurant and bar excellent. Most staff were very helpful, ideal location in Dublin for us.

Due to location things much more expensive, but we knew that, some staff not as helpful on leaving, requested taxi and got forgotten about but another young man stepped in and was very helpful
