Location great, breakfast a bit cramped, very small dining room for size of hotel, you have to book time for breakfast.

Eggs at breakfast could have been hot! All fine otherwise.

Very central position, nice interiors, comfortable beds, good breakfast, helpful and kind personnel. Rooms are small but they have everything you need for a short stay.

The sink area outside the bathroom is not ideal and with poor lighting but ok for space efficiency. Slightly overpriced for the room but Copenhagen is generally a very expensive city.

We’ve returned to this hotel multiple times for the fantastic central location, blend of vintage and modern style, and the complimentary wine and nightcap hours. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, accommodating every need with ease. The lobby area is cozy Danish design great for working on reliable WiFi and meeting new people. The breakfast is a really nice spread. The rooftop bar really shows off the location and is a wonderful place to wind down (if you can snag a seat). They offer blankets to make it an attractive option in any weather. The location really is the best; it’s a quick walk to the train station, tivoli, palaces, shopping, and basically anything you want to do in the center city.

It’s important to note that Copenhagen is an old city, and small rooms without climate control are the norm. Even knowing and being prepared for that, our room was uncomfortably warm in July, and opening the window helped but also let in street noise from the busy intersection. Also, when checking in late at night, be sure to call ahead; our flight was delayed and when we arrived close to midnight it took a while to get in touch with someone to open the lobby door.

Great location. Very central and easy to walk everywhere. Rooftop bar is a great draw card and the free coffee and wine hour was awesome.

No aircon or ceiling fan. Only a standing Dyson fan. Would be great to have a mini fridge and the superior rooms have enough room to accommodate this.

The breakfast is amazing! Local organic foods, well presented, lots of variety, gluten-free options available, and they have added decaf coffee to the mix. The breakfast alone is reason to book this place.

rooms are small with barely enough space to open suitcases; that said, they are clean & comfy, everything works, and there are public spaces available for working on laptops, reading, etc.

Room was very small. Shower door was useless.

Staff and aesthetic were great and so welcoming. We loved the room and the bed was so comfy.

The roof top bar was not open during our stay, this was disappointing. The shower didn’t drain so the shower/toilet would flood.

Room was on ground floor, so looking out on busy street, not noisy with window closed, but room was way way too hot, so had to open the windows, but then it was super noisy. Breakfast is good but really expensive

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with everything labeled (e.g. lactose free, sugar free, crunchy etc.) which made it so nice to select what we wanted to eat. Loved the happy hour complimentary wine every evening. The location made it easy to find our way around using public transportation. Only our room was disappointing - we knew we had selected "small room" and expected that but not so small that it was uncomfortable for two people. My wife had to crawl over me to get out of the bed as it was right up against the window so you couldn't get in or out that way. The closet was so small it was unusable. It should be marked as only suitable for one....That being said, I still would recommend this hotel...

Not the easiest to get around on the 3rd floor with a pram and heavy cases - some quite steep steps to navigate in order to get to the hall our room was in.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen walking distance to all the tourist hot spots and easy transport out to surrounding areas. Included breakfast is highly recommended as it is a perfect start to the day with great organic/vegan friendly options.

Staff at reception were a bit dismissive and not the most friendly. Request for amenities for the room were received with some disinterest and we felt we were annoying staff with questions. Breakfast staff were 10/10 friendly and attentive to requests.

We were in the old part of the hotel which has stairs. Not a huge problem for us but something to be aware of. The drain in our shower didn’t work well and the bathroom would flood every time someone had a shower. No aircon so room was quite hot.

All met our expectations. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were great. Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice and all organic.Room was comfy & airy. Plus the noise was minimal… once the windows was shut you could barely hear the noise of the city outside. We stayed in a Suite and the All inclusive bar was a great bonus. Wine Hour was also very well used by our friends who were staying with us, but not in a Suite. Plus the rooftop bar had great views to enjoy your drinks. Great watching the activities at Tivoli from there. Location was very central and we used a city pass to get around using the metro and buses and was well worth the money.

Parking in the courtyard of the hotel (cannot be booked, but if you arrive in time...it's ideal. Very nice initiative to have a happy hour with free drinks; it creates a nice atmosphere among the guests. Location is perfect.

Room was very small and very hot. No AC. Window swings open fully on 6th floor, don't see that very often nowadays. Not sure how safe is it.

Location was perfect and staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the open bar that came with our suite. The Rooftop bar is also a nice place to take in the views.

For the price the property is very tired and old and needs a renovation. The path to our room had a number of stairs and transitions which makes it difficult with luggage. The room was hot without air conditioning but had a fan. Leaving the windows open is not an option as the city is lively and loud. No steam iron.

The hotel being central and the breakfast is good

It’s very noisy since you could hear the cars from outside. When we arrived the rooms where very warm and we had to open the windows and leave them also during the night.

The wine and nightcap hours were great value and fun time to meet people from all over the world.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Service & staff are amazing, cannot fault them. Super clean, and had everything you need in them. Breakfast was good quality, if a bit of a smaller selection. Lots of little extras that are much appreciated.

The rooms get super hot - even when it’s not that hot outside! Can open windows but it’s quite loud with outside noise but otherwise it’s too hot to sleep really. So for most the year, not a problem! Just summer it can be an issue.

The breakfast was the highlight - it is a “wow”. Rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful. We liked all the amenities, including the roof-top bar. Rooms were clean. I would stay again, but I’d try and get a room on the quiet side of the building if there is such a thing.

(1) The noise level was a little crazy - Saturday night across from Tivoli, with a rock concert til 10:30 followed by fireworks. And then (not hotel’s fault) we had to evacuate the hotel at midnight due to fire alarm. If you book here, be prepared for street and Tivoli noise. (2) I’m sure all of Denmark is struggling with climate change issues. Unless you open the windows in your hotel/Air BB, there is no air circulation. So, it makes hotels in popular, noisy areas harder to balance noise vs. fresh air/circulation. The Dyson fan was a nice idea, but not fully successful in cooling room.

Closet space was very awkward, one closet by the side of the bed with a single hanging rack. Safe on floor and awkward to use. Lack of bedside shelf or table (since closet door would open into it.

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights. The location is great. It's close to the metro and central station and easy walking distance to most everything else. The breakfast was wonderful. They served freshly baked bread, eggs, yogurt, and a selection of meats and cheeses every morning.

We stayed in a room with one queen (?)-sized bed. Our room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Even though there was just the two of us, it was not easy to move around the room. The bathroom was so small that we could barely move around inside. We didn't go there to spend all of our time in the room but a little bit more space would have been appreciated.

The hotel was ideally situated to explore the city. Hotel itself was exceptional, a free glass of wine in the evening in a large s0cial relaxed bar space was very welcoming at the end of a day's sightseeing. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, Five starorganic with a huge choice. We chose a small double room, ideal for a couple of nights, if staying for longer I would choose a larger room, Would definitely re-book this hotel when we return to Copenhagen.
