I like the reception staff, person named Georgii was super helpful and gave us an upgrade, which was amazing! Pool is super picturesque, great things to discover. Would be great if the guest in house can have a small additional discount for the restaurants there! But anyway the pricing is reasonable-) I love the room, the corner to discover vynil-)

I was with the kid and if smth can be considered for them willl be cool, even coloring book or pencils.

This hotel is definitely unique and has a great location. The view from the pool is amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Communication during booking and with room requests was smooth.

The room layout was really inconvenient. The bathtub is right next to the bed, so it’s too cold to actually use it. The toilet is in a very tight space, and it’s strange how the toilet, shower, and sink are all behind separate doors — you have to open and close doors just to move between them.

The place was super cozy, clean, and comfortable. Food was really good, and the restaurants and bar vibes were great , fun and relaxed.

The person I spoke to from reservations didn’t sound very friendly, and a couple of the front desk staff felt a bit robotic , not the warmest welcome

The reservation person who I called to extend my stay / or asked if I can extend till tomorrow after 30min. From checking out is a disaster , your should teach them how to be passionate and friendly in their work.

The AC isn't cool enough

Very warm and welcoming staff. I specifically want to mention Chantel who exceeded the bounds of her normal duties by assisting with a smooth check in process. Ibrahim was very patient with us and made us feel at home the moment we entered the corridors of the hotel. Composition and style of the room facilities and amenities. Overall a pleasant experience.

Our stay was sweet, but short.

Our room overlooked arrivals and departures unfortunately when restaurant and bars closed a lot of rumbling from performance cars and music from some cars woke us about 4am not everyday but security did try abd help

There was a rude employee at the front desk by the name of Ahmed who wasn’t attending me, butted in during my check in and make racist remarks. Shame to have unprofessional people at the front desk and spoil their experience.

What an atmosphere this place has! From the moment we took our first step in, it richened us with its unique style and theme. The welcoming ushers and front desk staff are amazing! Thanks to Dani who generously upgraded our room, and ensured all needs are satisfied!

The hotel is well located, nice lobby inside, great cafe for lunch. But I forgot my Chrome Hearts leather glasses case in my car, I realized this after the valet had moved my car to the basement. A few hours later I returned to drive to a meeting and found my case missing from the car. I had my friend with me the whole time, who saw the case last time in the car, as well as me. I can conclude that someone stole it, I contacted the hotel manager but have not received any response after 12 hours. I double checked my stuff and I'm pretty sure the case was in the car. Shit happens. Oh and also, the pool at this hotel is very small and shallow, but with a good view.

The design is 100% 25hrs-style. I like the spa / pool and gym. Obviously the monkey bar is also nice, and has a nice view if you’re not there when it’s too hot to go outside.

Loved our stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai! The design is creative and full of personality, and the location is perfect—close to everything. Big shoutout to Brendon at reception—he was incredibly welcoming and provided superb customer service. We enjoyed the sauna, and the pool had a super amazing view of the Museum of the Future.

We weren’t allowed to check out late, but that was understandable since there was an event the next day and the hotel was likely fully booked.

Hotel's location was great just for a bunch of good cafe's and restaurants easy to access them by walking through this new area called one central 👍🏼

- The price was not worth the room that I booked a normal King bed room . - Some of the services need to be improved in the future .

The water T is not consistent which is the reason im never coming back. As we cant take a shower properly

The hotel location is good, it's near a metro station. The room is clean and we'll decorated. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is nice with enough variety.

Amazing hotel.

The lady at the reception, while I was checking out, was extra rude to me. She was rolling her eyes when I asked for a receipt. When I asked online, she said you already got the physical. Do you also need the email? And rolling her eyes again and acting bored with my questions? Which is her job... She was an African young lady. I checked out in the morning to catch my plane.

Brendon was an amazing receptionist and a lovely person. He was happy to accommodate every need of ours. He also made our stay as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible. He did all that with a wonderful smile and an endearing demeanor :) We also loved the strong hipster-like identity of 25Hours. There was an incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel and some beautiful, artsy, choices all around. I'm not going to spoil the fun for you, but it's nothing you have ever seen before. I was mesmerized every single moment... A breath of fresh air in what has been an overly commodified and sterile sector. P.S. We loved the LG OLED TV. Thanks for not cheaping out on the TV!

High price, small rooms, decent beds and comfort pillows level. Construction view, coffee wasn't available while mini bar saying coffee is available and barcode to scan provided to demonstrate how it should be made??! Water cans instead of bottles were it can't be closed after partial use

Very nice coworking area and overall interior design is good

The iron kept living limescale stains on my white clothes, even after they changed it, but they took my stuff into laundry and took care of it.
