The location was so close to everything across the street from central station , very speedy access to airport . Decor in and out lovely , beautiful flowers everywhere . tranquil treatment rooms in the Spa. but the staff were by far the best part of the hotel , friendly , funny and helpful

Stunning hotel, very magical at this time of year. Room was beautiful with lots of little touches. Great facilities all round. Breakfast was great. Staff are absolutely amazing.

Bed could have been comfier

Fabulous hotel, a room with the best Christmas view imaginable. Fantastically helpful staff. Recommend the Gemyse restaurant - best vegetarian meal ever!

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Our room had a lovely view of the park, a feature fireplace and a very comfy bed! The bathroom was spotless and the facilities in general were excellent. Access to Tivoli park and gardens is a lovely addition, with wristbands included for rides, and we made use of the hammam in the wellness area too. The hotel is warm and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and attentive - I asked for our fireplace to be lit and it was no trouble despite the reasonably late hour. Breakfast was excellent too! The whole hotel and park was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you!

room 38 was noisy you could hear all the traffic outside into the middle of the night spa was a bit poor only a steam room ( expected at least a sauna aswell for the price )

The staff were very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, The breakfast choices were exceptional. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The shower was like a warm waterfall. The extras in the bathroom are such a nice touch. obviously this is a luxury hotel and quite expensive. But you will not be disappointed if you want luxury. 10/10 Location, 10/10 service, 10/10 value.

Room and balcony view were spectacular. Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Great location, directly across the street from the central train station and of course set in Tivoli Gardens. Food was generally of a very good standard. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, all the staff were well briefed giving us extra special attention during the day; we also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room. A very memorable trip.

Couldn’t access the rooftop pool, not sure why as no notification on the locked door. Steam room was very hot with no temperature control. Expensive to eat and drink in the hotel, although having said that, Copenhagen is not a cheap holiday. We experienced a lack of consistency in our evening meals in the Nimb Brasserie - the same main course was fabulous on the first occasion, but two nights later the same main course was distinctly average.

Collection from the airport, check in and room facilities. A very good breakfast and friendly staff.

We were three people sharing a suite and unfortunately we repeatedly had to ask for our third cup/glass to be returned as housekeeping kept clearing them away. Rather disappointing in a hotel of this standard .It would also have been nice if they had offered to fold up the sofa bed during the day so we could use the seating area.

Everything!!! Location, food, decor and staff so friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately during our stay Tivoli Gardens were closed, this was disappointing but didn’t spoil our visit.

We got married on Friday Feb 11 and stayed 4 nights at Nimb. The staff was amazing, discreet, and paid attention to every detail. The Nimb Bar had great cocktails, our room was cosy, and the food (breakfast, room service, and Nimb Brasserie) was all delicious.

Tivoli was closed and we didn't realize it until a few days before we got there. it felt very expensive without the perk of being able to walk out onto the park. We would've appreciated even more of a room upgrade since we were getting married ;)

Exceptional hotel and service nothing is to much trouble, quite rooms with comfortable beds close to all amenities.

The trip was a birthday surprise and part of it was to visit Tivoli hence booking this hotel, on arrival we were informed the gardens were closed for changeover to Christmas however, we were not informed of this even when speaking to the hotel before booking.
