My recent stay at The Lana was exceptional in every regard. The hotel delivers a standard of elegance, comfort, and personalised service that is truly world-class. From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Eleonora and Ioan, whose warm hospitality and impeccable attention to detail genuinely elevated my stay. Their dedication to guest comfort, thoughtful assistance, and consistently high level of service made a remarkable difference. They are true assets to the hotel. I highly recommend The Lana to anyone seeking a refined and memorable experience in Dubai. I look forward to returning.

Everything is top notch quality. The hotel is stunning beyond belief and the beds are like marshmallows :)

The location- It’s not the hotels fault but the construction work surrounding the hotel is constantly making noise. You can’t block it out either. It’s just so noisy.

Traffic at certain times of day is a bit stressfull but other than that wow wow. Amazing staff, property and dining, entertainment options.

The Lana Dubai absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was incredible, the service outstanding, and the complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite was a perfect surprise. Between the Burj-view infinity pool and the beautifully designed interiors, everything felt high-end and unforgettable.

The only things I didn’t love were a 30+ minute wait for breakfast on one day, and the ground-floor lobby breakfast being noticeably lower quality than the restaurant. Otherwise, the stay was outstanding.

We spent the first days of our honeymoon at The Lana Dubai and it was perfect. The hotel is stunning and the views are incredible! A huge thank you to the team for making everything so perfect, especially arranging early check-in so we could start enjoying right away. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely happy, and the hospitality was on another level. 💛 The food was delicious, and the pool and facilities so beautiful (just wow) and we loved the Dior Spa & Gym. The location couldn’t be better, central but still super quiet, close to Dubai Mall, great restaurants, and with a gorgeous Burj Khalifa view. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Dubai. 🤍✨

Our stay at The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected pure luxury, comfort, and warmth. The elegant interior design, the breathtaking views of the canal and skyline, and the calm yet sophisticated atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuine — every interaction felt personal and sincere. We also loved the room design; every detail, from the lighting to the layout, felt thoughtfully curated. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall service standard were simply impeccable.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, but if we were to suggest a few small improvements, offering complimentary room upgrades when availability allows would make short stays feel even more special. Additionally, the breakfast experience could be enhanced with a slightly wider selection or a more buffet-style setup that reflects the hotel’s overall five-star standard.

On checking in they know your name and a lovely welcome to the start of the holiday. Breakfast is ala carte and they have a good choice with pastries etc. Beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in and its because they have vispring mattresses. Rooms are very spacious with walk in dressing room. Great view from the pool area and Paul the manager and his staff are exceptional. We will definitely return soon

Great breakfast, amazing location and overall just amazing. This was the best hotel I have been to in the UAE. Staff was friendly and extremely professional. The pool is unlike any other and the view is worth it!

Only quip we had was at breakfast. Sometimes breakfast would take a while to get served. One time it seemed like they forgot about the food we were waiting for. This only happened once and was not a recurring issue.

This is the pretties hotel in Dubai. Everything from the rooftop pool area, the bathroom of the room was exceptional🥰, the views; the breakfast, everything is so beautiful!!! The Dior Spa, omg 10/10

The Lana is beautiful and has breathtaking views from the room balcony. The service is top tier and the staff is amazing and friendly.

Everything! Superb service, facilities. I had the pleasure to be trained by Coach Wael. His devotion to me is a big reason why I keep returning to the hotel. Every worker at the hotel was great and I am sorry for not mentioning every single one of them.. All the staff at High Society and Spa, housekeeping and front desk are fantastic!! This time I would like to mention Wilson who served me at Riviera. I saw how hard he was working yet kept a good attitude and professionalism. Mujahid from High Society is an amazing guy! Always smiling and gives an excellent service.

At Riviera the morning team are struggling. I believe it is because they are under staff.

The very best there is! From the doorman to the management, the most caring and genuinely friendly staff I have ever experienced – simply the best of the best. Every single wish is taken care of. For me, the Marina View rooms offer the most beautiful and spectacular view in all of Dubai. The pool? There is simply none better in the entire city – breathtaking views, impeccable service, and above all, true privacy (as outside guests are only allowed at the Observatory Deck). Absolutely outstanding in every way.

Everything! Probably our favourite hotel stay to date! We got a room upgrade provided to us for our Birthday, views were exceptional, all of the smart features in the room plus the rooftop bar was out of this world breathtaking. Genuinely a fabulous stay from start to finish.

However, the service does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. The reception staff and overall customer service lacked the professionalism and hospitality expected at this level. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected the overall stay.
