Great location right in the center of Copenhagen. This is a hostel so don't expect too much in terms of room size and facilities. There's a bar with reasonable food but most likely eating out where there are plenty of options would be a better choice.

What I really liked about the property was its location – it was ideally situated, close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. It made getting around very convenient and enjoyable

The living room could have been a bit more spacious, and the bathroom felt quite small. Also, the room could have been a little brighter – it didn’t get as much natural light as I would have liked

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Very expensive for what is a hostel, not a hotel. Very tired/scruffy decor; threadbare carpets etc.

Everything was good. It's just that the toilets in the lobby area needs to be cleaned again and again because it is used by many people.

Pillows were uncomfortable, maybe an extra pair will solve the problem next time.

It's a well located clean hostel and staff was really pleasant. Also a nice selection of beers and drinks at the bar.

Pet peeve: I hate when hostels make you pay extra for towels and don't even bother making your bed before you come. Breakfast is overpriced for what you are getting. Hostel is too big for my taste so the lounge often felt overcrowded.

Location was superb.

There was a party in the hostel on the first night, which was exactly under our room. So it was impossible to sleep, the next day they changed our room, it was more spacious, very quiet and comfortable

Small bathroom, only shower curtain in the middle of bathroom, no shower corner = water everywhere. Sliding door would add more space for proper shower corner.

Bunk beds are very comfortable, but don't have curtains or isolation walls. Common area is huge, with a. well equipped bar and live bands every now and then. Nice long area outside. They also organise pub quizzes. Frequented by back packers and large organised groups from I'm guessing high schools or universities from other countries.

When I checked in I was given a bed in the bunk room but when I went to the room, someone else was already sleeping there (the person took my bed thinking it was empty even though he had been assigned another bunk bed). Staff should tell all guests upon checking in that they must stay in the bunkbed assigned to them. Also, the bunkbeds don't have any sort of curtains or isolation walls so there is no privacy and it can get noisy with alarms and snoring and the odd light being switched on.

To enhance privacy, I recommend installing curtains on each bed. Otherwise, the accommodations are excellent.

location was great. the bar inside the building was fun but really for the younger crowd which we didn't mind for a drink and some shuffle board. place is clean and friendly staff.

Location is great, everything is close and only 10minutes walking to city center or Nyhaven. From airport is 20minutes by metro M2, metro station is 5minutes from hotel

There’s a bar downstairs and some guests could be loud and noisy it really depends what part of the hotel you’re staying.

Great vibe, lovely staff and exactly as expected for a bustling hostel and budget!

Rooms were warm with no aircon, and building works outside started at 5am(!) so it wasn't the best sleep.

No public area for sitting and meeting cause all the areas are used for the bar if wanna use u have to order something.. No kitchen

Hand towel as well as bath towel per pese soon would have been preferable to have. Not sure why bedding was changed the day before our checkout. Three nights usage would have been fine.

Really lively place, Excellent location - great staff - super service from dark haired girl behind the bar and she makes great coffee!

It was fine, but it would be good with house rules. I cannot believe that I have to suggest this, but a "room mate" in a 8-person room took a phone call with the speaker on the phone half past 10pm. I hinted to the person if the phone call could be taken outside, but the reply was "I'm paying for it!". I chose to leave it, but it would have been nice with a clear reference to something. I would never believe that this was necessary, but I have to mention it..

I'm a woman got a room with 3 young men. Frist 3 hours I feel uncomfortable. Thanks God I had wonderful night without disturb.

Good location - very close to key attractions so easy to get everywhere on foot or train/bus as needed. Room was small but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. I liked the jazz music on Sunday night.

The bar on level 1 played loud music until 2am on Fri/Sat nights and party-goers hung around in the street making noise. As we were on the second floor with a street facing window and it was loud. Like could hear all the words to the songs and hear what people were shouting loud. It would be fine if you were the type to be out there on the street or at the bar but alas, my friend and I weren't.

The 4-bedroom was cleaned only the first day, the rest of the days it wasn't cleaned. The toilet is in the room, but the sink was not in the bathroom but in the room itself. So you have to wash your teeth in front of everybody. Not very comfortable. There is no kitchen in the structure

Not much isolation for individual beds- so if someone snores close to you- you also won’t sleep. In other hostels they have either walls or curtains. Also no united bathroom but they’re divided.

On weekends it’s really noise till 1am impossible to sleep if you are on the second floor. The noise of the bar it’s to loud

The dimensions of the room was too small and generally the description , photos were different on the booking platform.

Staff was nice and the commynity/bar area was also nice. Easy to go out from as there is alot of nightlife nearby.

Breakfast options was on the smaller size. Curtains didn't reach all the way down to cover the window, so at sunrise the sun was shining right on to the bed and eyes.

A great location, so that might do. Staff was give-or-take, evening staff on my check in was very helpful and sweet, morning staff (boy on the kitchen, indeed, not girl) - need some HR training. Room was okay, exactly what you'll expect to see in any mid hostels. Overall stay was okay.

They need seriously install some shelves in the showers, as it was torture, no way to put your personal belongings. Another disappointing this is that you don't "rent" the towel, you need to pay to use it. Wording is confusing, as when you rent something - you get your deposited money back. Also, unfortunately, I didn't have chance to try the breakfast, as (as I understood) cooking staff was late for 30 minutes or more. Boy at the counter didn't bother to suggest any of the fixing of the situation.

The area is perfect, close to all sites, food options and supermarket close by.

We had a private room and the bathroom was not clean enough to go in barefoot.
