My stay was incredible! The staff were very nice—especially Ms. Circle “Dayra,” who was so kind and generous, making my trip truly exceptional. I stayed in Suite No. 650 with pool views, and everything was amazing—the pool, beach, service, food, and location. Breakfast (included in my stay) was served at Tutto Passa restaurant. They offer starters from the buffet along with à la carte options( order on the table) . You must try the shakshuka and the French toast—absolutely delicious! ❤️‍🩹♥️ Overall, the hotel is quiet and romantic, which makes it very suitable for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Modern, clean and quiet rooms, amazing gym and pool. Special shoutout to patience working in the restaurant for breakfast, she was so friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Little cake in the room for my birthday. Dyson hairdryer in the room, beds are sooo comfortable!

Rusty areas in bathroom, some staff were a bit clueless, no discounts for UAE residents. queues for checkout and breakfast.

The noise of skydive dubai. Unfortunately, even though I loved this hotel I will not return because of the noise produce by skydive dubai. It woke me up every morning around 8 on vacation even though I wore earplugs!

The Delano is beautifully situated at the top of Bluewaters in Dubai. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a relaxed, laid-back vibe. Staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly focused on ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with a wide range of amenities. The pool area offers plenty of space, with sun loungers, cabanas, and attentive guest services available throughout the day. The beach area is equally inviting, making it an excellent spot to spend a few leisurely hours. Water sports are available through a partner based at the beach, with a variety of options ranging from relaxing activities to more energetic pursuits, including both motorised and non-motorised choices. When it comes to dining, guests are spoilt for choice. The Delano itself has several options, and additional variety can be found at its sister hotel, Banyan Tree, as well as in the nearby shopping area.

The hotel should be stricter with sun lounger reservations; many beds are reserved via a towel early in the morning, but no one is using them for hours.

Absolutely everything, from staff to the facilities. Just everything it was so relaxing. i was on my Honeymoon and it just really felt like i was on holiday Shout out to Patrick and Alex in valet, they were so nice and helpful.

Room which I booked was nice , reception told me he give me upgrade but I find out the room he gave me was swimming pool view and my original booking was full sea view so I asked my room , so no upgrade no welcome later room was ready for another customer and I really was disappointed

It was my birthday and I mentioned multiple times in booking and checking time and WhatsApp conversation too but nobody give attention I was honestly disappointed, check in was not 5* I had feeling it was hostel, checkin experience was so bad they make me wait so long we was standing 20-30 minutes and waiting reception just forgot me and my family and we was super tired but nobody care , I back to reception and reminded myself that still waiting my room, I mentioned I will be early check in thanks god was 3 pm but nothing was ready

The pool the service breakfast is a bit crazy and they do not have a club lounge that is a down fall . too busy and too noisy and you have to wait to be seated took long time

EVERYTHING! Especially the staff, always serving with a smile! The attention to detail across the entire hotel is amazing and the breakfast and dinner at Tutto Passa gets 5 stars! I think they make the best focaccia I have EVER eaten.

Our stay at the Delano Hotel in Dubai was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The warm welcome, the constant availability and professionalism of the staff — especially Patrick — truly made the experience exceptional. Delano pool was lovely, Breakfast was great, suite was soooooo nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would go back frequently if I could.

The beach was closed for renovation, but the pool area was so nice it didn't matter.

The hotel is beautiful. The Staff were very welcoming, accommodating, super friendly and professional! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was clean and amenities were so good. Loved the stay, and will definitely return! Maison Revka and The Rose bar were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was so good! Overall a very nice and lovely experience, I will definitely be returning! Thank you to the staff for making it a very memorable experience.

I think there is room for improvement with the breakfast.

beautiful and elegant staycation at this hidden gem of a hotel. Our suite was stunning with breathtaking marina views, the pool was gorgeous with fantastic food options, and the staff delivered excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommend

The rooms and minibar are the most thought through ever, with every little detail covered. From Dyson hairdryer to electrolytes in minibar. Very nice design and colors, and closet for clothes very nice. Bed also good, and the softest and best slippers

The gym was excellent, restaurant quality, breakfast service, despite it being very busy. Variety of breakfast food, beach area, the location is nice.

The bedroom lighting is very confusing, room cleaning service didn’t happen during the second day. Some design features are odd, cup handles in the room as an example. An adult pool would be a great addition.

A beautiful resort with great access to the beach, pool and a pool club. We had a great stay and enjoyed the upgrade thoroughly!

The hotel is in a good location, you can walk around Bluewaters. Overall everything was fine.

Not the best beach - entry into the water through rocks, shallow depth (although the latter is good for guests with children)

Absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were very welcoming , helpful and friendly. The room itself was spectacular. The cleaning staff also did an amazing job daily. Down to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Special mention was Patience- she was a star! Highly recommend

More variety of fruits for breakfast and also the service for breakfast could improve. Apart from these two things, it was a good experience and a wonderful stay.

Delano is absolutely amazing, very clean rooms and impeccable staff, yet there were ants everywhere at the beach and by the pool. I assumed that it was a seasonal issue. Important to note: no ants or whatsoever in my room or indoors. I think it was just a matter of the nature doing its thing outdoors.

The hotel seems brand new where i can say true. I will be just talking about the staff and how wonderful they are starting from the valet staff up to the reception staff (especially peter) following up to the restaurant staff they are literally well experienced and GREAT.

One of the best experiences in Dubai. Lady in Tuto passo (blond hair) was super helpful, we had great dinner. Manager who said goodbye to us at the reception, was super sweet as well. Overall staff experience was amazing. Suite has amazing views, worth paying a bit more. Room service was quick and tasty too.
