nice and clean hotel - staff was very friendly.

For family reasons i left 3 days earlier and when i asked for a refund of the remaining days i was regrated, saying that Bookings.com would not approve the refund. was very disappointed and saddened. If you could look into this it would be appreciated

The facility was very close to dubai mall The reception was very professional and upgraded my room to a suite thanks to (Shehab) Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely visit again

Wow! It’s super beautiful hotel even if a little bit old but maintained was very well! Very nice staffs especially the front desk guys James and Lisash who was very kind and helpful for me! The food was great in Thai restaurant as well! Recommend try it.

Special thanks to Roy, Jasmon, Fredrick, and Ali, honestly their warm greetings and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. The experience at Buhayra Lounge was equally memorable. The service was impeccable, and the food was exceptional. My gratitude goes to Rowbell, Siraj, and Amr for their attentiveness and excellent service throughout my visits. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the lady who checked me in. Her welcoming demeanor and understanding of my preferences made a significant difference and set the tone for a truly personalized stay. The Palace Downtown continues to be one of my favorite hotels, and it remains my top choice every time I visit Dubai. The property offers a world-class spa, a wide variety of restaurants, and spacious, beautifully appointed rooms that I thoroughly enjoy. The location is also ideal — within walking distance to Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Mall, and many of the city’s iconic attractions.

I found the room lighting to be slightly dim for my preference, especially as I enjoy reading in the evenings. I would appreciate it if brighter lighting options were made available to enhance the overall comfort of the room.

All the hotel staff are extremely professional, neat, and kind, always striving to provide the best possible service. The hotel itself is clean, exceptionally beautiful, enjoyable, and a peaceful place to relax. The breakfast they serve is simply outstanding.

I truly felt like royalty during my stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and the location very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to compensate for the absence of the waterfall. Breakfast was excellent, and the massage was the best I’ve had in a very long time.

In my stay the famous Dubai mall fountain is closed for maintenance and felt the price could've been lower because it lost the beautiful view, also the bathroom seat could've been greater it feels kinda small to move even though the bathroom is huge but the seat is next to a wall

Service at the breakfast restaurant should for sure be improved. It is our forth time in this hotel and each time we face some issues. This time the hostess was never there. People would get in a small queue to wait for her. One morning even Chief himself had to follow us to the table. Drinks (teacoffee) are served with delay, cutlery is not replaced, meaning if you take fruits or smth else for tea you need to find yourself a fork (( But this comment is only about the service at the restraunt, as the food is always awasome
