Located in one of the most picturesque villages in Cyprus with incredible views down and up the valley. You have all the emanaties on your doorstep. The rooms are created for comfort and the private gardens can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The restaurants at the facility are incredible and there is loads of small cafes, a wine bar and tavernas just up from the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive and will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Been my 4th stay here and will be back soon.

It works properly, there is an interest in the customer, the staff is accommodating and welcoming. Ι certainly recommend it to everyone who wishes to holidaying there.

Hospitality and interest for the client/cleanness and excellent breakfast.

The rooms are beautiful. They are not in one building, but all over the village. Old houses that have been refurbished in a very nice style.

Because the rooms/ houses are all over the village, and the village is built on a cliff, it's hard to get to the restaurant for breakfast or reception etc. You need a car, and the problem is parking. Or you need to wait for the golf cart to pick you up. I suggest if booking, to ask for rooms close to the reception, especially if you are over 70 years old.

We stayed with our dog, and the hotel provided us with a pet bed and a bowl, that was cute. Spa is quite small, but very nice, number of attendees is highly controlled, that adds extra comfort. The eucalyptus shower and the snow room won our hearts.

Clean and comfortable, breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant of the hotel (Vyzantino) was really good with nice view.

Damaged bedsheet. Door to toilet and shower could not be closed due to not working lock. Lights on balcony were out of order but fixed upon request.

Nice concept of reviving the old village. Facilities are nice and many things to keep you busy for a weekend. Spa is small, but the booking process ensures that it’s not get crowded or uncomfortable. Food is great in both restaurants. Be prepared for many stairs to walk around. Staff is very accommodating and prompt with any requests.

The mattress in our room was so soft that we could not sleep at all. But this was not the case for other rooms we had, so maybe we just got unlucky. Also the positioning of the AC was directly flowing to your head, so we have to turn 180 degrees.

This property was stunning . We loved the beautifully appointed clean rooms . The spa facilities and the friendly staff . I loved it so much they I have rebooked.

We saw ads of the Loutraki restaurant on TV in our rooms, made a reservation, received email confirmation. And when we came there it was CLOSED. Very disappointed. It spoiled our wedding anniversary.

It was not my first stay at Casale Panayiotis, and I will definitely come again. I love so many things about this place; the serene little village, the nature trails, the old stone houses, the exquisite design of the rooms, the cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort! The Bysantino restaurant at the hotel serves great food, and breakfast is good too. Every time I make sure to visit the spa which has very talented massage therapists. So many little details make you fall in love with the place. On top of everything, the hotel is pet friendly and neuters local cats.

I say it as a true fan and hope you can fix these tiny shortcomings easily. The bathroom in our room didn’t lock, same problem at the spa. They forgot to put signature blue cushions on the armchairs on our balcony. The balcony plants need to be watered. And last but not least, I hope you continue spaying cats, as there were quite a few without ear tips. Otherwise, great job!

It's worth staying here for sure. There is a good aroma massage and sauna in the spa. And a nice walking trail.

Service and staff were both features that really stood out at this hotel. The attention to detail, explanations, support, friendliness and the shared areas of the hotel were all excellently appointed and well managed.

The quality the food was very disappointing. We had one lunch there and did not bother to try dinner. It was a pity because the site for the restaurant and terrace is stunning… The filo with cheese with hideous balsamic fig reduction was poor and the soufflé did not warrant the name, being more like the slab of rubbery egg you might be served in an aeroplane on a long haul flight. Dips were also disappointing.

Ethos - something really special. Staff - all were fabulous. Setting - beautiful. Rooms - well proportioned and stocked. Food - authentic and excellent. Service standards outstanding. Spa - world class.

Privacy in rooms - many rooms have windows directly onto walkways. As solo female traveller, this was not comfortable. No proper curtains...even with shutters, proper darkness could not be achieved. Lift to upper village - this needs to operate 7am to midnight every day. Better selection of gin required! Bar staff need to be taught how to make a Pimms - mine arrived with no mixer! Breakfast - mediocre - no varietal changes day by day. Lastly - there needs to be a) a pool - at this level / quality of hotel, an outdoor pool is a given. I just assumed there would be one b) an area (around the pool) with sunbeds. More effort with 'green' policies - eg not using plastic straws with drinks

Picturesque village, set in beautiful landscape, private rooms, nice staff, good breakfast.

Stairs were little difficult, no guided tours available, tv didn’t work half of the time. In such isolated place screening movies would be recommended.

Great location, breakfast food and service outstanding, lots of fun things to do and see in the immediate area. The winery and the monastery are must see's. Lots of hiking trails and plenty of opportunities to visit Unesco world heritage churches nearby...

Front desk service not as strong as the service in restaurants; not sure why the hotel charges for spa facilities? But overall great experience!

An excellent option for a short trip to the mountains for relaxation and a change of scenery. The room was very cozy, clean, I especially liked the fireplace. The staff is marvelous professional and helpful.

Small notes: Very small robes in the room, glass partitions by the fireplace weren't clean enough. Overall quite boring in the village.

The staff are spread over quite a wide facility and sometimes it felt that the service standard in terms of responsiveness could have been better. We were in a courtyard and the outside light-which was an important element-was not working. We asked 3 times during our stay and it still never got fixed.

The spa and the clean air of the village

The pictures of the room that we book on booking wasn’t related to the room that we went.. and this was kind of deception.. Also the toilet was smelling bad and the TV didn’t have a sound!!

We stayed 2 nights at Byzantino 01 room close to the hotel area and it was lovely. The staff was very helpful, friendly and proactive with everything. Thank you. The facilities were beautiful and the room was very calm and cozy. The food at breakfast and at Byzantino restaurant was amazing.

The only thing to pick on was the bed. The mattress was very soft and we had some difficulty sleeping. If the mattress was harder it would have been perfect. Having a couple of extra hangers in the bathroom for the large towels would be nice. Thanks.

Amazing breakfast full of locally grown food. A room was very clean and big enough for two adults and one teen. We have visited this hotel many times and I have to say the management do their best to maintain the facilities and keep the level of service very high (especially for Cyprus where service is usually a downside).
