The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great because there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel restaurants had a wonderful breakfast menu.
The sofa wasn't the most comfortable for 2 people. It was a bit small.

Stayed with our kids. Overall a fairly nice place for the price.
Great location. Easy and cheap parking across the street. Front desk was very kind on check in.
There was light coming in all around the door because the hinges were slightly off, so when the lights were off, the room was still very bright. Traffic noise was extremely loud, lots of street racing going on.

Pleasant
I liked the location and how it was close to everything for walking. It was clean.
The price. Seemed a little steep for an IHG Hotel. $1000 for 3 nights. I understand there was a convention going on but you're in the middle of the city. Nothing to look at not like it is a beach view. Staff could have been more attentive didn't look up and acknowledge guests when walking through the hotel.

I like the location of the hotel because it was in the heart of the city.
To get to the hotel you have to do a u-turn just to be able to pull up to valet. An out of towner would be kind of confused trying to pull up. After we checked in, we got sent to a room that someone was already occupying twice, we had to get sent to another floor.

Stay here every time!
We love Hotel Indigo chain. This is our second time staying here in Dallas and it is always a great experience. Easy access to public transportation, rooms are cozy, staff is amazing.
Parking is a bit expensive but easy in and out.

It was a really good hotel
The room was nice and cozy. Well kept. The food was amazing. Customer service was superb.
The alarm clock in the room displayed the wrong time. The shower faucets didn't turn off completely. There was some kind of noise from the bathroom that started in the middle of the night like an electronic chirp or water stoppage or something. Not sure what it was.

Wonderful stay - really terrific staff, good location and clean rooms.
Great location, staff were helpful, good bar and restaurant.
There was a mix up with our bed request - I was travelling with my son and I had requested 2 beds. It was organised but took time as rooms were still being cleaned at 3.09 in the afternoon.

Nice place, comfortable room, convenient to our event.
Clean, comfortable; 2 blocks from venue.
Pricey - because they could be. That said, I took a chance and kept my eye on it until the day before, figuring they’d (or Booking.com) would lower the price a little in an effort to book empty rooms. I did save a couple hundred bucks+ on 2 nights.

It was disappointing to not have the restaurant and bar open on a Saturday night. I felt there was a lack of city hotel life. Hustle and bustle of people coming and going! I hardly ever get to enjoy a hotel stay especially without kids and was looking forward to having a cocktail at the bar before we head out for the evening. But the lady at the desk was nice and upgraded our room to a queen suite at least.
