Not my first time at Siro, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. I love coming here just to relax — watch a movie, get a good night’s sleep, and enjoy the peaceful vibe. They have plenty of facilities and activities, like the gym and treatments, which I haven’t tried yet but they look amazing and worth experiencing. There are also great dining options on-site. It’s the kind of place where you can simply check in and spend the whole day enjoying the property without even leaving. Always a pleasure to come back!

Everything is perfect and amazing but 500dhs to stop in front of the door is too much i know the valet is free but i don’t like someone to drive my car if it was 100 would be more perfect

I had a great stay at SIRO One Za’abeel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The gym is truly exceptional—probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice variety of restaurants on-site. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

The pool at The Link was under maintenance during my stay. There is another pool available, but I was really hoping to try that one. the in-room projector setup is a creative idea, but watching from the bed felt a bit too close, and the sound system wasn’t very clear.

I had an amazing experience at the Siro Hotel! They really went above and beyond, starting with a fantastic room upgrade. I was given a thorough overview of all the hotel facilities, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Special thanks to Abdulwaheb and Kaleeem for their outstanding service and for making my visit so memorable. I highly recommend the Siro Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Front of house staff very young and not trained adequate to meet the standard of O&O!! Staff needs to be trained in what they do and so post to know what they have available to sell ! Mid-level pool was closed :-(

I didn’t lijke the breakfast area and the restaurant I already paid for breakfast and they treated us like we are having food for free I didn’t like the atmosphere of the restaurant it seemed low class compared to the hotel If I knew about it I would’ve chose breakfast with my room I prefer going to any other many restaurants they had in the hotel than this one I had an awful experience

The AC is set on 19 and once u leave the room automatically turn off which makes the room hot when you come back

The experience was so relaxing and easy, the mode of the room is just made to make you feel calm. The stay was great, the staff is the best part about the stay, Ali from the reception was incredible and very helpful with explaining everything about the hotel and the facilities.

The elevator was not working so we go long way to get down ,, The breakfast was not good little qty for each person to choose when compared with one and only breakfast .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, and I wanted to express how much I truly enjoyed my experience. Everything from the facilities to the atmosphere was excellent, especially the gym and wellness areas which were a highlight of my stay. I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Nisheth, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. His professionalism and warm attitude made a real difference and truly enhanced my overall experience.

A new concept about the gym being as fitness and encourage all visitors to work out while being there, a new great experience I had in the hotel.

To be honest, I think there is a noise in machinery seems like to be from within a room, fridge or projector, I don’t know hasn’t loud noise couldn’t sleep well.

1) the protector in the room was bad idea very bright at night and very dim in the day. 2) the elevator idea you have to ride the first elevator which takes you to the 30th floor (and this is only one elevator not multiple), then change elevators to go to your floor which is very hard if you forget something and want to go back and get it. 3) why we cannot call housekeeping directly and have to ask reception as was told by in-room dining operator. 4) there is no business center in case a guest wants to use a pc or print something. 5) coffee machine can be a better brand 6) no small espresso cups in the room 7) confusing proctor remote and tv remote.

Everything. The mini bar is finally modern and thoughtful. The facilities are amazing. We had a consultation with a nutritionist who was excellent and enjoyed the sports classes and the wellness healing. The attention to detail is amazing. My new favourite place.

The staff is new, they should provide the facilities (consultants, spinning classes, yoga, etc). No one tell us about this, I haven’t tried them all, I just know About the consultants from social media. I think the reception and staff should introduce this properly.

Pool situation…. The spectacular pool is outsourced to a company. Plus we would have been denied because my daughter is 16 only (but taler than most the the people there)…. 21 years rule apparently applies to infinity pool places in dubai 🤷‍♀️

We loved everything about the hotel. I’m personally a member at SIRO Wellness and already use some of the facilities regularly, but the stay itself was brilliant. The attention to detail really stood out. I love silence—and this was just that. Peaceful, effortless, and elevated. The food was excellent, the garden pool was a dream, and the views were honestly the best part. Highly recommend—especially if you love the city but want to escape the chaos. Can’t wait to be back again.

The only thing that threw me off a bit was the confusion between the gym lobby and the main hotel lobby—there’s a lot happening in different areas. It took a moment to figure it out, but then again, I do love a bit of an adventure!

My stay at SIRO One Zabeel was overall fantastic, especially when it came to the well-being experience. I highly recommend booking a consultation with the in-house nutritionist, Heeral – she’s incredibly knowledgeable and made a real impact on my stay. If you can, try to extend your visit to fully enjoy the personalized meal and workout plans. It’s truly worth it. The hospitality from the concierge team made a huge difference. If you’re lucky enough to have Osman assist you, you're in for a treat. He took care of everything seamlessly – from check-in to organizing little details, even surprising me with a birthday cake! Overall, an impressive stay with standout wellness offerings and some room for improvement in the restaurant service.

On the other hand, the dining experience had a few bumps. Lunch at Tapasake was quite slow and a bit disorganized – it seemed like the staff were struggling to manage table numbers and orders efficiently. Breakfast also had a hiccup: despite both my friend and I giving our room numbers upon entry, we were mistakenly charged for an extra guest, even though it should have been complimentary.

We absolutely loved SIRO and its concept—easily an 11 out of 10! The hotel and amenities are outstanding, arguably the best among the 15+ hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. It’s a must-visit for fitness enthusiasts. The rooms are fantastic, offering breathtaking views of downtown, while the gym and spa are truly one of a kind.

The cold plunge pool was a little dirty. Light was able to shine through the curtains which I didn’t like.

If you’re a fitness freak, this is THE place for you. SIRO has top notch facilities, from the fully equipped gym (think cardio, functional training, weightlifting, classes, spinning) to the recovery area with sauna, steam room and the very much appreciated cold plunge bath. We were greeted with a very welcome room upgrade with a Burj Khalifa view, absolutely stunning. The size of the room is legit, bathroom has all the essentials and more and to note the hightech wc with buttons and heated seat. Bed was extremely comfortable and room temperature just up to our likings. Appreciated also the complimentary snacks (however they stopped providing those after day 2, which was a bit of a let down). Both pools are breathtaking.

A lot of fellow reviewers complained about the need to change elevators/stairs however due to the size of this building, it is necessary. It was not a problem for us. It was however a bit challenging to go out by foot given the road works ongoing in the area. Not the hotels fault though. As mentioned above, would have liked a bit more consistency for the provision of snacks but that doesn’t stop me from giving 10/10 to SIRO.

I Absolutely loved it; if I am ever back in Dubai, we will 100% be staying back at Siro; it is the nicest hotel with the best service, facilities and pool we have ever visited. 12/10!

Have to change lifts a lot to get places, didn’t have a great experience at the aelia restaurant, also the main pool (the big infinity pool) has been outsourced so even hotel guests had to pay 500aed to use it on a Sunday.
