Great location!! One of the best night's we spent in a hotel. I Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nice new hotel. The room views were great. It was a quick last minute stay, but still great. Bed was amazing!!!

Great advice from the front desk staff for cocktails and late night bites. Conveniently located in Downtown and right next door to a top notch dispensary. Beautiful and accommodating, modern rooms.

I could hear through the walls and hallway traffic very clearly. The air conditioning system worked great but the fan was not powerful enough to create any white noise.

The night club is on floor 6 and was very noisy. Suggest not staying on level 6 on the weekend.

Valet personnel were great. However, terribly understaffed, resulting in long wait times. Someone needs to be aware of when events are occurring and staff accordingly.

Couldn’t find the switch to turn off the lights from bed. I had to get up and go to the door to turn off the lights. The faucet in the bathroom was so set back that the beautiful concrete countertop got drenched. Some form over function.

We liked everything, but the lack of "oversized" vehicle parking created a real issue for us. We drive an SUV with a luggage rack on top. A hotel of this price and quality should be able to park ALL passenger vehicles especially in the west where SUV's with racks on top are especially common.

The shampoo/conditioner were amazing and good quality. It was nice they had grooming kits (facial pads/q-tips) in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shout out to Jeff at the front desk for taking time to give us a good run down of the area; he was very friendly! There was construction around the hotel, but we did not hear any of it inside the hotel. Walkable to Larimer Square, Union Station, "bar row". I felt safe knowing you needed a room card to access the elevators. Jeff really made our stay, had it not been for his service recovery my review would not be this positive.

Valet team was not helpful! Our truck was too tall for the onsite parking and we felt rushed to leave there without much help on options in the area. Did not make the start to our stay feel very welcoming! First front desk girl rushed us through the check in process, made us feel like we were a bother to her (which was disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there!) 2 strikes right off the bat (valet and check in). We were not able to get the a/c regulated. We realized the vents were closed in the room, but unable to get the room to fully cool down. Valet is $65/night; on a positive note, the taller off-site parking garage we found (1200 17th St-2 openings with different height clearances) $8/night for weekends.

A microwave would be good. Lots of added charges plus my clean black Cadillac came back dirty with dust and rain spots. If it was in fact covered parking it must be exposed to wind and rain.

I went to the hotel for a one night only business trip. I found it according to my expectations: clean, friendly staff, good location and very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby for the night and the furniture and the design of the hotel are beautiful

The restaurant (I had dinner and breakfast) directly charged 20% more for the staff and for the hotel itself. In addition, on the check, I found the tip request, which of course I gave. Well, I think that was a bit too much, since the restaurant was very expensive ($90 for a single person).

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable & quiet, Walls well insulated so couldn't hear neighbors.

The room was small, especially for the price. But, for me, the location was excellent considering the meetings I had scheduled. I could walk to everything.

No side lights in the bedroom and we couldn’t turn lights off without getting out of bed.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Entire hotel is meticulously decorated.

Valet/parking is a bit steep and for the price of the rooms I thought there would be some type of breakfast and/or coffee included.

Excellent service for a weekend anniversary trip. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a spacious room. The staff were friendly and accommodating - top tier service from the front desk to housekeeping!

Breakfast was overpriced but there are plenty of eateries in the area. And the in-house restaurant’s dining options fell flat - overpriced and tasteless.

We loved that the property was modern and in great shape. The beds and linens are of high quality & comfort! The privacy and safety of the elevator access to room access was with a key & we like that.

Wished for a room with a tub due to the photos we saw online but found out that only Presidential suites have tubs.

Loved the location. The Hotel is a beautiful stylish hotel. The rooms are very well decorated, warm and inviting. Very comfortable bed and linens. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the food at their restaurant Chez Maggy. The food was exceptional. I look forward to another stay there. Its a very nice hotel

Beautiful common areas, and tastefully decorated rooms. Additional amenities, such as free zoo tickets, were a nice touch. Resolved any issues quickly and professionally.

6th floor rooms.

The hotel has a nice design and the location of the hotel in downtown is great with close proximity to breakfast places and restaurants. The room was nice and airy. The gym was well equiped for a hotel gym. The staff on reception were very pleasant and friendly.

Bathroom lighting was dim, but right in line with the modern design. Housekeeping missed a couple of spots, but overall it was tolerable.

Downtown Denver is very quiet on Sunday mornings except for a large homeless community. It's clear homeless people and drugs are a big problem in many US cities and I'm only mentioning it as I didn't feel fully comfortable walking around early in the morning. Denver seems like a nice city and the hotel was fantastic.

Location was ideal. We were able to walk anywhere and felt very safe and comfortable doing so. The building and room itself were gorgeous. Our room wasn't huge, but they did such a good job with functionality of design that it was perfect. Such a comfortable and beautiful stay.

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert - the whole hotel had Taylor Swift quotes, themed cocktails, activities... it was just amazing. The room and service were also excellent.

Great location for Denver downtown. Staff is super friendly. I had to sort something out with the airport and my mobile did not work, so they let me use their landline phones. Thank you!!

This hotel was extremely laid back and extremely comfortable with exceptional customer service and super friendly staff I was super impressed with the whole experience as I only stayed one night and it was a quite pricey not to mention the prices for the mini bar in the room it had a lot of options which was very nice just the price for the amount was way over priced if you ask me but hey you get what you pay for right ? Overall 10/10 wish I would’ve got the lady’s name who checked us in very professional and I really wish she could teach a class to all other hotels in Colorado showing how to greet and check people into there rooms. I can’t exaggerate enough how welcoming she made us feel compared to the last 8 hotels I’ve stayed in the last couple of months! Thanks again it was a real pleasure and a really relaxing night
