I guess the style

Comfort , king suite was more like a kids bedroom , AC cycles with 20 min delay , noisy but bartender was great !

Room was small but nice and comfortable with a good size bathroom.

The air conditioning was very loud when turning on.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor, hair all in our towels, and long hair in the shower.

Great location for downtown

Our only negative was the space at the bottom of the hotel room.

Check in was quick and easy. Valet was very pleasant and quick. Views were nice.

The room could be a bit more up to date

Slightly noisy hallways

Great location. Easy and cheap parking across the street. Front desk was very kind on check in.

There was light coming in all around the door because the hinges were slightly off, so when the lights were off, the room was still very bright. Traffic noise was extremely loud, lots of street racing going on.

I liked the location and how it was close to everything for walking. It was clean.

The price. Seemed a little steep for an IHG Hotel. $1000 for 3 nights. I understand there was a convention going on but you're in the middle of the city. Nothing to look at not like it is a beach view. Staff could have been more attentive didn't look up and acknowledge guests when walking through the hotel.

I like the location of the hotel because it was in the heart of the city.

To get to the hotel you have to do a u-turn just to be able to pull up to valet. An out of towner would be kind of confused trying to pull up. After we checked in, we got sent to a room that someone was already occupying twice, we had to get sent to another floor.

We love Hotel Indigo chain. This is our second time staying here in Dallas and it is always a great experience. Easy access to public transportation, rooms are cozy, staff is amazing.

Parking is a bit expensive but easy in and out.

The room was nice and cozy. Well kept. The food was amazing. Customer service was superb.

The alarm clock in the room displayed the wrong time. The shower faucets didn't turn off completely. There was some kind of noise from the bathroom that started in the middle of the night like an electronic chirp or water stoppage or something. Not sure what it was.

There was a mix up with our bed request - I was travelling with my son and I had requested 2 beds. It was organised but took time as rooms were still being cleaned at 3.09 in the afternoon.

They offered a small menu of breakfast items but were out of the first two things we ordered.

super clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, everyone was super friendly.

when checking in the front desk asked loudly if I was traveling by myself. As a 30yr female I didn’t really want the whole lobby to know I was alone. other than that she was pleasant.

It was very loud. I don't know if the windows weren't sealed properly or what but every street noise was very loud in our room.

Food and drink were great. Water pressure and temperature were great for the 12th floor.

No lunch bar or food availability. Downtown Dallas is convenient but not super safe, homeless people on most surrounding streets. Air conditioning doesn't have an option to keep the fan on at all times. The room hasn't been deep cleaned in some time, all moulding was dusty, my white desk chair was nearly brown. No fan in the bathroom. No option to connect to streaming services on television, this is a pretty basic feature that most hotels have. Also, doesn't compare to other IHG properties, no spa, pool, or live entertainment. The shuttle is unavailable as well, advertisement for this service is on some sites but not others. No safe in the closet.

Rooms modern and comfortable. In a good location downtown. Well equipped gym. Staff friendly and helpful. Historic building. WiFi free and fast.

I would have welcomed a proper ceramic mug and a glass in my room - although the moment I asked in the bar they gave them to me for the duration of my stay.

I paid $32 for parking for an overnight. You said it would be $16. That is a joke and super expensive. I could stay at an Air BnB for cheaper and have free parking.

Something bit me either a Spitter or beg bugs, I woke up full of bites. Please check room 507. They messed up with my reservation, I was told by housekeeping that I needed to check out. Called the front desk and was told the same. I had to go downstairs to prove with my phone I had reservations for 3 nights instead of just 1.

The hotel had a gorgeous decor and the rooms were very clean and beautiful, the beds comfortable. The hotel is located a walkable distance from the main attractions in downtown. Super friendly staff.

The breakfast was meh, not completely bad but not great. The walls are thin, and my neighbors came like at 4am talking very loudly.

Location the valets were very helpful.

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The location was great.

There were several charges on my credit card that shouldn’t have been there. Should have only had a charge for breakfast and a hold for the check in deposit, but ended up having 4 other charges of varying amounts, adding up to hundreds of dollars.

The bed was great. The room was small, but that was ok. The bathroom was small. Nice location to downtown Dallas.

The kitchen in the hotel restaurant was shutdown for a while. Eventually food was brought out in to go boxes. Came back from our show at 10pm and was told kitchen was closed.

The valet service was a little questionable later on at night (understandable) The location attracted some interesting characters. You can hear the outside noise. Breakfast was non existent as they closed due to not having majority of the food on the menu. Why provide free breakfast coupons then the very next morning tell us you don't have majority of the items?

on a Saturday nite this location is hopping with cars and people. our5th floor room was really noisy til about 230 am w cars, cycles, and yelling. not a restful nite
