Beds weren't that comfortable, the sink wasn't in the bathroom

Internet WiFi in the room was NOT good...hotel staff did NOT tell me in advance that my credit card was going to be charged as a guarantee before entering the room.

The breakfast is amazing! Local organic foods, well presented, lots of variety, gluten-free options available, and they have added decaf coffee to the mix. The breakfast alone is reason to book this place.

rooms are small with barely enough space to open suitcases; that said, they are clean & comfy, everything works, and there are public spaces available for working on laptops, reading, etc.

Room was very small. Shower door was useless.

Staff and aesthetic were great and so welcoming. We loved the room and the bed was so comfy.

The roof top bar was not open during our stay, this was disappointing. The shower didn’t drain so the shower/toilet would flood.

Room was on ground floor, so looking out on busy street, not noisy with window closed, but room was way way too hot, so had to open the windows, but then it was super noisy. Breakfast is good but really expensive

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with everything labeled (e.g. lactose free, sugar free, crunchy etc.) which made it so nice to select what we wanted to eat. Loved the happy hour complimentary wine every evening. The location made it easy to find our way around using public transportation. Only our room was disappointing - we knew we had selected "small room" and expected that but not so small that it was uncomfortable for two people. My wife had to crawl over me to get out of the bed as it was right up against the window so you couldn't get in or out that way. The closet was so small it was unusable. It should be marked as only suitable for one....That being said, I still would recommend this hotel...

Great location. Suite room was nice and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Nice view overlooking the museum and cross roads

Not the easiest to get around on the 3rd floor with a pram and heavy cases - some quite steep steps to navigate in order to get to the hall our room was in.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen walking distance to all the tourist hot spots and easy transport out to surrounding areas. Included breakfast is highly recommended as it is a perfect start to the day with great organic/vegan friendly options.

Staff at reception were a bit dismissive and not the most friendly. Request for amenities for the room were received with some disinterest and we felt we were annoying staff with questions. Breakfast staff were 10/10 friendly and attentive to requests.

It’s a great location. The happy hour is great and the staff is so nice! The breakfast is well done!

We were in the old part of the hotel which has stairs. Not a huge problem for us but something to be aware of. The drain in our shower didn’t work well and the bathroom would flood every time someone had a shower. No aircon so room was quite hot.

All met our expectations. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were great. Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice and all organic.Room was comfy & airy. Plus the noise was minimal… once the windows was shut you could barely hear the noise of the city outside. We stayed in a Suite and the All inclusive bar was a great bonus. Wine Hour was also very well used by our friends who were staying with us, but not in a Suite. Plus the rooftop bar had great views to enjoy your drinks. Great watching the activities at Tivoli from there. Location was very central and we used a city pass to get around using the metro and buses and was well worth the money.

Parking in the courtyard of the hotel (cannot be booked, but if you arrive in time...it's ideal. Very nice initiative to have a happy hour with free drinks; it creates a nice atmosphere among the guests. Location is perfect.

-only one lift that takes for ever -No signs to warn people about all the different stairs Hallway is very tatty and needs updating, windows very difficult to open with child locks - better information needed from staff how hotel works, ex Minibar…

location is great, breakfast was good, cosy hour is a nice touch. Rooftop is great but open to nonhotel guests so gets busy.

Room was very small and very hot. No AC. Window swings open fully on 6th floor, don't see that very often nowadays. Not sure how safe is it.

Location was perfect and staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the open bar that came with our suite. The Rooftop bar is also a nice place to take in the views.

For the price the property is very tired and old and needs a renovation. The path to our room had a number of stairs and transitions which makes it difficult with luggage. The room was hot without air conditioning but had a fan. Leaving the windows open is not an option as the city is lively and loud. No steam iron.

The hotel being central and the breakfast is good

It’s very noisy since you could hear the cars from outside. When we arrived the rooms where very warm and we had to open the windows and leave them also during the night.

Convenient and trendy

The wine and nightcap hours were great value and fun time to meet people from all over the world.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Service & staff are amazing, cannot fault them. Super clean, and had everything you need in them. Breakfast was good quality, if a bit of a smaller selection. Lots of little extras that are much appreciated.

The rooms get super hot - even when it’s not that hot outside! Can open windows but it’s quite loud with outside noise but otherwise it’s too hot to sleep really. So for most the year, not a problem! Just summer it can be an issue.

The breakfast was the highlight - it is a “wow”. Rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful. We liked all the amenities, including the roof-top bar. Rooms were clean. I would stay again, but I’d try and get a room on the quiet side of the building if there is such a thing.

(1) The noise level was a little crazy - Saturday night across from Tivoli, with a rock concert til 10:30 followed by fireworks. And then (not hotel’s fault) we had to evacuate the hotel at midnight due to fire alarm. If you book here, be prepared for street and Tivoli noise. (2) I’m sure all of Denmark is struggling with climate change issues. Unless you open the windows in your hotel/Air BB, there is no air circulation. So, it makes hotels in popular, noisy areas harder to balance noise vs. fresh air/circulation. The Dyson fan was a nice idea, but not fully successful in cooling room.

Closet space was very awkward, one closet by the side of the bed with a single hanging rack. Safe on floor and awkward to use. Lack of bedside shelf or table (since closet door would open into it.

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights. The location is great. It's close to the metro and central station and easy walking distance to most everything else. The breakfast was wonderful. They served freshly baked bread, eggs, yogurt, and a selection of meats and cheeses every morning.

We stayed in a room with one queen (?)-sized bed. Our room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Even though there was just the two of us, it was not easy to move around the room. The bathroom was so small that we could barely move around inside. We didn't go there to spend all of our time in the room but a little bit more space would have been appreciated.

The hotel was ideally situated to explore the city. Hotel itself was exceptional, a free glass of wine in the evening in a large s0cial relaxed bar space was very welcoming at the end of a day's sightseeing. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, Five starorganic with a huge choice. We chose a small double room, ideal for a couple of nights, if staying for longer I would choose a larger room, Would definitely re-book this hotel when we return to Copenhagen.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and very close to Tivoli. The room was clean. We opted for breakfast, and it was of good quality. The hotel offered free coffee in the morning, happy hour (wine) in the afternoon and a night cap (liquor) at night. The location makes it easy to access museums, shops, and public transportation.

The room was small, even though we had booked a standard room. The bathroom was also small, and it didn't have enough ventilation. I imagine that's the expectation for a "boutique hotel".

A fantastic location and extremely friendly staff, very helpful. There is a free wine and free aperitif hour at different times in the day. A basic but good gym as well.

Our room was almost uncomfortably small, and I know we booked a small room but I really want to stress that for more than one night it’s not practical (and we stayed multiple). The air conditioning is not ducted, it’s a standalone Dyson fan which really doesn’t do a whole lot. Lastly, the basin for our bathroom was also not in the bathroom, it was in the room with the bed and our wardrobe. If you stay here, I’d recommend not choosing the smallest room.

Very clean and stylish. The location is prefect. The rooftop bar is very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Higly recomend if you are traveling with kids.

The bed was a bit stiff, not very comfortable and it eas very hot in the room.

The hotel is easily accessed both from the Metro and the train, it is in a very central area and it is very easy to walk to everywhere from it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the twin room we booked wasn’t guaranteed but we did get one, worth requesting again after booking if a double really isn’t suitable. The room, although small, was clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop bar is lovely to sit in and you get a lovely sunset. The free wine hour actually had lovely red and white wine, although offered we didn’t have the free spirits hour so can’t comment on that. Tivoli Gardens theme park can be seen from the hotel roof and the screams can be heard throughout the central area ! Be warned there are fireworks every Saturday night which echo off all the buildings so can be nosy for a short period of time. Public transport is really affordable and we went over to Malmo, Sweden for the day which was nice. Would also recommend a bike tour, one starts about 10 mins walk from the hotel and the canal tour, 10 walk in the opposite direction. Both reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

The hotel itself was awesome. Location is superb. I love the free coffee and drinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. We were not able to try the breakfast though.

The noise. If you are a very light sleeper, it would be a big issue. The sirens from police cars passing by especially at the middle of the night. And it's not just occassionaly. We stayed for 3 nights and this happened everynight at many intervals. The sound of motorcylces passing by at night also with their loud noise. You can still hear the sounds even with the windows closed.

Nice hotel, nice vibe, tripple glazed windows were appreciated and i was impressed they have memory foam toppers on the bed (although the bed underneath was still a bit too firm). Generally quiet especially at night when facing the courtyard. Room is very small but the bathroom made up for it. Lovely organic healthy buffet breakfast. Would stay again

During the day I could hear alot of slamming doors and hallway noise.

Location made this one of the best possible hotel options for a stay of 3-4 nights where seeing sites and experiencing Copenhagen vibe is important. Very few hotels in Copenhagen are conveniently equidistant from almost all major attractions, although the city is very walkable, in any event. Hotel Danmark shines above all others for this factor and others.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to place much emphasis on accessibility, even for young healthy guests. There are multiple serious tripping hazards throughout the hotel, combined with inadequate hallway lighting through the various stairwells that are not adequately marked to set forth various high drop off points and no color differences in such areas for steps that are higher than most.
