Location- walking distance to metro station and most tourists attractions

It could be noisy during the night. We can hear noises from the streets. Only 2 small pillows available in the room and duvets were super old and yellowish.

Rabbits Warren to get to room. No room beside the bed making it difficult to get in and out for us older people. Flat pillow and hard bed. No cups provided for water.

The pillows were quite bad Was a little noisy in the evening with doors banging etc but to be expected for the price still slept okay For the price you pay you can’t complain too much

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was in a good location to get to everything in central Copenhagen easily.

The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every slight move. There was noise through the night from the bars as well as people in the corridors. The price is outrageous for what you get (but this seemed to be the case everywhere in Copenhagen).

The staff were lovely and the room warm and clean with good beds and a decent shower. The location was also good.

The noise. There is a bar at the bottom of the properly, I think there might be two actually, but everyone came out into the street to smoke and drink so there was still a lot of noise at 2am.

The bar is very lively and a great place to go to before heading out. The room was small but it did the job. It was so warm during the night - a bit too warm - but we never changed the temp so that is our fault also. Good to return to after the cold days!

The rooms were a bit cramped for two people and the bathroom is like a wet room so everything gets wet once you have a shower.

It was a great location everything was near by a short walk.

The bedsheets weren’t very clean, the room was full of dust. There was no hairdryer or mini shampoos.

Location and beds

Very noisy long into the night with window towards the Main Street. Windows not very well sealed so felt a bit cold sleeping beside it. No way of drying the bathroom floor after a shower, not even a scraper. No extra towel or floor mat.

Chill area could be better, more comfortable seating and work space. The two women who worked reception were very helpful keeping my luggage. However a guest accessible luggage room would be great. Other than paid locker option

Bathroom wasn’t very nice. Water in the bathroom was spilling out of the shower, and there was no floor towel, so it wasn’t very comfortable to step out of the shower and walk across the floor around the toilet. Very poor ventilation; during our stay on cooler days the humidity was uncomfortable.

The breakfast which costs 13 euro is cold... They had omelette before but they removed it and the price stayed the same.

The showering part of the private bathroom did not have a separation from the rest of the bathroom, so everything got wet.

Wasn’t as clean as expected, no AC, not that comfortable for a family of 4

The location is perfect, very central. We were upgraded to larger room on the top floor with a nice view. The room was very quiet, which seemed unexpected seeing so many people in the common areas. There is also an option to leave the luggage for a small fee.

Everything was great! There’s an amazing bar downstairs one of the best rated bars in the city so you don’t even need to go out searching for nightlife. The location is super convenient, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately, I had very noisy neighbors during my visit, which left a slightly unpleasant impression. They were drinking, talking loudly, and making noise late at night, so it was hard to rest properly. Apart from that, everything else was really good, and I would still recommend this place! 🍸✨

The location was perfect.

I found the room quite basic, for the price, really. This was a youth hostel level place, yet nearly 200€/night. Everything was also quite worn out.

Good service and amenities. The placing is great and walkable to every part of CPH. The place is near a busy street with bars so perfect for nightlife.

Room is a bit small (private room 1 bed for 2 people).There was a lot of construction near our street so you got woken up early. At Friday and Saturday the nightlife is very busy so it's noisy at the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious environment, closeness to places to visit, rooms and beds were comfortable. It was very good to have staff who spoke German. I could explain it easily.

It had a large social area. However, it was very crowded; not only were there hostel residents but also people who had come to have fun outside. There wasn't enough space for everyone else. Also, I only asked for a hot cup, but they couldn't give it to me. This wasn't good for me. There should have been at least a kettle there. It was very noisy. The place wasn't suitable for relaxing or sitting.

The cleanliness and hygiene in the general/public areas could be improved. • The overall hygiene standards in the common spaces are below expectations. • The public areas were not very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. • The ventilation system in the public areas is not very effective. • Air circulation in the common areas could be better. • The air quality in the public spaces was not satisfactory.

Noisy and datedd

Easy access to the city, nice rooms, clean, friendly staff

I thought that the hostel was really hot inside. Where as I would need a sweater to be outside and within minutes of entering the hostel, I got so hot and sweaty.

Close to everything, really easy check in and check out (stayed four days and didn’t speak to any staff) The location made it easy to get to from the airport and easy to go to our next destination. Walking distance from most Copenhagen sights.

The beds are like a plastic with a rectangular cover attached by exposed elastics at the corners - so the whole laying surface is not totally covered by material. Both my partner and I had pain in our backs after sleeping on them. The noise outside starting around 5am was very loud.

A lot of improvement from 2019 when last time I was here , management invested a lot to offer ensuite bathroom which before wasn't ... Beds are new mantras comfortable two working sockets by each bed .... Clean and comfortable for the price and location I strongly recommend it's worth it. P.S the elevator needs a bit of improvement as it's so slow but I hope that will be also upgraded soon 👍💯 well done to management to improve so well this place!

Amazing location. We stayed at an en-suite rooms. It was clean and basic. We could get daily towels from the reception.

The accommodation offers both shared dormitories and en- suite rooms, it gets very vibrant during the day and if guests are not respectful can get loud. Lucky enough our room was more isolated but if you are a light sleeper try to request a more quiet room.

Comfortable rooms

Not very social, the only common area is a public bar where people mostly stay in group. I found it quite hard to meet people even though I'm a quite social person. There were only 2 toilets for our floor of 5-6 dorms and one of them was constantly broken.
