The Lana is beautiful and has breathtaking views from the room balcony. The service is top tier and the staff is amazing and friendly.

Everything! Superb service, facilities. I had the pleasure to be trained by Coach Wael. His devotion to me is a big reason why I keep returning to the hotel. Every worker at the hotel was great and I am sorry for not mentioning every single one of them.. All the staff at High Society and Spa, housekeeping and front desk are fantastic!! This time I would like to mention Wilson who served me at Riviera. I saw how hard he was working yet kept a good attitude and professionalism. Mujahid from High Society is an amazing guy! Always smiling and gives an excellent service.

At Riviera the morning team are struggling. I believe it is because they are under staff.

The very best there is! From the doorman to the management, the most caring and genuinely friendly staff I have ever experienced – simply the best of the best. Every single wish is taken care of. For me, the Marina View rooms offer the most beautiful and spectacular view in all of Dubai. The pool? There is simply none better in the entire city – breathtaking views, impeccable service, and above all, true privacy (as outside guests are only allowed at the Observatory Deck). Absolutely outstanding in every way.

I want to say thanks a lot to Sayyed for the warm welcome and upgrade of the room on my birthday. Check-in was great. The service in the room and the food in restaurants are beyond praise. I like the rooftop pool with an incredible view of the city. Cozy gym and Dior spa. Live music. Live flowers. Congratulations from the hotel in the room. Very clean and cozy . I felt like at home. However, the service does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. The reception staff and overall customer service lacked the professionalism and hospitality expected at this level. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected the overall stay.

I was almost charged 8k aed extra just because they didn’t see that I have prepaid via booking.com I arrived at an early check in time and was asked to pay a whole night instead of half a day let’s say.

The place was spotless and had such a beautiful fragrance everywhere. My husband and I truly enjoyed our day and celebrated a special occasion together. What touched me the most was the thoughtful gesture of the hotel bringing us a delicious little cake 🥹. The colors, the atmosphere, and the view were absolutely stunning — especially the pool view, it felt like a whole different story on its own. The hotel is incredibly elegant, worth every dirham, and the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. My husband and I both agree this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in Dubai.

They should offer more light snack options, such as biscuits, instead of only having full meals available. That would be much more convenient and helpful.
