Everything except breakfast.

The breakfast which costs 13 euro is cold... They had omelette before but they removed it and the price stayed the same.

Really close to the city center

The showering part of the private bathroom did not have a separation from the rest of the bathroom, so everything got wet.

Location is very good. And the employees are very friendly

Very close to Indre By. We stayed in a private 2-bed room and it was nice. Great for the price.

The location is perfect, very central. We were upgraded to larger room on the top floor with a nice view. The room was very quiet, which seemed unexpected seeing so many people in the common areas. There is also an option to leave the luggage for a small fee.

Everything was great! There’s an amazing bar downstairs one of the best rated bars in the city so you don’t even need to go out searching for nightlife. The location is super convenient, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately, I had very noisy neighbors during my visit, which left a slightly unpleasant impression. They were drinking, talking loudly, and making noise late at night, so it was hard to rest properly. Apart from that, everything else was really good, and I would still recommend this place! 🍸✨

The location was perfect.

I found the room quite basic, for the price, really. This was a youth hostel level place, yet nearly 200€/night. Everything was also quite worn out.

Good service and amenities. The placing is great and walkable to every part of CPH. The place is near a busy street with bars so perfect for nightlife.

Room is a bit small (private room 1 bed for 2 people).There was a lot of construction near our street so you got woken up early. At Friday and Saturday the nightlife is very busy so it's noisy at the hotel.

Awesome location.

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious environment, closeness to places to visit, rooms and beds were comfortable. It was very good to have staff who spoke German. I could explain it easily.

It had a large social area. However, it was very crowded; not only were there hostel residents but also people who had come to have fun outside. There wasn't enough space for everyone else. Also, I only asked for a hot cup, but they couldn't give it to me. This wasn't good for me. There should have been at least a kettle there. It was very noisy. The place wasn't suitable for relaxing or sitting.

The cleanliness and hygiene in the general/public areas could be improved. • The overall hygiene standards in the common spaces are below expectations. • The public areas were not very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. • The ventilation system in the public areas is not very effective. • Air circulation in the common areas could be better. • The air quality in the public spaces was not satisfactory.

Noisy and datedd

Easy access to the city, nice rooms, clean, friendly staff

I thought that the hostel was really hot inside. Where as I would need a sweater to be outside and within minutes of entering the hostel, I got so hot and sweaty.

Close to everything, really easy check in and check out (stayed four days and didn’t speak to any staff) The location made it easy to get to from the airport and easy to go to our next destination. Walking distance from most Copenhagen sights.

The beds are like a plastic with a rectangular cover attached by exposed elastics at the corners - so the whole laying surface is not totally covered by material. Both my partner and I had pain in our backs after sleeping on them. The noise outside starting around 5am was very loud.

A lot of improvement from 2019 when last time I was here , management invested a lot to offer ensuite bathroom which before wasn't ... Beds are new mantras comfortable two working sockets by each bed .... Clean and comfortable for the price and location I strongly recommend it's worth it. P.S the elevator needs a bit of improvement as it's so slow but I hope that will be also upgraded soon 👍💯 well done to management to improve so well this place!

Amazing location. We stayed at an en-suite rooms. It was clean and basic. We could get daily towels from the reception.

The accommodation offers both shared dormitories and en- suite rooms, it gets very vibrant during the day and if guests are not respectful can get loud. Lucky enough our room was more isolated but if you are a light sleeper try to request a more quiet room.

Comfortable rooms

Not very social, the only common area is a public bar where people mostly stay in group. I found it quite hard to meet people even though I'm a quite social person. There were only 2 toilets for our floor of 5-6 dorms and one of them was constantly broken.

Bathroom is super small, there could be separator between shower and the toilet.

It has a really nice terrace. The location is very central.

It was quite stuffy and either we were cold because the windows were open or we could nor breath well. Some people struggled with their big amounts of luggage which ended up being in the middle of the room. Very unfortunately treated by a staff member after I tried to go to the bathroom in the common area before I checked out very early in the morning. The guy was not kind at all and stopped me from going to the bath room. Otherwise the hostel is not really personal, it can feel quite distanced.

I liked the beds and the good flatmates i had. Made a lot of new friends from all around the world. The rooms were nice and clean.

There is no kitchen. I feel like the hostel community and the whole point is to travel and using hostels is to stay on a budget. This also means using kitchen and cooking yourself.

Great location, close to almost everything... we did part of the itinerary on foot.

Noise outside because our window faced the construction site next door. The pillows could be better and the bathroom was definitely bad. For the price you pay, it could be a little better.

The room was small as well as the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and there were only 2 body towels. While there were none for the face. Instead they offered extra towels for a fee, which is the first time I've seen this in a hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy, you could hear the noises of the neighbors. The elevator was terrible and took a long time since we were on the 6th floor.There was also no rack for clothes, so we had to hang them one on top of the other.

1. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. 2. The room and bed were comfortable.

1. They forgot to provide a hairdryer in the room. 2. They didn't proactively replace towels. 3. They didn't pick up the trash. 4. There's a bar downstairs, so it was quite noisy.

Honestly everything was really goos except bad or no AC situation

For whatever reason there was no AC in the unit. It was chilly outside but when there are 6 people in the room you have to open a window to let fresh air in but it's not enough at times

Location is amazing, right in the heart of Copenhagen. The staff is amazing they always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. My dad didn't feel comfortable with his pillow and they provided an extra one like in less than 1 minute.

I stayed in Generator Stockholm twice before and and when I saw there was also a Generator in Copenhagen I didn't even look for other hotels but unfortunately compared to Generator Stockholm, Generator Copenhagen generally felt more disappointing. I can't say one thing was awful, everything was decent, but the hotel feels very pricey in exchange of what you get.

My first hostel experience ever and it was great. Check-in was super easy, and every interaction with the staff was fun and friendly. The restaurant food was tasty, the drinks were a vibe, and the staff made everything better. There were lots of activities for groups and solo travelers, but since I was only staying one night, I’ll try them next time.

Only small downside was the elevator, I injured my foot so waiting felt extra annoying haha.

We got a twin room instead of mixed room dormitories. I really appreciate it, it was cool.

We asked somebody from the staff to help us open the door and he just sayd no, go to the reception. Okay, I went there and then he sayd that i need to push hard, i sayd that we tried for many times and only then, it looked like unwillingly he came and pushed the door very hard. The window was open so it was difficult. We didn't know and didn't want to break anything. There was also trash all over the floor of the elevator. And the teenagers were playing with the elevator and later, making noise by the windows.

Nice location- close to a busy part of town with a few grocery stores close by.

The room is quite small - Copenhagen in general is expensive so not great for value for money but that is true of any accommodation in Copenhagen.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. For a hostel, it was fine.

Thought I was booking a hotel. Rooms were adequate, but sparse. One towel per person. Loud (even for a hostel), but luckily the 10 quiet hours were strictly observed.

Grey corridors. Very worn out corridor carpets. Double bed squeezed into room without space to sides. Window stuck open. Very hard beds.

The room was small even if called “superior king”. The walls were not clean, the corridors either. It would be ok for a lower price

Poor pillows on bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Hotel was hot so needed to open windows which made it noisy at night. Would have liked a kettle in room to make a drink.

The location of the hotel is really very good, in the city center, next to Metro station, next to supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries ... recommend it. The room was small, but it was clean.

The location is excellent. Easy to get to from the airport and close to the main attractions.

There’s a bar downstairs and the rooms are not sound proof so you can hear the noises till late at night. Also, no utilities in the room and you have to pay for everything from the towels to the luggage storing.
