Everything was excellent

Interior and design of the hotel was really impressive. Bed was big and very comfortable. Room was new and modern. Breakfast was really delicious and sufficient options to choose from. Service staff were very friendly.

Main course in the Cafe and one of the restaurant were very poor. Especially compared to the price, we expected much better meal. It would have been nice to have more festivities or activities during Christmas and New Year other than Gala dinner.

The event was New Years Eve and my birthday New Years Day. The restaurant was superb, the staff and food were exceptional

One hour to take us to the room. Limited disabilities attention: parking, shower, room distance. TV not working. No hot water in the shower at night. I called reception, they said they will call me back, but no response. In the morning water was hot. But attitude at breakfast when we asked for a particular table and not the one the waitress wanted to give us. The waiter grabbed (and the word is important here as it hides negative attitude) my wife's bag from the chair of the next table and moved it to the table we asked without asking permission to do so.

Well maintained property. Location is quite good. Staff is very professional and polite.

An annual visit to celebrate our anniversary. Surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine in our room as returning guests. Ate in Oshins restaurant which was fabulous- both food and service outstanding. Spa treatment also highly recommended

Wonderful staff everywhere in the hotel. Lovely food. The intimate alacarte restaurants were exceptional. Our 4th floor seafront room was perfect, great view and comfortable bed.

Incredible hotel with nice Christmas arrangements, great facilities- indoor pool, jacuzzi, nice wet & dry sauna with lovely mint smell. Fantastic service, great and friendly staff, huge variety of tasty meals.

I liked the maintenance of the hotel, the service of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms.

I didn't like the view from the balcony, the shower, which was small and had a bathtub and not a shower.

Shower over the bath very high to get in and out, prefer walk in shower. Everything else wonderful . Will return.

Service was phenomenal. The hotel was beautiful.

We booked a suite with a private pool, but we were not informed that this pool faces away from the sun all day. The pool is not heated which means it is not usable. There were also parties/weddings every night which can get a bit noisy until 11pm.

This was our 4th stay at the Elysium and we are coming back next year. We love the hotel, the staff is just amazing which is so important to us and we always have the most relaxing holiday. The buildings and surroundings are so beautiful and kept spotless. A special thanks to some of the people who made our stay extra special: Spa: Magda, all the ladies from the front desk to be honest, Laura who is just amazing at what she does and Lousi. Dinner and breakfast Dana, Susana, Iannis, Katarzina, and Luigi, Eva. Thank you all for being amazing at what you do and make our holiday so amazing every time we return.

If the beach could be upgraded a bit it would be lovely as it is full with seaweed and stones. But there is a beach just 10 minutes walk from the hotel so it is not a problem.

Perfect hotel, I felt like I was in the best hotel in Thailand! Breakfast was plentiful, they always made sure the room was clean and tidy and that we had a luxurious stay in every way. Helpful, polite and kind staff. Great spa. We had a pleasure!

Big walking paths along the Oceanside. Lovely views. Excellent restaurants & breakfast outstanding. The staff are well trained & very responsive to guest needs.

Very pricey. A bit too large for us, but if you enjoy large resorts, it is well managed. Did not like stepping into bath to take a shower.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and the facilities were very nice. The location was ideal: adjoining the coast/sea and with beautiful gardens. The pools were exceptional.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

The reception, pool, spa, bars and restaurants offered a service of great quality, friendly, welcoming and generous attitude. The room was spectacular, recently renovated, fitted with new controls on lighting ad shades. The light is abundant and comfortable, there are plenty of sockets, the room was cleaned and supplies replenished daily. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The hotel interior and exterior were very relaxing.

This is the only hotel that we visited more than once, because we knew that we would have a great time there. Gratefully, we were not wrong. We can only praise the hotel staff for what they are doing the best.
