Nice location. Close to restaurants

Location; design of the room, the lobby and all areas; although I couldn't swim due to loaded schedule the pool and its view; breakfast, the friendly staff from front Brandon at front desk to Daniel Aziz of housekeeping team were all very kind and helpful.

When asked for taxis the staff at the hotel entrance don't call standard taxis for guests ibut tell only limo is available (standard car but they name it as limo) which costs more than taxi and don't bring any extra service value.

The hotel has a very cool design and really thought out workspaces. Great for meetings, out of office working or meeting with friends.

The pool is a bit small so it can get quite busy.

The window does not reflect light, and everyone can see inside the room so we had to open the curtain all day and night . AND the music never switched off allll night , we could t sleep because of the music was tooo loud

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The decoration was unique and very eye-catching, and the overall vibe of the place was just amazing — warm, stylish, and full of good energy. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and created such a great atmosphere.

Breakfast excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice decoration of the rooms.

Upgraded room located below and above bars that both had loud music playing until 2am so unable to sleep until then due to noise pollution. Car park exit an issue due to error on system during entry

Very well located for the World Trade Centre. Breakfast was good. Eclectic decor. Nice restaurant options.

I loved my stay at the 25Hours hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, I had an earlier check in which was nice after the night on the plane. Too bad the pool closes at 10pm and not 11 but oh well. The food at the Monkey bar was superb. It's a shame I only had a short stay, hopefully i'll be back next time.

25h is my favorite places to stay in Dubai. The hotel space is so fun, warm and comfy. I feel so welcomed by the staff and I always look forward to going back.

The check-in sometimes takes long.

Proximity to office. I live the vibe and the ambience.

There should be bigger bottle of water in the room. 2 small cans will not suffice. No toilet kit in second visit. However it was there in my first visit.

The beddings are smelly. It should be washed well. Even the pillows. Also, we can hear the noise of the car honking from 12 midnight to 3 am. It should be handled by the valet team. It's very disturbing

A clean hotel with nice location and good vibes.

The car valet. It takes a lot of time (15-25 min) to get the car. Also, they’re over crowded area at the gate and i don’t blame the employees there with the loaded work but it’s chaos and it made them aggressive with everyone. Once they work on that, i believe it would reflect a good thing on the hotel and it will increase the hotel overall rating.

The breakfast was normal, the stuff was not motivated , it took around 25 minute to get my car and I had to wait for long

The room wasn’t clean, I found cola lid on table beside the fridge, I wasn’t ours and it look like from people before us

I like the reception staff, person named Georgii was super helpful and gave us an upgrade, which was amazing! Pool is super picturesque, great things to discover. Would be great if the guest in house can have a small additional discount for the restaurants there! But anyway the pricing is reasonable-) I love the room, the corner to discover vynil-)

I was with the kid and if smth can be considered for them willl be cool, even coloring book or pencils.

This hotel is definitely unique and has a great location. The view from the pool is amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Communication during booking and with room requests was smooth.

The room layout was really inconvenient. The bathtub is right next to the bed, so it’s too cold to actually use it. The toilet is in a very tight space, and it’s strange how the toilet, shower, and sink are all behind separate doors — you have to open and close doors just to move between them.

The place was super cozy, clean, and comfortable. Food was really good, and the restaurants and bar vibes were great , fun and relaxed.

The person I spoke to from reservations didn’t sound very friendly, and a couple of the front desk staff felt a bit robotic , not the warmest welcome

The reservation person who I called to extend my stay / or asked if I can extend till tomorrow after 30min. From checking out is a disaster , your should teach them how to be passionate and friendly in their work.

The AC isn't cool enough

Very warm and welcoming staff. I specifically want to mention Chantel who exceeded the bounds of her normal duties by assisting with a smooth check in process. Ibrahim was very patient with us and made us feel at home the moment we entered the corridors of the hotel. Composition and style of the room facilities and amenities. Overall a pleasant experience.

Our room overlooked arrivals and departures unfortunately when restaurant and bars closed a lot of rumbling from performance cars and music from some cars woke us about 4am not everyday but security did try abd help

There was a rude employee at the front desk by the name of Ahmed who wasn’t attending me, butted in during my check in and make racist remarks. Shame to have unprofessional people at the front desk and spoil their experience.
