Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was fabulous Location was perfect to explore the city Room very quiet and bed very comfy. 5o'clock wine hour was great way to unwind- wish we'd been here in summer to enjoy the amazing roof terrace

Room was small but very clean and had everything we needed so not a complaint.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Clean. Free coffee and tea in the mornings. Free wine between 5-6 pm. Free nightcap from 10pm. Stylish hotel. Comfortable mattresses. Nice bar area. Beautiful rooftop terrace (although we couldn't use it in the weather) 10 min walk to the station. Staff advised us on local restaurants. Walk in shower. Large toilet near luggage room. You could use it to change before travelling home.

*There is no option to opt out of room service. They seemed to hit our room around 9 just before we were leaving. Would have been nice to have the door sign to decline room service. *The rooms were surprisingly small, we had to side step to the bathroom, ok for couples i guess but if you ask for a twin room (which we did) your beds will only be able to move around 60cms away from eachother. *Rooms were a little too warm, (perhaps personal preference) but if you're in bed before 12 the clock tower chimes very loudly every 15 mins up until midnight so you can't open a window. *Very dark rooms, not ideal for applying makeup. * Sink is in the room and not the bathroom. *single beds were very small.

Room was excellent. Cleaning staff offerend to clean it every day which was a pleasant surprise. Location was very good, right next to the old town but breakfast was mediocre. We came to breakfast at 8:00 and were told that we must sit in the lobby of the hotel to eat our breakfast because all tables were reserved. It would be nice to know before about the limited availability and the option to reserve a table for breakfast.

Our room was quite small, the bathroom was also very small - sink in the bedroom was a little inconvenient :(

The ‘superior’ room we booked did not even have a chair in it so we upgraded to a fab room, very spacious. There is a strange arrangement of stairs when you come out of the lift on each floor, giant steps, to get to the rooms.

Lovely clean room, bar area was really stylish and welcoming (free drinks 5pm-6pm & 10-11pm - great surprise!), amazing breakfast that was fully organic! Brilliant stay, would love to stay again and will recommend to friends!

Superb location - walking distance to museums, old town, restaurants, Nyhavn etc., 10 minutes from metro/train station. Organic breakfast with lovely smoothies and bread selection. Interesting bathroom-room desingn, felt like entering the room from bathroom. Lovely rooftop terrace. Complimentary wine hour, night cap hour and live music are a lovely bonus!

Room was with dark green walls and ceiling (loved the colour!) but it made the room very dark even during daylight time and lighting was very minimal style as well, so felt a bit cavey overall. The radiators in my room made a sound all throughout the night.

The best location in town. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. The room was good and the view superb!

A bit noisy with the elevator going up and down all night, because my bedroom was right next to it. And a little funny with an open bathroom, but with a small toilet and a big shower in a room each to it selfs.

Very small bathroom

The only issue we had was that the room serving breakfast was too small to accommodate all of the rooms, even with a staggered arrival time of guests. On our final day we along with 4 other couples had to wait 10minutes to be seated and also to be offered coffee etc as the staff were rushed off their feet.

Fantastic hotel with helpful staff, beautiful rooms and a great location. We stayed just before Christmas with teenage kids. It's very close to Tivoli and the main shopping district. Wine hour - what a great idea! I would definitely stay again. Not a big impersonal hotel - smaller, warmer and friendlier.

Mattress was too firm and we couldn’t find a way to turn down the radiator as the room was very warm. We had to open the window and make use of the fan.

Location was great,short walking distance to Tivoli. Shopping district a short walk away also. Breakfast was wonderful,great selection and all organic. Glutin free options as well as lactose free. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Wine hours twice daily was a nice perk!

I though the room was cold,but there was a Dyson heater in the room which worked grat

The central heating in my room didn't work, and room was very small - didn't have space to open my suitcase without it taking up most of the floor

Unfortunately, there was a terrible drains smell. We also booked a double room (the bigger type) and there was nowhere to sit other than the bed. The room didn’t have any tea/coffee and it really lacked ledges/surfaces to put things on so had to put our things on the floor more often than not.

Hotel was very central and very clean. Also a big fan of wine hour and free coffee in the mornings.

The room was too small and too hot. Even though we stayed at the end of august, we couldn’t sleep from the heat. No air conditioning and the windows were lucked as well :(

It was extremely warm in the room but the heating was built in and only at check out I was told I could have adjusted it by opening a little hatch.

The breakfast was amazing, it had lots of choice and good quality, organic foods. The location was perfect, walking distance to lots of main sights. The facilities were clean and well kept.

The main elevator was small and slow because it served so many people that we waited up to 10 minutes sometimes for it to come. The room itself was nice but small.

Fantastic location, very clean and well maintained, great breakfast, very good service, nice roof deck, free wine and cocktail hours

Cramped room, strange Danish “double” bed that is actually just two twin beds pushed together (this might be a Danish thing rather than something specific to this hotel). Also, the little signs everywhere and the graphic “signature” of the property are a bit precious for my taste, but whatever.
