Where to begin!! An amazing hotel with world class facilities, food options, pools, spa/sauna, Michelin restaurants. There is something for everyone here from single travellers to couples to families or friends looking to have fun as a group.

No complaints! If anything we just need to stay much longer next time to experience all the facilities on offer.

Just the most amazing experience. The service was almost too good! Unbelievable restaurants, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would like to mention the staff at Al Muntaha in particular were brilliant. Thankyou :)

If I was been picky. We were at the hotel on arrival around 8am and even though the staff and myself knew the hotel wasn't full they still wanted to charge me half a night fee to check into the room early. I have stayed at the Burj 4 or 5 times now and think that we should have checked in early for free.

Booking.com did not display the correct amount and had to pay extra, which was something I was not planning on spending. It was hidden to make it look cheap to book but ended up paying for it. I was made a fool when I talked to the staff and took the fun out of the experience

The living room area was way too cold even after having the air con turned down. I found the large mirror over the bed confronting & I did not like it, a beautiful painting would have been more acceptable. The location of the hairdryer was inconvenient and should be able to use it in the bathroom as well. The water in the shower was not hot enough but was hot when using the vanity.. I didn’t enjoy a “ warm” shower. We also had to move chairs around in the living room to be able to enjoy the views outside. It was also difficult to watch TV unless you re arranged the chairs.

Second time staying there really nothing like it out there!

As usual was very good . Although the bathroom carpets starts to look wrinkled and old . Time to change for thicker one that not move

Check out time and how many calls and pressure. Especially first night we check in at 2.30am which means 3/4 of normal rate gone. They could have been flexible instead keep calling every minutes .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Burj Al Arab for 9 nights, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unparalleled hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel's architecture is breathtaking—its sail-shaped structure is a true masterpiece and immediately gives you a sense of being in a unique place. The staff at the Burj Al Arab deserve special praise especially Manilla and our personal concierge. They were extremely responsive and attentive, always ready to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was arranging special dining experiences, providing personalized service, or catering to my specific needs, they were always "à l’écoute de toutes mes demandes." I was particularly impressed when they managed to locate my lost glasses at Atlantis the Royal and bring them back to me in less than an hour . This level of attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel valued throughout my stay. A huge thanks for the Hermès gift as well !

Food and drinks at Skyview bar. Mocktails we had there were very average, you can find better in 90% of places in Dubai. The wagyu beef carpaccio for about $100 plate was definitely not wagyu. This bar is ONLY about the view

Breakfast room is a bit small and sometimes you need to wait to be seated. However, the service during the breakfast was very nice.

The asked you to cheq in at 16 and cheq out at 12 even you also didn’t complete 24 hours and you pay that much of money how and when you will enjoy all the hotel facilities

The whole experience is amazing, the suite is out of this world.

There were a couple of small things I didn’t like. 1) the staff at the adults pool constantly asking if my son was 12! In the end I had to show his passport to the manger which looked very embarrassing. The pool bar was closed which is strange as the executive pool bar at the jumeirah beach is always open in the summer.

We had a two bedroom suite. It was so spacious and comfortable. The beds, especially the pillows were like heaven to sleep on. The fact that you can contact the butler via WhatsApp was amazing. The toiletries were luxurious and the towels were so fluffy.

The fact that we had to leave:( I’m afraid there is not anything I can say that is a negative.

Welcoming service. The butler and reception are more than willing to offer help. Spacious room with snacks included. Infinity pool, water park and indoor swimming pool are super nice facilities to be used. The buggy network is convenient to travel within the resort too.

Some facilities are a bit old. May upgrade the technology in the room. Information is scattered. A pamphlet with all the complementary activities information would be nice.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. It was full of royalty. We got a free upgrade to two bedroom as that was the only room that wheelchair accessible. It was made extra special thanks our Butler Zaima who was extremely kind and helpful. We had an amazing day and The team made it amazing for my mom’s birthday.

there are no Shataf showers in any of the hotel rooms. Being in Dubai, this is one of the most important things.

Everything, the personal attention was superb, the cleaning, facilities and attitude of the staff, definitely it is a new level in hotel experiences.

That nobody told me about a deposit they require at the check-in for AED 8000, thus I had a problem with my bank when I tried to pay this deposit plus the amount for the stay, so I had to split the payment in two parts.

I think it will be better to extend the carpet stairs all the way to the first floor of the room so the resident know that the last step(the white marble)is part of the stairs !
