The hotel has super-friendly staff, very delicious, generous breakfasts, and modern and spacy rooms with a stunning view of the sea. Their in and outdoor pools are amazing. They are cleaning the rooms several times per day, which adds a lot to the comfort of your stay.

You should close the windows because of the birds feeling free to fly into the rooms.

The service from the staff was exceptional, food was amazing (buffet and hotel restaurants). My partner is gluten-free and the supervisors did a great job of accommodating her dietary needs at all times. There was one slip-up by a member of staff where they gave my partner bread containing gluten and said it was gluten-free when we questioned it, so she ate it, we were later told it wasn’t gluten free. But apart from that, it was a perfect stay and I would highly-recommend to visit.

The blanket is impossible to sleep under - does not allow air in. Without it cold and with it like sauna.

The only small thing I would suggest is to put something on the bathroom wall where the residents can hold on to get out of the bathroom. My mother was afraid that she would hurt herself because the bathtub is very tall and she had nowhere to hold on.

Place is nice, staff is amazing, breakfast was excellent. Spa is good, indoor pool is decent size. Style and rooms are great.

There are a construction work close to the hotel. So you see the sea through the work. You can get water only on breakfast, in spa or once a day in a bottle in the room. You must buy water in other cases. Ceasar salad in Mediterraneo is really bad, you should avoid it. But gyros is okay. so try to refer local food.

The hotel is well designed, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff are just so welcoming and kind. We had such a great time, no doubt we will book this hotel again, on our next vacation to Paphos.

The hotel is amazing. The dinner was good but not enough dishes for my opinion. The hotel is super clean, the staff is amazing. The pool temperature is good.

Our room was considered one of the best in the hotel and id probably stay in the same room again, on the third floor 3230 facing the sea and partial pool. The facilities are good and the room very clean, although id say quite dated, the bathroom has old style shower and probably could use a facelift. The mattress was ok, but started to cave on the side closest to the balcony doors. There is a Nesspresso machine and capsules are provided. The AC worked well to cool the room. There is private free parking at lobby level and also under ground near security. I suggest to clean out the underground parking, a bit of paint and a couple of plants would go a long way as is not reflective of the property and more like 2*. Breakfast was standard. There is a footpath right in front of the hotel that leads to the lighthouse, castle and fort. Many people use it to exercise. Thanks to Thanasis from concierge who spent lots of time to guide us with all the facilities.

I read in the reviews that there were renovations and was concerned so i called the hotel and assured that the noise would not affect our stay. One could hear the noise BUT, was only when the patio doors were open.The pool was in the process of being reopened but at 15C id rather swim in the sea at 18C. However the sea was also closed with a red flag due to high winds. Even if open it’s not a beach. It’s rocky and not so accessible. Part of it on the left has bulldozed earth (with rubbish), so not sure if this is also being renovated ??!! There is also an indoor heated pool, but we did not use it as is very chlorinated and the smell was overwhelming. A fridge that you can’t put anything in as there is a notice that its only for hotel provided drinks. I could understand if it limits you to put in food. The nearest ironing room was a floor above :-( but the hotel made an effort to bring an ironing board to the room. The iron worked fine but the board collapsed a few times. In short this hotel can make so many small improvements that can elevate the services, which is an expectation from a 5* property. A call from guest services, or a note in the room to ask how is our stay, and if we need anything or make suggestions. Writing this review is a bit late for service recovery.

The service was exceptional, the staff was always happy, ready to help, the cocktail bar in the hotel was cheap compared to what level of service you get.

The indoor pool seemed crowded and a little outdated.

Big and nice indoor pool, nice minty steam bath, well arranged sauna, jakuzzi.

We lost two and half hours on arrival- to get proper room with sea view, what we ordered and paid for. Poor seafood menu/availability at the main restaurant during dinner time. Stony beach with a lot of seagrass at the water-break.

The beautiful outdoor pool was unfortunately still being re-tiled so was out of use. Beach area in front of hotel is very rocky, but better beach within walking distance

Overall a great value! Great facilities, clean rooms, beautiful spa.

Facilities match the 5 star rating while the service could be improved. From staff that do not speak English well enough to home keeping almost never answering the phone. Even when they do, it takes hours to actually bring coffee etc.

Comfy beds, spacious room with extra furniture. Great view from the balcony. Very convenient location - walking distance to the most interesting sights (kings tombs f.e.)

We had 2 rooms and one of them has issues with drainage. Water was standing in the sink for 10 minutes at a time. The smell of sewage in the corridor on the ground floor also slightly affected the impression of the hotel.

Needs some renovation, the corridors felt cold in the absence of a/c heating, the aluminum windows in the room were not sound proof and could hear the neighbors sitting at the veranda, too much chlorine in the swimming pool causing irritation to the eyes whose water felt cold

Good value for weekend or holidays leasure. We like food (restoraunts, breakfast) and spa.

- in 2 days in the underground parking lot the car was noticeably covered in bird shit, from a covered parking lot I expect that this should not happen

This was a hotel full of old world charm and hospitality and yet had all the modern comforts. The indoor heated pool was a wonderful way to end a day of sightseeing. The food was incredible…we had breakfast and dinner and the staff would always offer to make us something new. The staff were just incredible in their hospitality. We could walk to the harbour from the back of the hotel. The outside pool of many levels looked amazing though we used the indoor heated pool as it was winter. We had a great stay!

The staff is excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The room size is good. A selection of a la carte restaurants, including a hotel restaurant where you can have a rich buffet-style dinner. Very good breakfast. The hotel offers "night services" every day in the afternoon with a change of towels if necessary and distribution of bottles of water

There is not much space to put things in the bathroom. Water flow in the toilet was not good (at least in our room). Confusing lower parking on the first day - lack of signage on how to get into the hotel from the parking lot
