Burj Al Arab – Service: The service is impeccable. From the very moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by a tall gentleman who seemed to read every wish directly from my face. Every member of the service team did their absolute best to make our holiday as beautiful and effortless as possible. Especially the private butlers – their training is clearly excellent and it shows in every interaction. The room was good, though not what I would call “very good.” There are areas that definitely show signs of wear and would benefit from renovation. Our whirlpool, unfortunately, worked only at 50% capacity. We had to fiddle with it for a while before it finally started, which is quite disappointing in a hotel of this caliber. The decor and furnishings in some places felt a bit dated and worn. One of my biggest concerns, however, is the Infinity Pool. The concept and design are fantastic – truly breathtaking. But during our stay, a young man injured his foot quite badly. He was bleeding heavily, and the cause turned out to be several sharp edges around the pool. Even my young daughter got hurt, though thankfully it was minor. Still, we discovered multiple dangerously sharp spots. I sincerely hope the management hears this and takes immediate action. This issue must be addressed as a priority. Also, our personal butler service did not work as advertised. While there seemed to be someone on the floor, we often couldn’t find them. Maybe we should have called by phone, but the promise was 24/7 availability – and that wasn’t our experience. On the positive side, the spa area is simply spectacular – located on the 18th floor, beautifully separated into male and female areas. We chose the mixed area and truly enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Just wonderful! Breakfast on the terrace was delightful – the view, the setting, the atmosphere. Though again, the furniture could use some upgrading, as it felt somewhat worn.

This place is like a dream, facilities are just amazing and staff are so warm and nice, food is just next level and rooms are the best I have seen so far.

Checkout took a very long time though I have informed that I have a flight to catch. It was all due to putting the room on DND, but still a hotel in this level should have fast solutions in place to solve a small issue like this.

We had a truly unforgettable experience at the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. A special highlight was our anniversary dinner at the Arabic restaurant, Al Iwan. When the staff member, Erin (I believe), learned we were celebrating, he went above and beyond to make it special. He brought rose petals to decorate our table and even surprised us with a beautiful rose. That thoughtful gesture made the evening truly memorable. Our overall stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were wonderful — attentive, kind, and professional throughout. Thank you to the Burj Al Arab team for making our celebration so meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and heartfelt experience in Dubai.

the bed could have been more comfortable. no toilet washer/bidet in the bathrooms prefer a buffet rather than ordering at the table Toast was cold every morning at breakfast

The room is huge, the staff is super kind, the quality of food is impressive, both in the room and at the breakfast buffet. You can breath wealth and class all over the place!

Apparently the room was recently refurbished, nobody was able to help us activate the mechanism that would hide the TV behind the table to better enjoy the view from the bed. Not a big issue at the end

The panoramic suit with a view to the sea on one side and beach on the other side was unmatched. The hospitality of the staff was sooper, the breakfast and the ambience for it exceed our expectation. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Impeccable attention to detail. Customer service at its best. Very helpful and friendly staff without expecting anything in return. The Hermes’ toiletries are a special treat. Our suit was huge for 2 people.

The price tag , it’s not for the average wage earner .. but I guess this is why they make the experience so special.

With it being such an iconic hotel some clientele can come across as a little brash .. manners cost nothing and the staff work so hard . But other than that I loved everything about the hotel was a real treat and wished I could have stayed longer than our 3 nights .

Absolutely amazing. Although this stay exceeded our budget, we decided to give it a try for one night to see if it was worth the price. We have been in other hotels for a day in similar price range, but Burj Al Arab is the only hotel I felt like I was not overpaying. It is worth every penny and experience, service and memories you receive is unmatched! I swear, this is the best $1500 I have ever spent in my life and this is the only hotel I really want to return in this price range. Thank you a memory of a lifetime!

I loved everything, but there was one time I wished the room had balcony. Also, I noticed there's media control and speaker system throughout the suite and I couldn't make it work but was too busy admiring everything else in the suite and hotel to ask the staff how that system works.

Rouda, the staff on our floor was really helpful and a sweetheart. The hotel was overall quiet and had a calming ambience.

Every time I needed a buggy, I'd wait at least 20-30 minutes. Today, after checking out, my sister and I gave our car tickets together. I waited for my car for 45 minutes at least. My sister, who got her car earlier for some reason, reached Sharjah while I was still waiting at the hotel lobby for my car.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was a lovely break. Breakfast was amazing, with the most beautiful views over marina and palm skyline, we were served by Dior (think how you spell), he was fantastic and my husband and him bonded over man united. Staff are all fabulous, the rooms and bathrooms are just delicious. Would highly recommend.

There was loud events on the side of the building which disturbed us BUT they sorted us and moved us within an hour to the other side of the Burj and we had no other issues :)

Staff were fantastic, the team at the front door always efficient and helpful. The butler service was also extremely helpful particularly Jaycee.

The service from anybody we came into contact with was fantastic Alisha on reception checked me in he was absolutely outstanding talked me through my full stay, Aneesh was welcoming to us and took care of the bags and made sure we found our way was also excellent in helping me checkout and leave on time with my taxi, the facilities are unbelievable my highlight was breakfast looking out to sea sitting outside was brilliant and Dior in the Bab al yam restaurant was one of the best in the business .

Room was great. How much more room do you need than 1700sq feet split level. Location was great, over the causeway, good security. Breakfast was fabulous, but that's the only freebie you get, and you've paid for it.

Hot water was too hot. Seriously you could singe your arse on the bide. The happy hour is a joke. 2 Grade B wines from Chile and a very very average G & T. I suppose if you want a proper G & T you go to the top floor and it costs you £50.00
