The air conditioning location in our room blew right on me.

Big comfortable rooms with all the facilities needed. Short walk to town and ferry port. Airport a quick taxi ride away. Hotel is very confortable with an AMAZING breakfast. Staff could not be nicer or more helpful.

Lovely large rooms, tastefully furnished and decorated. Located by the old port giving grear views. Roof top bar and pool enhanced our visir.

Breakfast searing capacity madew it a bit hit and miss.but a good selecrion and well presented.

This hotel is the closest to the port and the central bus station and is not far from other attractions. Unfortunately we only booked one night as we were leaving on a ferry to another island the next day. We arrived by bus from Chania and it was a very easy walk from the bus station to the hotel with luggage. Words cannot describe the amount and variety of food available for breakfast the next morning. And we had to leave before the hot dishes were served at 7 am but we still had ample food to choose from. Our room was spacious and the shower was luxurious with ample water pressure. We didn’t even have time to visit the gym or pool. The next morning we walked with luggage to the port to fast ferry to another island. But wished we had booked at least two nights at this place. So much more to see and do in Heraklion.

Modern, well-run. Nice roof deck with infinity pool and restaurant. Incredible breakfast buffet, the best we had in Greece. Great location for the ferry terminal.

We were only there for one night.

2nd visit to this hotel. On the 4th floor this time. The room was slightly different to my first visit (and pricier) but still clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast exceptional, staff and facilities likewise.

Unlike in my first visit, this room had a walk mounted AC unit that blew straight towards the bed and made it a little uncomfortable. Not really an option to turn it off though.

Highly attentive staff. Rooms overlooking the harbor are excellent. Very comfortable, clean and worthy of the highish price. Pool is also great but as with most rooftop pools, space is limited. Sets the bar for breakfast, in the top 5 of hotel breakfasts in my long and varied experience in European hotels.

Wi-Fi could be better.

The hotel is in a very good location, the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was especially good.

Staff was amazing! Very nice and went above and beyond to help us. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was/looked so cool, especially in the evening.

Breakfast was spectacular. Close and a easy walk from ferry.

I did not like being on the first floor with widows facing a street that had what looked like a topless bar and a night club. Very noisy in the late hours. But for two nights, I dealt with it.

Absolutely amazing property and the breakfast was to die for.

Great hotel opposite the port, in a perfect park of the world! Best breakfast anywhere in Crete hands down!!
