Absolutely great hotel, staff, service, cleanliness, location, what else add it! Definitely will stay only here next time in Dubai. Convenient, close to everything. Everyone is very willing to help. Just perfect in all ways.

The hotel looks and smells (!) luxurious from the beginning to the end. I could not remember any imperfection there.

The Location is incredible, property is honestly so serene and quite, loved everything about it, the services, the staff, the food.

There is a lack of outlets inside the hotel for sure, I couldn't find any bars or vibing restaurants at night.

The bell boys were a disaster leaving our cases in the back of the taxi which then drove away with our cases.

My family and I stayed at Palace Downtown while we had to wait for our connecting flight to Sydney, 15 hr layover. We found the service attentive and the room large and clean. Our stay was brief, however we were impressed with the service and convenient location.

A lavish spread with global options, freshly made dishes, and perfect service. We genuinely looked forward to waking up for it every morning. The beds? Heavenly. Some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced—like sinking into a cloud after a long day of exploring Dubai. We slept like royalty. And the staff… words fall short. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. The hospitality was out of this world—gracious, attentive, and always two steps ahead. From the concierge to the waitstaff, everyone made us feel truly special. Palace Downtown has a reputation for blending traditional Arabian architecture with modern luxury—and it delivers on every level. Whether you’re here for the view, the proximity to Dubai Mall, or just to relax, this hotel is the real deal.

Excellent location, such a close walk to the mall and the fountain. Pool area, although small, was beautiful and great service. Breakfast buffet very diverse with great selections. Spa was very tranquil with a good selection of services. A wonderful Arabian themed hotel.

The location was ideal as some of the most famous sightseeing highlights were in walking distance. The whole staff did a perfect job, which contributed to our wonderful travel experience.

We booked a room towards the fountain side and when checking in we were informed that we only have a partial view. That was a disappointing start.

I think the hotel is worth 4 stars and not 5. The rooms need renovation, there is a musty smell in the room, probably a mold or moisture problem

Superb location, spectacular views from the hotel, and walking distance to mainstream places in downtown Dubai. On top, all staff members that we interacted with from the front desk check-in/check-out to complimentary valet services, including the hotel restaurants and lounges staff, provided exceptional service and were very helpful. Rooms and facilities at the hotel were very comfortable, super clean, and had ample space. A true 5 star.

I do not like buffet meals, and as the cooked eggs are already taken to the tables, a full table waited service would: Be more efficient, more personal, and less chaotic. Any vacated tables should be cleared instantly to dissuade the birds. Guests should be asked Not to feed the birds as it encourages them.

Beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the driveway, the room was beautiful as was the wonderful buffet breakfast. The pool is also inviting.

The location is perfect and the resort style of the hotel at that downtown location is unique.

We had a memorable and opulent stay at this oasis of luxury and peace in the middle of busy Dubai Downtown. The hotel brings a feeling of old Arabian castle amidst the ultramodern skyline and there was something special (maybe it was the spirit of Ramadan..) in the whole atmosphere of Palace Downtown that made us feel very happy to be there. The service during the whole duration of our stay was impeccable and we were treated like royals. Breakfast was possibly the best I've had. Our room was spacious and tidy and the view to the fountain and hotel gardens took our breath away. We didn't spesifically request a room with a view but got it regardless. The location was convenient for accessing all the necessities around Downtown and we saw the fountain show right from Thiptara's restaurant and bar. Dubai Downtown is terribly expensive place to be, but I'll have to say this hotel wasn't the most expensive when it comes to the price of dining, afternoon tea etc. Obviously it is a luxury hotel priced accordingly, but you don't have to be a millionaire to stay here!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast! The location is perfect for Downtown Dubai; you can sit in the bar by the pool and watch the fountains or walk out the front door and into the Mall. We will definitely stay here again.

Closer to Dubai Mall, restaurants, airport, hang-out places with nice view, clean and luxurious rooms, friendly staff, housekeeping 24*7, sahur facilities, 24*7 in-room dining, lobby not congested, controlled traffic at drop-off lobby, AC perfect controlled temperature in room and public hall areas.

Please avoid assigning/allocating/reserving city cab with Bangladeshi driver. They are rude. Dirty cab.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Dubai . The location is 10/10 your in the heart of Dubai , with burj khalifa in front of you , the fountain show and the shopping mall is on your doorstep . The Souk bazaar and Dubai Mall are all linked to the hotel so the location is amazing. There is so much to do and keep you busy . The hotel was so beautiful the staff was amazing . Sido in particular at reception was so sweet . In room dining and Thiptara restaurant was magical as we had our anniversary/valentines meal there an burj khalifa was right in front of us ! The most magical night of my life and thank you to the restaurant staff for doing this for me ! When ever I stay in Dubai now this is the hotel I’ll be coming back to !
