Kids club not open in February. But other than that very little.

Good location, easy access to the town centre and the archiological site as well. Very friendly and helpful staff, made us feel welcomed and made sure we have a great time. Breakfast was amazing for the second morning when it was buffet. One small advice. As it was off season I understand that on the first morning as there were not many guest it was easier to do a la carte breakfast but I felt bad for the waitress as she had to list all the breakfast option to us. It would have been better if there was a printed menu to choose from.

The room was so hot during the day we tried using the ac but no matter what option you sElected it pumped out hot air making the room a furnace , the stuff informed us that the hotel was in heating mode meaning only hot air comes out of the ac which resulted in us sleeping with the windows open

Pretty good hotel. With nice clean rooms, rooms are big enough and have all necessary facilities. Few pools in area of the hotel and spa. Food in the restaurant is exceptionally great and tasty. Chef of the restaurant if very friendly and professional. Alive music in the lobby was nice.

Spa is a separate building wich is not very convenient to walk outside. In the spa everything on the different floor sauna and pool splits. Not on every door is a quote so difficult to understand. Beach in this area is not for a swimming, more wild and full of stones.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities and helpful reception staff (esp Aimee). I loved being there at the very end of the season when it was exceptionally quiet. The grown-ups only area was very welcome, though the unheated pool was a bit too chilly and I didn’t like the dark tiles of the heated one which made this shallow pool look murky, but the sea was still warm enough to swim in, clean and crystal clear. The sauna was superb. I enjoyed eating outside in the restaurant, great menu and local wine, courteous and friendly waiters. For some reason however, the Caesar salad I ordered in the lobby bar was not the best, but the mains in the restaurant were lovely. The room was meant to have a garden view but looked onto a kiddies’ playground which was luckily not used at this time of year. I can imagine the disappointment of anyone who booked the lower rooms with own patio, only to realise that they had a full view of a busy (and probably noisy) playground. This was my only issue, other than that I really enjoyed my short stay.

Everything was fine. The decor could do with a little update but I didn’t mind, and the room was comfortable.

Modern but traditional, Almyra didn’t have a clinical feel that many new hotels have. It has personality.

A/C was rattling, too noisy to sleep. I had to turn it off the first night but it was extremely hot. Staff tried to clean and fix it but it was still making the same noise.

The breakfast was fine. The first couple of days the staff seemed to struggle with bringing teas and coffees in good time and it was all very confused but the system seemed to straighten out over the next few days. The staff - a lady called Eleni especially (been there 35 years ?) were nevertheless fantastic. The reception staff too - Marcos, Amy and Efstathios, were all extremely helpful. The cleaners and gardeners were fantastic : they couldn’t do enough for you - Elizabeth the African girl was such a pleasant and professional person. Star attraction - THE CATS - little ‘Ouzerie’ and ‘Almyra’ ! They are beautiful, well behaved, so loved by staff and customers - they will bring you all the good health and success in the world ! Please look after them - you are doing God’s work. A blessing for the hotel.

Just make sure the teas and coffees are delivered fresh, hot and on time at breakfast.

Loved the rooftop lounges on top of the rooms- great for viewing the epic sunsets across the sea.

Excellent service, rooms and breakfast. Nice bar with ambience. Directly on the sea front with several large pools including an infinity pool and spa treatments.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is high quality and fresh. They have a sister Hotel right near them and you can have their breakfast and use the facilities.

The adults only infinity pool was closed for an event during one of the days.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is very nice (nothing special, but everything is done properly). There is free parking for guests

Since we arrived with a toddler, we would have been happy if there was a possibility to free up part of the minibar in favor of a refrigerator for our use so that we wouldn't have to go out for every meal and could store a few things.

Very spacious room with a proper third bed for our teenage daughter. Breakfast was very good. Extremely clean and very thorough daily housekeeping service. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was a long and confusing walk to our room which was next to the spa. We had a beautiful view of the sea but there is no beach at the hotel which was disappointing, and there is no direct access to the sea. The restaurant next to our room was 16+ so our 14-year old daughter felt unable to eat there.

The location was perfect. Also ouzeri restaurant was one of the highlights of the hotel with very good food and friendly staff.

The staff at the breakfast buffet were all, with no exception, unfriendly. In general, the service of the hotel was below my expectations. We paid so much money for 5 star hotel to receive an average service. I don't think I will ever go back.

I really liked the pools and the restaurants.

I think it could benefit from a little interior refurbishment.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, welcoming, and always in good spirits. The family-friendly facilities are outstanding, with beautiful pools, a delicious breakfast spread, and everything maintained to a very high standard. The kids club and nanny services, in particular, were fantastic. We were visiting for a wedding, and due to unforeseen circumstances, my mum couldn’t join us, leaving us in a bit of a bind with our 11-month-old. Thankfully, the hotel’s facilities were a lifesaver and they looked after her so well. She had plenty of food, enjoyed nursery rhymes, a baby foam party, and arts and crafts, and we felt totally at ease. Christina, our nanny, stayed in touch throughout and was so reassuring, which meant we could actually enjoy the wedding without constantly checking the baby monitor. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re travelling with little ones - they truly go above and beyond.

The facility in the common area were great, but the room standard looks very old. There is a huge gap between the rules to all other parts of the hotel.

The Staff were the standout in the hotel. Nothing was too much for them. From the door man paying a taxi for me because I didn't have cash on me, to the staff in the restaurant bringing me a glass of wine on my last evening. They really where exceptional.

Only a couple of things I'd say. The curtains and blinds need to be updated, along with the bathrooms. The shower was was too powerful and sprayed all over the bathroom.
