Hospitality and support throughout our stay was exceptional, I highly recommend Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Resort

Location is great. Having the Suek next door is fantastic. Rooms are good. Could do with a freshen up though. Pool area is good. Staff are lovely.

Breakfast isn’t great. Lots of the food sits out and loses quality. Coffee standard is not very good at all. We usually stay at the Mina Salam and would be inclined to go back to the Mina Salam next time we go.

This was my second visit to the property . The property is simply stunning and the views to the Burg Al Arab and beach just beautiful . Lots of dining options and my favourite is The Hide steakhouse . First class food and hospitality by all the staff . My room rate included breakfast on this visit and simply amazing . Everything you could possibly require and excellent quality , just divine . Rooms are huge with every amenity you could want. All in all a very good stay , the only draw back is the price , it’s incredibly expensive to stay here .

There was a major problem with birds and seagulls around the main pool . The pool is incredible , but the experience was ruined by the squawking crows in every tree and the dive bombing of the numerous seagulls dropping poop on a constant basis . There appear to have taken residence here and sit in multiple numbers on the pavilion roof . The life guards are constantly walking round scooping it out . You really could not have a decent swim at all, it was really frustrating. I raised this problem on numerous occasions and management are aware . There is a guy that walks round with a falcon , presumably to ward them off , but for the last 2 days of my holiday he was no where to be seen . I just hope they get to grips with it , because it is truly awful .

Restaurant kitchen closes early. We have arrived at 11pm and there were no place for quick bite and drink. Since with kid we were not allowed at the bar. Restaurant children policy to strict, even the beach bar doesn’t allow for kids less than 7yo.

The location and view from my room was exceptional. The restaurant and the food choices were very good. The staff was helpful, professional and very welcoming.

It was all good, clean, no hassle breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The stay was wonderful… Choosing the Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel played the biggest role in adding a high level of enjoyment and happiness.

The lush green spaces, the quick response of the staff to resolve any issue, the cleanliness, the prime location, and the excellent facilities.

What I loved most about Jumeirah Al Qasr was, first and foremost, the people. Despite everything, the hotel is beautiful, clean and fragrant, the staff in the restaurant, at the pool and on the beach , especially the guys at the entrance are all too kind and nice

we traveled with a small child and we asked in advance for a room closer to the elevator because the facility is huge, and we got the back room that was the farthest from the elevator and below which were the restaurants and bars.. Music and noise after midnight, and once we woken up by loud arguing on the terrace of one of the restaurants in the middle of the night. We were looking for another room the same night we arrived at the hotel and the only option offered to us is a room on the same floor very close to our room with a toilet intended for disabled people, without bathtub…honestly, I think that this was not the only option, but simply the staff at the reception did not try hard enough to satisfy the guest's request.

Too much Russians, too much extravagance, too much decadence. The moral decline and cultural decline. Excessive in immorality. Pitty to see how Dubai getting a place worse than Las Vegas. Too much Botox, too much alcohol. Terrible!!! We even saw clearly escort girls walking around and waiting . Where is the moral, virtue and class. How can UAE allow this.

This is the most beautiful hotel iv ever stayed in . Palatial and grand , from check in to check out , my experience surpassed anything I was expecting. The staff are outstanding with nothing being too much trouble . They are an absolute credit and clearly have been trained in customer service , to the highest of standards . My room was stunning with the largest bed I’d ever slept in , beautiful bed linen and pillows , with every amenity you could possibly need . The hotel has an array of fresh flowers when you walk through the entrance and the smell is amazing , it really does set the scene to tell you , you are in for an amazing stay . The pools , beach , restaurants, waterways with the little abra boats , is simply amazing . I cannot praise this hotel enough and I’m just in complete awe and can’t wait to get back .
