Great Location

The bathroom-drain is so slow that it can flood the whole bathroom

Being so centeral and close to everywhere.

Rooms are not so clean everytime and they didnt put and slippers

Cleanliness is my top priority, and the hotel delivered it exceptionally well.

Such a great location for exploring copenhagen and so reasonably priced!

The bed was really hard and quite uncomfortable and the pillows are very flat.

Although the room and was small with no space for anything we felt comfortable. It was warm inside, beds are comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The location was very convenient with the metro station just a short walk distance and the neighbourhood felt safe and nice with plenty of nice restaurants and good atmosphere. The common areas are nice and inviting with plenty to do. Wifi was working just fine.

Bathroom is very small and only has a curtain to separate the shower which makes it very uncomfortable to have a bath and get dressed inside the bathroom as the whole floor gets wet. Also the sink is too small and as I was trying to wash my face I kept hitting my head on the shelf above the sink. Plus, the hotel only provides one bath towel per person, so no face towel were available and also no feet towel. The elevator was hard to get. Always a lot of time waiting for the elevator to arrive.

The location is fantastic, great for sightseeing the city. There is a grocery shop just in front of the hostel, which is very convenient.

It was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to parties organized within the hostel. Guests were going in and out, often shouting beneath our windows, which woke us up several times. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t separated from the rest of the space, and no towels were provided to dry the floor, which ended up flooded even when we were extremely careful.

The location is perfect and the staff is super good

For a 100+ $ hotel it was weird not have some basic need like towels, soap and shampoo and you have to pay extra money for it.

Elevator need a cleanup and worked without a key card (a bit concerning in terms of security, but convenient on the other hand), TV in my room didn’t connect to bluetooth.

Not big and spacious, it’s good for a single person.

Super central and great location in the heart of city. Arriving was like arriving at a nightclub with people chilling in the street. I appreciate that sort of thing when coming to Copenhagen to party.

I could have used a bed that was 10cm longer but hey

The room itself was great. Very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was cleverly designed with the shower and toilet in different cubicles so that it is comfortable for more people to share.

The lack of kitchen facilities, and the exclusivity of the tables to the restaurant. Copenhagen is EXPENSIVE, and not even being welcome to bring a picnic back to the dining tables was a real hardship on the budget. The breakfast also seemed a bit sad for the amount one had to pay for it. I would have been far happier with coffee, bread and cheese from the shops for a quarter the price, but again, no kitchen. 'Hostel' implies guest kitchen facilities. Even a hotel would have provided a minifridge and a kettle.

We got a twin room as a couple and the price was really good compared to other hotels for a short stay. The check in/out was very easy. You can pay to leave your bags in a locker too which is good. We didn’t have to pay for towels either. The location is perfect, next to everything.

The bed sheets were clean, but the floor was a bit grubby. Quite run down but like I say, it did the job for the price.

The location is fantastic - 5 to 10 minute walk from every notable sightseeing in Copenhagen. Plenty of cafes, bars, and supermarkets nearby. The staff is very professional, polite, and accommodating. Since it was my birthday trip, they gifted us breakfast vouchers.

Easy check in, good location, they offer dormitory rooms with private bathroom

The smell in the hallway and elevator was very bad, the elevator didn’t work for most of my stay, toilet smelled bad from the beginning of my stay and continued to despite my roommates being very clean. Beds are more uncomfortable that in the previous generator I stayed in. The options on the bed are very limited, you can literally only put your phone to charge and glasses everything else you might need or want to keep near you on the bed is impossible. Also in this room the sink was outside the toilet which made it much worse noise wise

They didn’t allow us to use the kitchen and microwave, which is weird considering that it’s a hostel so we should be able to hear our food.

Nice hostel, room was big enough, clean and comfy. The shower flooded the room when we first used it, but staff were very quick to fix this. Great location for first time visitors to Copenhagen, easy access to all the main sights, bars & restaurants! We were also able to hire bikes from the hostel which was great & easy.

A bit annoying that you have to pay for lockers rather than there being just a luggage room, we didn't leave until late afternoon so wanted to leave our bags somewhere but had to pay, fairly expensive.

Great central location - 5mins walk to the metro station and to the famous Nyhavn neighbourhood. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good option for group of friends or solo travelers.

The room was too small. The bedroom wasn’t comfortable. The shower was terrible, it soaked the entire bathroom floor every time we took a shower. It could be more clean…

The location is AMAZING!!! Everything is right on your doorstep with a max 15 minute walk !!! Staff were friendly, and got what we paid for - a place to sleep and nothing more . We are 20 and broke so perfect for us !

The room wasn’t entirely clean- a little dusty on shelves and floors needed a hoover - other than that it was perfect.

Excellent location and OK to stay as a group of 4 friends, not minding to share a room with bunk beds.

It is a hostel, so there is nothing not to like about it.

Nowhere to store bags (inside a private double room) - as room is too small. Also, nowhere to hang/store clothes properly. Food in the restaurant was mediocre, and the beer was downright bad (flat/no fizz). However, food/drink prices were competitive for central Copenhagen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from the main centre at all. Good option of food and drinks in the restaurant but also plenty of bites nearby too. No need for public transport as its all really walkable and flat.

The shower was just a big wet room and the water kept running out of the door into the room, it didn't drain away fast enough. Beds were rock hard and plastic mattresses so the sheets kept sliding off.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Room was clean, and larger than I expected. The buffet breakfast was great - plenty of choice.

The common areas were old and in need of refurbishment, the carpet was worn out and looked dirty.

Some areas were a bit outdated and creepy. Bathroom sink was in the sleeping area. My bed was falling apart, if I moved and hit any part of my body on the side of bed there was metal flat piece which was loose and made big noise when hit the other metal parts of the bed. This place not on the quality level modern use to be nowadays.

We were there for 1 night and we got exactly what we needed, a place to sleep. It's comfortable, it's clean and the staff is nice. Rooms are big.

Right in the city center! Around 10 mins walk to Nyhavn and the shopping street. Check in and check out were quick. They had everything we needed. Pretty awesome stay too. Some entertainment like shuffle board and games so you can interact with other guests.

Would have loved the possibility to cook but it's fine I guess, because they offered food and drinks at their bar.
