Hotel Babette Guldsmeden, Copenhagen

Spacious and comfortable room for a family of three - hotel decor is fresh and tasteful. Really lovely place to stay, and fab location for exploring Copenhagen.

Great location, 5-10min walk to Metro, quiet but close to central area. Good design with comfort and sustainability at the same time. Rooftop has nice view of the city and has several separated sofa areas which is a great place to take an afternoon nap. Staff is nice. Stagen restaurant in hotel worth a try, I like the seafood and sauce there a lot.

No air conditioner, but considering the weather, it is not a must

The breakfast was expensive (but also very good). There are several cafe alternatives close by so not a problem. It was also quite warm while we were there in July but we opened the window and used the dam and it was fine

Breakfast selection limited. Hotel a bit off central location and not many restaurant choices close or late. That walking was fine for us but we are very healthy

We stayed in a Junior Suite, so our room was quite spacious. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but it’s not needed as Copenhagen is very cool. The location was excellent – we walked everywhere. Most of the products at breakfast were organic, and it more than met our expectations. There’s a restaurant with an inner courtyard downstairs, and starting and ending the day there was wonderful. Ms. Camilla at the reception was very helpful and always smiling – we couldn’t help but smile every time we saw her. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday!

Small thing but I suggest cutting up fruit at the buffet

Location is mostly their highlight. The Bed, pillows towels and facilities in general were good.

Many spiderwebs around the ceiling, ventilation in the room it’s quite hard to find , you need to open the window, is just a bit loud during the night. The receptionist in the early hours was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the guys in the night were quite lost doing their jobs and an not helpful

Very good location. Comfortable large bed. Relaxed atmosphere and great welcoming gifts.

Although the wooden blinds were pleasing to the eye they did let in a lot of daylight which did disturb our sleep.

Centrally located, comfortable room, excellent amenities and nice staff.

There is a lovely rooftop that can only be accessed with a key card the front desk creates for you. We were told on the first day of our stay that the rooftop was open but we’re not told how to access it until our last day when we specifically had to ask about it. It would have added so much more enjoyment to our stay if we had been told this right from the beginning.

Great location to everything in every direction! Our room was really nice! It had a sofa and chair for relaxing after a day wandering around the city. The view of the Frederick's Church (marble church) dome from our room was beautiful! I love that this is an eco hotel! The bathroom was small, but I loved the products! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the beautiful park across the street!

Not a thing.

The hotel was well located in the close proximity of a metro station, restaurants, and a park. The room was spacious and clean, nicely decorated and with plenty of nice amenities. The bed was comfortable, same for the pillows and cover. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed as well.

Although the bed linen was clean, the blanket itself had some stains. Same for one shower towel.

Great location, fabulous room, top staff. First time in Copenhagen, wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Everything is clean and working fine. Perfect location.

Noise in the night. Night lights on the wall can't be switched off. Radio didn't work, although it is present in the room. Spa exists, but is in bad condition and allowed for 30 min only.

What an enjoyable stay at Hotel Babette Guldsmeden...the staff were so friendly and able to provide good information on anything we asked, the accommodation was superb, and the location was perfect with an amazing view!

Lovely hotel and super friendly team working there. Fantastic location, a short walk from the nearest metro station. The room was clean and tidy with a nice ensuite, even if both were a little small. Unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working in the spa on a couple of the days, and the opening times were a little restrictive. The tea/coffee provided in the rooms could’ve been a bit more generous considering the cost.

Gorgeous big bed. Room furnishings. Felt more like a cool apartment than a hotel room which we loved. Great location.

The staff, Camilla, was amazing and helpful during the check in and check out. The location is great - central but quiet. The room is on the tiny side and there were some dust bunnies behond the armchair, the kettle leaked and there was a weird soubd on and off (a pump?).

Great location and easy to get to and get around the city. The staff were super welcoming and friendly so made us feel at ease right away. The room was beautiful and smelled great and had everything you needed, including great smelling toiletries, and even a water bottle for you to fill up and take out with you.

Location is perfect, it’s on a quiet street, a walking distance from the park and The Little Mermaid. It’s a very beautiful design boutique hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. And the restaurant on site is absolutely amazing, food was great and the staff very friendly.

Nothing…wished we had checked out the rooftop bar the evening we arrived as would have loved to use the “igloo” complete with fab views and heated loungers!

A beautifully designed hotel with great attention to detail—stylish and welcoming. My room had a gorgeous view, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I arrived just as breakfast was closing, but they still managed to offer me a croissant and even surprised me with an upgrade. Their warmth and hospitality made my weekend in Copenhagen truly special.

Breakfast was great. Comfortable and clean! Beautiful location.

Good position to visit Copenhagen, we mostly walked to visit the city and the last day we had also a tour of the city on rented bike and we suggest it! The room was very clean and with all comforts! The staff was really nice and helpful. Also there is a good restaurant at the ground-floor where we had dinner once and the fish and chips was delicious. For sure we will come back!

The staff were excellent so friendly and genuinely warm. Loved it . I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in København and this I’d put next to my other favorite Nimb, comfortable and so looked after

Stayed here many times, bedroom are comfortable and location brilliant, walking distance to everyone in the centre of Copenhagen. In house bar and restaurant food good.

Beautiful, eclectic hotel with stunning art and use of fabrics. Delicious, fresh and healthy food. Most importantly the staff were so kind, so helpful and looked after us so well, from the young man who looked after us at breakfast to the staff on reception.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Babette! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We were upgraded to the junior suite which was generously spacious and includes bathtub and balcony. The robe and slippers were a nice touch as well as all the complimentary toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

We liked everything.

Spacious and really nicely equipped rooms, with lots of thoughtful treats/extras. The bed was extremely comfortable. Spa area on the rooftop is lovely. Good location; super easy journey on metro to airport and nice area to walk around. I would definitely return!

The room overlooked a main street so there was some traffic noise; but ear plugs were provided. The bathroom and shower was a little small compared to the size of the room.
