Hotel Babette Guldsmeden, Copenhagen

Lovely room, comfy bed, excellent bath and shower, nice linen and staff were really friendly and helpful.

We are one night in the restaurant and the standard of the food did not match the hotels accommodation standard. Service was slightly slow and food was over cooked.

There was a lot of dust in the room. I’m not sure where it came from, as everything looks clean.

Nice location, funky decor. Good food.

The Hotel was perfect..

Nice atmosphere. Well stocked comfy room and friendly staff. Early check-in was no problem as well as storing some luggage.

Construction work right outside the window at very early hours. Shower is narrow with an inconvenient corner.

Cute room, good natural light, comfortable bed, wonderful staff at the front check-in, nice dining room with very good breakfast. We also had dinner once which was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant

The only negatives are that 1) it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room since my wife was traveling with insulin that needed to be kept cool and 2) on a couple of evenings I was awakened by loud noise (people hollering) coming from the rear parking area. Because it was warm in the room and there was no A/C we needed to have the window open and thus couldn't block out the noise.

A quiet location, but walkable to the centre, the Royal Theatre and also to Parken. Superb staff - without exception, always ready to go the extra mile to help. Friendly, approachable and ultra professional.

The hotel is right next to a beautiful park and several great restaurants. The location cannot be beat and the building has some history to it so it's worth a stay of a few days or more

The room was not air conditioned and we were there during a heat wave.

Bright rooms and very comfortable beds. Slept like a rock every night. Copenhagen is generally expensive but it was good value. Was also well-maintained and spotless. I dropped the tv remote behind the bed and thought I’d find dust when I retrieved it.. but I was wrong. Not one speck of dust!

Room was a bit small (granted it was a small double!) but can’t complain.

Fun place to stay and well decorated. Comfortable.

We liked the location in this quiet neighborhood with easy access to the underground metro. We didn't have breakfast here since the best patisserie, Hart, is close by and there is a small supermarket right across the road, where we bought yogurt. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was large and comfortable.

"Boutique" hotel usually means small number of small rooms, and this was no exception. Our room had no place to set a suitcase and two people cannot cross, walking between the foot of the bed and the wall. There is a lovely old desk, which can be used by sitting on the side of the bed.

Wonderful boutique style hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Our small double was compact but so comfortable, the bed was as great and we loved the eco toiletries. We had a room facing a courtyard and it was lovely and quiet. Although no air con we didn’t need to use the fan, the windows open was enough. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

Interesting and authentic interior with a lot of detail. Room was small, but clean and full of light. Nice cosmetics in bathroom, Bluetooth speaker, bottle for water and Smeg kettle 😀 Location close to popular breakfast spots and big park. Recommend!

Great location 5 mins walk from a metro station and opposite a beautiful park which leads to the famous little mermaid statue. Very good breakfast buffet and lovely courtyard. The bathroom products are also excellent quality.

The small bedroom is very small and the bathroom is even smaller.

The location was amazing, the decor was really unique and the hotel’s sustainable policies were evident. We had an amazing break in Copenhagen.

If we had to think of one negative point it would be that a second toilet roll wasn’t available in the room.

The room was light, airy and really peaceful. Even though the hotel is in walking distance of the centre and practically all the tourist areas, there was no outside noise, even with the window open. I arrived earlier than the check in time. It was raining heavily too that day. They allowed me to check in early, which was very much appreciated.

A lovely unique hotel in an excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. My room was so pretty and comfortable and I liked that there is a bar/restaurant on site.

Nothing really, but it would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the room and a place in the lobby or patio where one could sit and enjoy food not from the restaurant (i.e. lunch from a nearby bakery).

Very clean and friendly

We received special assistance addressing filing a police report (entirely unrelated to the hotel) and in obtaining a room earlier than the listed checkin time.

The coffee cups in the room needed handles. The cups are dangerously hot when filled with boiling water from the room's kettle. They were way too hot to handle for several minutes after the coffee or tea was brewed. The kettle itself does not fit under the bathroom's spigot, requiring slow manual filling using a coffee cup. The faucets in the sink lack any sort of quick and easy shutoff, with the result that I had asa practical matter leave the water wastefully running whilst shaving.

I loved the fact that most of the items are organically sourced and a lot of thought has been put into every element in the room. The room is very comfy and has a bohemian aesthetic to it which I love. They provided us with bamboo toothbrushes and recyclable bottles of water. Provided us with nice care kit which were very good quality products. The staff were super nice. Didn't try the breakfast but smelled great. :)

It was quite expensive and the room could be bigger for the price.

Location was excellent. Quick walk to train station and metro stop, across the street from Churchill Park. Bike rental was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Our stay at Babette Guldsmeden in Copenhagen was great. The location is perfect, with grocery stores and the train station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. We loved the cozy and stylish room design. The park view from our room was beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to our stay. Babette Guldsmeden exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

This might be specific to our room, but the bathroom ventilation was poor.

To small bathrome- reqlly really small. No ac- got really hot in the room and it didn’t help very much opening the windows since the room was in the background with no wind coming in.

Lovely staff. The location could not be better for transport and sites and is opposite a big park. . We had a room with a beautiful view of the marble Church.

The room was quite eclectic - although lovely. This meant that there was less space to unpack things because it was taken up by decoration.

The location was fabulous. It was nice to have a restaurant and there was a grocery across the street. The hotel had a lot of style & charm.

It was too warm in the room with no heat on. They dud gave a fan, but no cooling. It was not really designed for comfort or convenience. They put me where there were stairs, and that was difficult with my luggage, and they din't have help. The shower leaked water to the entire bathroom floor, and there were limited burlap-towels.

Really loved staying here, beautiful rooms with a relaxed feel. Loved the attention to detail and sustainable, eco policies. Free water bottle to use to reduce plastic etc. One of our favorite stays, great location as well.

Unforrinately there is no refrigirator in the room, very narrow space between the wall and end of bed at the room I was, no shelves for clothes and no real place to put suitcase, so it is not on your way.
