It is nice. But it was very hot. The center is very close, metro station and places to eat nearby.

I liked the location the most, close to everything and easy to stop in during the day for a nap and a charge.

I didn’t like the open bar concept. There was little room to make connections with other travelers and felt more like a hotel where friend groups and families came. There is no AC in dorms and the sink being in the room instead of toilet area made it loud as well as the loud storage for bags.

Perfect location! 10 to 15 minute walk to any atraction.

Too small room. No wardrobe. No change of towels and cleaning for three days of stay. There is heating, but no air conditioning. If you want cooling you have to open the window and then the noise from the hotel bar is unbearable. Whatever extra you ask for, and it should have been in the room, you have to pay extra. Hotel with hostel rules.

The location is very central to the city and near public transport. The bar was a nice touch, serving coffee and drinks.

Some staff were dismissive. The noise from the terrace at night sometimes.

Small room, small windows that can't be open to get some fresh air. No air-conditioning, just a small ventilator . Sweated the whole night. Terrible.

Very nice people, good rooms and it is right in the center of Copenhagen. They have everything you might need and there is a supermarket right across from it

No hairdryer and you could hear everything that happens on the toilet which was kinda disgusting

My original accomodation was cancelled and I was able to book a single room at the Generator, therefore this wasn't my first choice but was surprisingly acceptable. Great location, and the staff were great. definitely a great space for younger people to stay.

The room was hot, the hotel was hot. I visited in August, and although the room had a fan, it was still uncomfortable. I eventually had top open the windows and content with the noise outside

The location was great and the check in/check out was simple. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was warm. We were in the 6th floor and the windows can only be cracked - for obvious reasons - but the room was facing east - sun from sunrise til afternoon. It was just a little uncomfortable for sleeping - but we happened to be there in August - beautiful weather so no real complaints.

They charge extra for everything. Luggage storage, towels, laundry, etc. Sink in room doesn’t allow for water bottle filling. No fan in room. Windows don’t open very much so very stuffy in summer.

The location was great, I like that they offer towels, soap and a few other items for a price if you forget something. Friendly people at the reception. Checkout process was good and easy.

Wish there were curtains for the bunk beds. While we cannot accommodate everything, as it is a shared space. A little curtain would definitely help so that people who have to wake up early or check in late don't bother others. I see many hostels having it so just a suggestion. Also, you cannot keep your luggage there until you check in or check out until your flight. Maybe it is more of a Copenhagen thing that everything comes with a price, unlike other hostels/countries. They do have lockers that you can rent by the hour to use.

The location was perfect to stay in the city center. Rooms are a bit small for two people, but it's fine for a couple of days.

Breakfast was not ready to go at 7 so I had to catch my flight without eating as planned. I was on the fifth floor and the elevator was often busy so plan to get your steps in. Otherwise great stay.

The area around the hostel is pretty nice and has a Netto (open 7-22 every day) as well as 7-elevens open 24/7, lots of diners and bars as well as good cafés. It's also right behind the Rosenborg castle and gardens, and few minutes from Strøget and all the shopping streets. The location alone makes this hostel worth considering.

Our room seemed designed for the sole goal of being as uncomfortable as possible. The toilet didn't have a sink, and the sink was right next to a bunk bed; the shower had no shelves to put the soap on, but at least had enough hooks for all of our towels. Overall cleanliness left something to be desired, as we found several hairs on the bed linen and stains on the floor.

The basic breakfast was very poor and the drinks from the machine undrinkable. We eventually ordered breakfast and coffee from the menu which were much nicer but more expensive.

I stayed at this hostel for the first time, and it was an okay experience. The place was clean and had the basic facilities I needed. It’s a good option for budget travellers. The atmosphere was simple, and the staff were polite. Overall, it was a decent stay for my first hostel experience.

The common area was nice. When I visited, there was a Lindy Hop day. These kinds of events boost guests' energy. My room, bathroom, and sheets were clean. The hosts were very kind. I didn't encounter any negative incidents.

A minibar in the room would have been nice. For this price, I think it could have been included. Hand soap was placed in the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. It's an incredibly amateur move. The ventilation in the hallways wasn't good. It was incredibly stuffy. A free tea and coffee maker in the lobby wouldn't have been a bad idea. Everything was charged. A more reasonable breakfast price would have been nice. 12-13 euros is a bit steep. I think they would have made more money if they had set a price that would at least make their guests feel a little more comfortable in an expensive city like Copenhagen. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend.

Location is very convenient to explore old city and all benchmarks, lots of supermarkets around, walking distances to any nice place. Behind the hotel there is an amazing park

There's road maintenance going on in front of the entrance, checkout time at 10am, seriously... this was very disappointing. Be aware there is no adapter for sockets, so better take it with you.

The location was very good

No facilities for self laundry. You could hear the noise from the outdoor area of restaurant/ bar for the rooms on the 2nd floor.

The location is excellent.

Some staff members were not as polite as they could have been, and also struggled with English. The buffet breakfast is a rip off - better to visit the supermarket opposite the hostel.

Room wasn't very clean, lots of dust on the floor and in the corners. Didn't like the pillows, small and almost flat. They charge for extra towels, for keeping your luggage etc.

The hostel is in a very good location, was clean, and everything worked well. At the time I made my reservation, this was by far the best offer in Copenhagen in terms of price-quality ratio, so I wasn't disappointed.

The online check-in system wasn't working, so I had to check in person. Based on the email, it seemed like online check-in was mandatory, which caused some stress as I wasn't sure if everything would work out properly due to my inability to complete the online check-in process.

The location is really good

but the price-quality ratio is disappointing. The price is already high for average prices, and they also charge for towels, bath soap, luggage storage, or anything else you need, no matter how basic.

Location is definitely the best. We had a party at a nearby venue and the location was perfect. We like the room size is large and bathroom is large for 2 person. There is space for 2 small suitcase. And there were safe deposit box in the bottom drawer - we stayed in private rooms for 2. It was good for 2 nights stay.

It was warm in the rooms and while fans were provided, it is an old building without Air Con or somewhat climate temp adjustment. You can open the window but if you are street facing you will encounter noise from party goers :) Which is not something I don't like. Just for those booking to make a request facing away from street. e.g the courtyard was okay I suppose. Issue with heat - nothing to do- Denmark rarely is super hot but beware in the summer that this is an issue everyone have in Europe.

Perfect central location, near shops, eateries, cafés etc. Good vibe in the hostel. The bar is good and lots of games. Twin room is a nice size for the price (given Copenhagen prices overall).

Not a fan of the shower setup. At least angle the bathroom floors to help with drainage after a shower, rather than having to do a big clean up after every shower (weather/room was warm when we were there and we took a lot of showers.

The location.

It has no air condition thats why it’s hot on their room during summer and also no free toiletries like shampoo and body wash.

Location is great, staff is really friendly and professional. Price is good for Denmark. It the bar there was always a lot of people who like to party, but no one was too drunk, loud or rude - just young people having a good time. Good black-out curtains.

Price is relatively low, but they charge for "additional" stuff that I actually consider mandatory. Baggage storage for extra fee! No kettles offered - even if you ask. No kitchen or any other option to store food (in a hostel, not a hotel!) I was a separate twin room and had a towel, but I saw a pricelist for towels - I guess in shared rooms towels are not included in the price (I am not sure though). Ventilation in my room was simply missing. Opening window helped a bit, but noice from the street was disturbing.

Staff were super helpful. Check in was easy. Location. Walking distance to metro. Hotel sent extremely good details how to travel by metro to hotel. Close to city centre Grateful for a superior room..Storage lockers for baggage . Operated by kiosks 10 krona per locker per hour

Corridors to rooms were quite claustrophobic for me. Rooms sterile, stark. Minimalistic, felt more like a back packers for me, but maybe that's more about the country, different to European hotels that are 3 star rated. Bed ok but not great, pillows very different.

The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and professional. Easy check in and check out !

However, there was no air conditioning in the rooms nor the corridors, and it was summer, so there was no airflow whatsoever. They have put fans in the rooms but it wasn’t enough unfortunately.

perfect location, very central and near everything, few 100m walk from the train station, super easy with even huge luggage, great staff and bike rental shop on the same block

No Aircon in the room and it was very warm, also plastic sheets under the bedding the bed, pillows we're 1/4 full

A bit noisy a sthere was a bar on the first floor and the terrace was open till 10 in the night. No AC, a bit stuffy. Also there was no Kitchen, which was very strange for a hostel.

It said that toiletries were included in the private room but there was only hand soap so had to go out and buy schampoo and conditioner. Also there was no AC and very humid in the room when we arrived. After having the windows open for the whole day and night it was fine to sleep in though.
