Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town. Pool was a welcome opportunity to cool off.

It is a beautiful hotel, small, quiet and pleasant.

The pools are very small, especially the one that in the patio next to our room and there were pigeons around it almost always.

It was such a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most gracious and kind staff. They would do anything to make you happy. Warm and friendly people. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was perfect temperature with soft music to help you relax. Surrounded by green nature. Simply stunning! I loved it. Thank you to the staff for making my holiday the best.

Location is excellent, staff is amazing and the facilities are great

The only downside is that our room (102) had a small bathroom with a very narrow glass door in the shower so the bathroom floor was all wet after taking a shower. Also beware that you can’t access the hotel by car, you need to leave in a parking, but it’s 2 min from the property

Amazing! The only word describing this hotel and our stay. Everything was amazing. The location, environment, value for money, fresh and varied breakfast and of course the staff! It was really beautiful and clean.

The pool was beautiful, the location is very central however there is no parking by the hotel but you can get lucky with street parking.

Beautiful decor, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, very clean, perfect location. The only small suggestion is to put two small bottles into the fridge each day. It would mean a lot to the guest and not cost the hotel much.

Beautiful hotel right in the town centre. Close to restaurants, the beach and shops. Right in the heart of the town. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They put something special on for a birthday. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for couples. Very quiet, in a great location and good value for money.

No elevator to bring up the heavy bags and coffee was terrible.

There is nothing not to like about this property, from the professionalism of the staff to the relaxing setting and perfect location. Attention to the guests was omnipresent and treats were offered at every occasion. had a fantastic stay!

The staff is absolutely exceptional, really helpful and positive and cheerful - which is what you want during your holidays. You are located in the middle of the middle so everything is steps away. Beautiful hotel with Mediterranean vibes, would definitely go back.

Great location for exploring the old town and not too far to walk to access beaches and other tourist services in the newer part of the city. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection of foods to suit all tastes and being a buffet style means you can try whatever you fancy. Staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. The small touches such as a glass of iced water when you sat in the pool areas made you feel special. We were in the building across the narrow srtreet from reception with a small courtyard around the small pool. Room had so much character and very comfortable and the courtyard was very relaxing and quiet.

Shower cubicle in our room was a bit snug, possibly something to consider when there is a bathroom refurb in the future.

Breakfast, surroundings and breakfast waitress.. she was pure joy and nothing was too much trouble. The pool and its surroundings were an oasis of calm in the middle of the Rethymno hustle and bustle.

Very little. Robe really picky the pool was still quite cool this time of year, but a heated pool would not be good environmentally so I would rather have a cool dip than a pool heated.

We had a two-storey room and the hand rail on the second floor was very shaky, nearly falling off

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were warm and kind, bringing our luggage up to our rooms and greeting us with a welcome drink. The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of Rethymno, which made it easy to walk around. There is also a parking garage ~7 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Tranquility and calm - just what we needed after a day of shopping. The manager Yiannis Xondrakis was a fabulous host!

On a positive note The staff were outstanding so polite helpful and professional especially Georgia our lady who cleaned our bedroom The bedroom and especially the unbelievably small bathroom was tired looking towels were tiny and had seen better days wardrobe space very cramped clothes got creased as not enough height space and no iron in room to rectify problem safe could have been place better at eye level rather than low down there are numerous steps at all sorts of angles with very little hand rail support to negotiate in bedroom and the hotel in general there is no lift in the section we stayed in so if anyone has a problem with getting up and down steps this isn’t the hotel for you

It’s located in the heart of the old town which can be very busy. However the hotel is like a well run oasis of calm. Overall, the facilities are very good and are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

The building is old which is part of its charm. So you expect it to be quirky and different which it is. However, there were areas that felt a bit ‘tired’ and in need of rejuvenation - such as the shower!

- noise from the street or other apartments, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

The ambiance and the room decorations. Breakfast area need an outdoor fan as due to the extreme hot weather was not easy to enjoy.

Stayed for the second time and very pleased with the intife experience. Still the room which highly preferred is the Suite 2 facing the main pool of the hotel.

Charming hotel located right in the old town, only a few streets away of the Venetian Harbor. The room was superb, with a small balcony overlooking the pool area, the bed comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. The staff was very friendly and professional, exceeding my expectations. Thank you for your hospitality!

This hotel is nicely located. The employees are very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed eating breakfast outside near the pool. the breakfast was very good. The room was large and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and they even upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The room was beautiful with a lovely terrace and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

However, there were a couple of things that were not ideal. The wifi signal in our room was weak and we had trouble connecting to the internet. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out quickly and we had to endure cold water towards the end of our shower.

The location is great, close to many restaurants, shops and amenities. Although there is no parking on site, you can park at the public car park which is about 5 minute walk at Euro 14 overnight. The hotel service staff is extremely friendly and takes time to explain the hotel's facilities and breakfast menu to us. We were served welcome drink at the pool and a fruit basket in the room. Breakfast is buffet style with a good enough selection. Overall a pleasant stay and at the modest price we paid, it was excellent.

The toilet is a bit small and the vanity table at the toilet sink has little space.

Everything was perfect!

A charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The room was perfect and very clean with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of variety.

Unfortunately being in the town centre there was noise in our room at night.
