The location was great. Walking distance to places to visit. There was an affordable market opposite for all your needs. The bar of the hostel was also nice and we followed the Euro24 matches.

I had a disappointing stay at this hostel. The room was very hot, and the bed linens were made of artificial material that felt like plastic. There were no towels, glasses, or cups for water provided. The hallway felt cramped, and the receptionist was somewhat rude, perhaps reflecting the low level of trust and service expected in a downtown hostel. However, don't expect hotel-standard service or hospitality. Additionally, the price for booking a private room, which was the same as for four people, was excessively high. I could have saved 20% by booking for four separate people and filling the room myself. There is a nearby two-star hotel where I've stayed before that offers a much more comfortable setting for the same price per night.

Excellent bar and games room facilities, was there during euros and was always a good atmosphere when games were on. Friendly staff and perfect location near main station and famous palace and park

Suggestion for improvement rather than not like - lockers under beds with keypads as opposed to current where you need to bring or buy a padlock

Small private double room but it's quite a standard in those cities if you try to save money...

Its just the bed everything else is charged extra.

The reception folks were amazing and super-helpful! The social area of the hostel is very lively. I would definitely go for this hostel again.

The room was a sauna throughout the day. The glass windows heated up the room and it was far hotter than it was outside.

Location is very good. Free city maps. Staff is nice.

You need to make your own bed. They collect a lot of details and send a lot of emails. I don't understand self check in and out as they have employees who do that. I lacked fresh air in the hallway to the rooms. Bedroom floor cleanliness questionable. My socks were black. Elevator always full of people, better to take stairs. That street is very noisy!

Great location and the facilities are really clean and pleasant. I liked the outside terrace and we hired bikes as well.

It was very expensive for a hostel with extra costs - e.g. luggage storage for arriving early or leaving late required a paid box rather than a storage room.

Excellent location, comfortable beds. Super friendly staff

Our room was right above the bar, and on Saturday, the music was super loud until 3.00am. There were no towels and there was only super hot water in the bathroom (the reagulator wasn't working). There were bubble gums sticked in the corners of the bed

The staffs are really friendly and the system works well and efficiently.

The room is too hot especially in summer days with little to no air circulation, maybe a fan would really help a lot.

Hello the lokacion of Generator Kopenhagen is very good.

we are upset with the staff, because on the way the bicycle that we rented from the hotel was stolen, and the staff did not help us find it or notify the police, but directly withheld the payment for the bicycle

Bathroom in my room: separated toilet and shower, and the washbasin in the room - somehow bothering option. The toilet was inefficient, and rarely cleaned. The street before the hostel was dirty and uncomfortable

I booked private room and it was very comfortable. I felt safe and the atmosphere was great!

Location was perfect and every staffs were so kind and helpful.

There were a lot of people staying in one room, and the snoring was loud.Also, the noise was terrible at night because of the city center.

Bed plug didn’t work and really small showers

Not quite what we expected - more of a hostel rather than budget hotel vibe e.g. paid lockers to store your luggage. Staff, while friendly and helpful, were not exactly proactive.

Good location in the city center, close to the metro station. Small room but big bathroom.

Small room, no cleaning service or towel exchange during our stay. We reported twice that the movement detector light in the bathroom is constatly on, it was not repaired in 4 days.
