Great location, amazing experience, professional employees. Specifically, I like to thank Bishnu and Arshad for their amazing hospitality at the breakfast buffet. The property itself is really well designed and maintained. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to and can spend a little extra fir a rich experience

Only thing was the way chocolates in the room were charged, which happened bcus it kind of made us overlook the charges the way it was presented.

Gorgeous hotel, connected to dubai mall and was super convenient. The spa is also amazing.

Breakfast is too expensive as are the restaurants on the property and aren’t worth the price. The room was a 5 min walk from reception which was a bit inconvenient but not a major issue

Palace Downtown is near Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the iconic tower. The rooms were luxurious with stunning views, and the service was impeccable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay in the heart of Dubai.

Everything! This place was the definition of luxury. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was fantastic and the place even smelt great! The location cannot be beat, right by the fountain and the Burj Khalifa the views were speculator and the access to the mall was so convenient!

The check in process was a little messy. They were trying to get a room early for us as we had a red eye flight however there was miscommunication and it seemed our room was ready but they never let us know. We didn’t mind though as they were trying to go out of their way for us. One other small thing, there was a day I wanted to just enjoy the room and relax with the “do not disturb” sign on the door, the staff kept calling up to the room and knocking on the door to check on me. It was kind, but after multiple calls and visits to the room it felt excessive and the calls were waking me up from my nap.

Very convenient location, center of downtown, picturesque view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain shows, easy walking distance to mall and restaurants, SUPERB hotel staff, SUPERB hotel service and well appointed rooms with modern conveniences.

There’s little not to like. At the margin, housekeeping/engineering/minibar service folks weren’t checking iPad messages. For instance, the ac was acting up and they didn’t receive my initial messages. Same with minibar refill. But these are very minor details.

The location for New Year’s Eve

Excellent customer service from the whole team. Eunice is an amazing person and manager. Went above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort for my elderly parents. She is a massive asset to the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond – they were truly exceptional, from the reception where we were greeted with such kindness to the team at the pool. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything was perfectly maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I’m honestly speechless at how incredible the service was. We will definitely be coming back without a doubt! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Perfect location, spotless cleanliness, helpful & kind staff, beautiful environment, amazing festive ambience.

Pillows & extra beds are poor quality. There were no drinking glasses in suite for the filtered water provided.

Rooms were outdated, window in the room was chipping off. For a 5* hotel we expected more!

They are crazily friendly, nice accommodation, suitable for family trip. All the locations are near the central area of Dubai. The fountain view we can have romantic scenery at night time.

Rarely something provides sufficient value for money but this hotel truly did. As a family we couldn't ask for more. Great location right next to the Souk Al Bahar and Dubai mall so gives easy access to great places to eat and shop. The pool with a view is an amazing experience!

The best location in the city. -Beautiful, atmospheric hotel with a grand entry experience through the courtyards. -Stunning outlook from the room over the lagoon. Definitely worth upgrading to the fountain view room. -beautiful common areas. -great happy hour offer at the waterfront bar, great prices and even better views.

-the pool area is beautiful but it can get very crowded. Also would be good to nominate an adults only area.

Everything was perfect! still one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced. Location is great with beautiful views of the fountain and the downtown all around. Food was great and so was the spa. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. And conveniently connected to Dubai Mall. It is an expensive hotel but well worth it.

not enough amenities in the room for its price. On previous stays, there were fruits and dates but not this time.

This hotel went above and beyond. the service is exceptional, the room we stayed in- fountain view was amazing! the buffet breakfast was undoubtedly the best we have ever had in a hotel. The selection and variety was very good. The views from the hotel was so lovely and liked the 5 minute walk to Dubai Mall. Great location. The spa facilities were great, which were included in our stay. We stayed for two nights this time, but hoping to book this hotel again for me and my family next year! Can't wait to go back!

- Overpriced and no loyalty program. There is no flexibility in the points earned. This is what I encountered on the last trip - The breakfast buffet is not compatible with the hotel's high prices, and the quality of what it offers must be reconsidered Thanks - The men's spa club starts late and closes early, which makes people not benefit from this service, especially if the visitor is a tourist. I mentioned this to the hotel management repeatedly in previous visits. No change.

Exceptional service and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially when travelling with a toddler. We had such an amazing time. We will definitely be back!
