Despite everything, the hotel is beautiful, clean and fragrant, the staff in the restaurant, at the pool and on the beach , especially the guys at the entrance are all too kind and nice

we traveled with a small child and we asked in advance for a room closer to the elevator because the facility is huge, and we got the back room that was the farthest from the elevator and below which were the restaurants and bars.. Music and noise after midnight, and once we woken up by loud arguing on the terrace of one of the restaurants in the middle of the night. We were looking for another room the same night we arrived at the hotel and the only option offered to us is a room on the same floor very close to our room with a toilet intended for disabled people, without bathtub…honestly, I think that this was not the only option, but simply the staff at the reception did not try hard enough to satisfy the guest's request.

Too much Russians, too much extravagance, too much decadence. The moral decline and cultural decline. Excessive in immorality. Pitty to see how Dubai getting a place worse than Las Vegas. Too much Botox, too much alcohol. Terrible!!! We even saw clearly escort girls walking around and waiting . Where is the moral, virtue and class. How can UAE allow this.

This is the most beautiful hotel iv ever stayed in . Palatial and grand , from check in to check out , my experience surpassed anything I was expecting. The staff are outstanding with nothing being too much trouble . They are an absolute credit and clearly have been trained in customer service , to the highest of standards . My room was stunning with the largest bed I’d ever slept in , beautiful bed linen and pillows , with every amenity you could possibly need . The hotel has an array of fresh flowers when you walk through the entrance and the smell is amazing , it really does set the scene to tell you , you are in for an amazing stay . The pools , beach , restaurants, waterways with the little abra boats , is simply amazing . I cannot praise this hotel enough and I’m just in complete awe and can’t wait to get back .

The rooms we had were excellent, with just a small disadvantage namely the fact that view of the ocean was not seen due to the high balconies.

Service has gone downhill. Some waiters are just not bothered or trained well. Not enough buggy transport. You can end up waiting 20 mins which is unacceptable.

The politenes of the staff together with comfort and luxury of this hotel make in one of the best hotels I experienced in my life. I never saw more polite staff. The hotel is so clean that you could eat from the floor. Everything smells like high quality perfume in the hotel. Simply amazing!

The view was amazing, staff went above and beyond. Services where great and the hotel is magnificent. My daughter really loved it.

It would be good if the room had a spray/hose bidet, other then that the stay was amazing

The Jumeira hotel chain gave us an opportunity to enjoy different areas of the facility in walks, choice if pools, canal rides, water theme parks and cabby drives. The family loved it.

Breakfast seating needs to be better arranged. The experience must not be so different because you are not in the main dining room..

The royalty, the luxury and the hospitality Boatride

Furnitures looks old and the bath robes are old and worn out, the shower products wasn’t great at all, no AC outside to have shisha, the spa is overrated and steamroom not working.

the pool at mina salam was amazing and the room was quite large in compare to the room that we had booked before.

first the checkin took forever, we were not sure how. Then, during the checkout they made us wait because they overcharges us. We had to wait in the heat until it was done. Super annoying

Food was 50/50. I mean food for breakfast and food where there is a buffet. Like really so so. If you go to the restaurant separately - all good. For example French Riviera, very good place for dinner

The property was clean and grand.

It was busy and shortage of staff. Had to wait a long time for my car and the dine in service in the room was not great. The waiters gave incorrect information and didn’t even return back despite me asking for a water bottle. The Abra guys didnt want to accommodate us on the Abbra. Hotel usually good but i think hotel was too busy.

We have been a number of times to Al Qasr over the years. The location is perfect, close to Emirates mall, however they no longer provide a free shuttle bus as they used to previously. The hotel is large and very lavish. The swimming pool is one of the if not the largest in Dubai. Plenty of dine around (paid if not on half board) options on the resort as you have access to the other hotels on site. Also have free access to Wild Wadi Water park, which is located next to Jumeirah Beach Hotel. You also have access to a kids club, really only now suitable for very young children. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the amenities expected in this price range. The hotel is located on a private beach, which is also shared by Burj Al Arab. I've been around to a few resorts and not just in UAE and I can say that I enjoy this beach the most. The staff are all very polite and always smile. The tend to all your needs. Had a fantastic massage in the Talise spa. One of tbe better massages I've had. The spa is accessed via the Abra and is very serene. The Gym is very impressive and one of the larger gyms I've seen in resorts. It is located in Mina Salam and can again be accessed via the Abra.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We were expecting to stay in connecting rooms but instead we were offered two rooms on the same floor but not connected. After some haggling by my wife we were moved to the lagoon view connected rooms on the second floor, which were much better. On our previous visits we found the breakfast to offer excellent choice and the open layout inviting. However on this visit we found that the menu albeit great was not as good as previous years (before covid). Also the layout was changed and felt more constricted in terms of seating and movement. In the pool my daughter cut her toe due to a disloged tile on the swimming pool floor. When I looked more into it I noticed a few more disloged tiles in the pool area, which really shouldn't happen in a resort such as this. Overall a few small niggles but I do think they need to continue to look after things as competition is high from other similar hotels now in UAE.

Disappointed to not have received a resolution/reply to our query on breakfast charge on bill that was not correct over 4 weeks after the stay. This despite sending many email reminders.

They closed swimming pools very early at least it should have been open till 11 pm in night as it was summer time people could swim late evening .
