Fantastic location, easy check in / out. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. Beds was comfy, Room had a big TV which was a great little background noise. Having a bar downstairs that offers simple basic breakfast buffet was very handy, also good value for money.

The lounge area, where you cold leave your room, and read a book and that it was separated from the bar area

It would have been nice to be able to open the windows in the room, I get the idea of security, but at least opening it halfway if not fully would have done the job, in a room of six people it gets really stuffy and it feels like you're only breathing in each others air

Liked the energy in the game room / restaurant.

No common areas other than where additional purchases are expected. Guy sat on stool facing bed on phone for hours. No cooking facilities. Loud music audible in 4th floor bedrooms. Random people sleeping in hallway. Stinky dorm rooms to be expected.

Really great stay! The location is super central, making it easy to explore the city. The room exceeded expectations — very comfortable and better than you’d typically expect from a hostel. Would definitely stay again.

Staff member told me I had to pay for luggage storage, despite being part of a tour group that didn’t have to pay. No shower curtain

The staff fortunately gave us a quieter room for the 2nd night.

Our original room was on the 6th floor, windows to the street. It was very noisy the whole night (Friday night). The staff's comment "well we are in the city center" was a bit off (but in the end they did give us another room). I have stayed in other places in city center's that have been much quieter.

Location is really great, Nyhaven harbour is in 3 minutes walking distance.

We don’t have a cupboard where to put pur clothes, and there isn’t a hanger for handtowel.

Amazing location, price is great also for such an expensive city. Perfect place to stay for a short city break. The staff were brilliant and gave me free drink tokens as they had noticed it was my birthday during the stay. Bar area is really cool, happy hour was brilliant and the shuffleboard was really fun.

Not a massive fan of the wet rooms however, for the price and location it didn’t bother me in the slightest

The room wasn’t clean. When we first came, the floor was sticky, and I saw fingernails on it. They didn’t even vacuum it. And don't forget to bring extra towels they just give two for two people. There wasn't any hand or foot towel.

The bathroom, in general, too small and uncomfortable

Excellent location, right in copenhaguen city center. The rooms were excellently clean and modern. Shower was great and bathroom clean. It had a private bathroom in the room, with separate shower and toilet rooms. Beds were really comfortable. People, staff and customers, were also highly friendly and created a cool environment. Easy check in and check out process and availability to leave backpacks and suitcases in lockers for a reasonable price (80dkk for a large locker, 24h). The common areas were also surprisingly big and funny, and full of fun young people. There was a big grocery store right in front of the hostel if needed.

Just minor details that doesn’t give this property a 10/10. No towels provided (additional charge), sink was outside the bathroom, so it was pretty uncomfortable to do basic hygiene stuff such as shaving or brushing your teeth in front of everyone in the room. There were no curtains in the bed so that made privacy a bit more difficult. The lift was extremely slow and sometimes you just decided to go walking the stairs instead. There is no kitchen nor microwave, which in a city like copenhaguen could help you out lowering your trip costs.

Τhe location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro with easy access to the airport. I loved the cozy, warm atmosphere of the room and the great social vibes in the common areas and game room. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

Initially, the double bed consisted of two single mattresses that kept sliding apart, which was uncomfortable. However, the team fixed this immediately by upgrading me to a room with a proper unified mattress. Also, keep in mind that luggage storage at reception comes with an hourly fee.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Copenhagen, near to everything you'd need. The staff were very friendly, the room was cosy and beds comfy. nothing to complain about - sure the bar/games area would be fun as well in the evening (though I wasn't there for long enough to comment).

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

They had a very nice bar facilities with many events to attend to meet new people. The location was very good, straight in the city center 5min walk to the closest metro. We did not take a breakfast, but the prices were very nice.

In our room, one of the walls was not so clean- marked with pencils or whatever what is, maybe they could invest a little to paint it/ clean it to make it look better. Kettle in the room with some tea would also be nice, or some small kitchen on each floor.

Perfect location, welcoming staff and overall good experience for the price.

The location is excellent, very close to a metro station and the main turistic sites. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel. At the check-out you can rent a locker at a good price. The reception is 24h and very friendly.

Clean safe and welcoming

We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing, we were able to walk everywhere within the centre easily and didn’t feel the need to use public transport except for going to and from the airport. Staff were nice, we didn’t deal with any noise. Loved it.

TV could be ‘smart’ with some apps like Netflix, but it’s just a suggestion. For me breakfast was disappointing. I expected a bit more possibilities than a bread with ham or cheese and some yoghurt.

Amazing location. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Really good value for the money.

The checkout at 10 am is quite early and sooner than any accommodation I’ve had in CPH. The pillows are the thickness of a towel so they were quite uncomfortable.

Room is decent, beds are comfy, storages are fine. Place is quiet, good for sleaping.

Some people didn't maintain proper hygiene in the room, and the smell made it unpleasant to sleep there. But I'm not sure to what extent that's the hostel's fault...

The place is very central which is perfect for a solo traveler. The bed area has everything that you need - some shelves, a little light, and sockets.

I lived in a 6-bed room with 5 friends that I didn’t know, so it was very loud and messy throughout my stay, but I guess it’s not the hostel’s fault.

Excellent location close to everything in CPH, nice staff, easy and smooth check in/out process, room was very clean and quiet (located on the 6th floor), bed was comfortable, not the first but for sure not the last time here

small room, if you travel with more luggage, bear in mind it will be impossible to open the suitcase (we were doing it in the bathroom). couple of times was cold in the room since the whole central heating system through radiators was shut down and then it would start at some moment

Cold air entered the room through gaps in the window edges and a missing handle. Result very cold room, and since the bed was positioned close to the heater, keeping it on constantly caused headaches. The bathroom sink was clogged and lacked a drain cover

Huge and pretty modern hostel in the center of Copenhagen. I’m a solo traveler but other guests were friendly so I had a great time! The city is beautiful. The only thing is it was way too hot in the dorm room, don’t know how it was in other rooms though. I greatly recommend this hostel.

The location is superb, near main location like Nyhavn, from the hotel there is also nearby supermarket
