Very argumentative clientele in the room next to mine .my complaints were dealt with swiftly and efficiently and staff helped me move to an upgraded room at no extra cost.

Its a nice hotel.

What really annoyed me was that I booked two superior double rooms. My friends stayed in one and I stayed in the other. And the room that was occupied by my friends was much larger had a bath and a balcony., while my room was simple. Cant help but think that they gave us only one superior double room, which I find dishonest on the side of the hotel staff! And got further annoyed when a receptionist at the check out wanted to charge me for breakfast that I already paid!

I loved the room, it was nicely appointed with beautiful views and lovely bathroom products. It is clear that the owners want to give their guest a luxurious stay with attention to how they can also make it an eco-friendly experience. I particularly liked the free water bottle!

Great location close to some of the most charming sites and walks this side of Copenhagen. Super friendly crew and nice clean room that was very well appointed with the luxury comfort of robes, slippers etc al.

It is a nice and clean accommodation close to the city centre. The staff is polite, helpful and make you feel like home.

The front desk agent, Tanya, made us feel welcome. She made a point to ask about our experiences each day. Shaw did a great job.

Staff…front desk, housekeeping, restaurant /bar went above and beyond. They didn’t just answer questions they took extra steps to show or demonstrate, verify information. Beds were best. Dinner was they best we had in almost a month of traveling

Amazing hotel boutique! Above and beyond any our expectations. We loved every little detail about it! The room charming, beds are comfortable, linen are soft, so nice to sleep. Every little detail in the hotel is eco sustainable. The organic cotton towels, organic / vegan soaps, and all the toiletries are wooden packed in paper packaging. Cotton robes. Plus, they give additional robes, sleepers, and towels to use in spa. There is a kettle with tea/ organic coffee in the room. The breakfast was just perfect. Dutch breads are delicious, as well as gluten-free options, chia pudding or porridge pudding for vegan choices, fruits, and vegetables and traditional eggs , cheese and some cold cuts. Ginger shots are delicious, coffee tea choices. We are a family of 3 and had good space in the room. The room luggage before or after checking in or out very helpful, plus umbrellas are available to use. Good location! Walking distance to everywhere! Everything was just exceptional ! It might be a little bit expensive, but honestly, it's worth it! Thanks for the girls on the reception! Helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place! Exceptional!

The location is amazing - the room design is really great.

The room was quite warm.

Lovely room, comfy bed, excellent bath and shower, nice linen and staff were really friendly and helpful.

We are one night in the restaurant and the standard of the food did not match the hotels accommodation standard. Service was slightly slow and food was over cooked.

There was a lot of dust in the room. I’m not sure where it came from, as everything looks clean.

The Hotel was perfect..

Nice atmosphere. Well stocked comfy room and friendly staff. Early check-in was no problem as well as storing some luggage.

Construction work right outside the window at very early hours. Shower is narrow with an inconvenient corner.

Cute room, good natural light, comfortable bed, wonderful staff at the front check-in, nice dining room with very good breakfast. We also had dinner once which was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant

The only negatives are that 1) it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room since my wife was traveling with insulin that needed to be kept cool and 2) on a couple of evenings I was awakened by loud noise (people hollering) coming from the rear parking area. Because it was warm in the room and there was no A/C we needed to have the window open and thus couldn't block out the noise.

A quiet location, but walkable to the centre, the Royal Theatre and also to Parken. Superb staff - without exception, always ready to go the extra mile to help. Friendly, approachable and ultra professional.

Everything was fine.

The hotel is right next to a beautiful park and several great restaurants. The location cannot be beat and the building has some history to it so it's worth a stay of a few days or more

The room was not air conditioned and we were there during a heat wave.

Bright rooms and very comfortable beds. Slept like a rock every night. Copenhagen is generally expensive but it was good value. Was also well-maintained and spotless. I dropped the tv remote behind the bed and thought I’d find dust when I retrieved it.. but I was wrong. Not one speck of dust!

Room was a bit small (granted it was a small double!) but can’t complain.

Fun place to stay and well decorated. Comfortable.

We liked the location in this quiet neighborhood with easy access to the underground metro. We didn't have breakfast here since the best patisserie, Hart, is close by and there is a small supermarket right across the road, where we bought yogurt. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was large and comfortable.

"Boutique" hotel usually means small number of small rooms, and this was no exception. Our room had no place to set a suitcase and two people cannot cross, walking between the foot of the bed and the wall. There is a lovely old desk, which can be used by sitting on the side of the bed.

Wonderful boutique style hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Our small double was compact but so comfortable, the bed was as great and we loved the eco toiletries. We had a room facing a courtyard and it was lovely and quiet. Although no air con we didn’t need to use the fan, the windows open was enough. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

Interesting and authentic interior with a lot of detail. Room was small, but clean and full of light. Nice cosmetics in bathroom, Bluetooth speaker, bottle for water and Smeg kettle 😀 Location close to popular breakfast spots and big park. Recommend!
