This hotel has a great vibe and loved the decorations and cafe and restaurant options. Not stayed before, because we find it overpriced in other months, but now value for money was excellent

Very long wait for check-in, but this was greatly picked up by staff, we had lunch first

The concept: modern, but respectful with the past and heritage. Confortable and good taste no ostentatious.

Amazing breakfast and decoration details

Everything! Room was lit! Standard room is already perfect for couples, what can I ask more? Facilities were so nice and breakfast? Ya'll have to take the breakfast! Superb!

I have to request toiletries since they dont have it there. This is one of the things I usually check in at rooms. I guess this is the one bit that made me feel uncomfortable during my stay..

I liked every thing and the staff was nice

The noise of the bar was extremely high i couldn't sleep properly. I do recommend to include ear plug in the room for the guests :)

Special Thanks to Mike at the reception, he offered an upgrade and chose a room away from the construction noise. The friendliness and help-offering employees everywhere is the best. Free snacks and water for you in the room. The decor vibes are extra; never a dull moment, very relaxing and always something different around the corner.

I do love the fact that the room was spacious and clean, super quiet as well ! space was eccentric, felt like I'm at home and not at a hotel room. oh and the free stuff in the mini fridge is a bonus

I was not a fan of the canned water, I prefer water bottles, and the coffee bags keep slipping from the cups, which was a bit harder for me to prepare the coffee, maybe change the cups ? and thats all

The free minibar wasn't stocked when we entered and we asked twice at the time check in (8pm) and later when we got back after dinner (11pm) but just got water (which is conplimentary in most hotels). The next morning we got one chocolate bar which was another issue when you have two young kids fighting over it - so much for free minibar. Also there was a used coffee capsule in the shelves (means the room wasn't cleaned well) This stuff scares me when housekeeping can't see things that guests can easily catch in plain sight. Like another reviewer we too didn't get free cake for our sons birthday despite the reception said they will arrange - these small things make a big impact when the purpose of your stay in celebrating a special occasion Finally at check in person at reception system was having an issue and we had a tiny dispute if breakfast was included or not - turns out we did but it wasn't showing up on their system. That little delay and back and forth would have ruined the experience if it was made up for the room and the hype behind the hotel.
