perfect location, very central and near everything, few 100m walk from the train station, super easy with even huge luggage, great staff and bike rental shop on the same block

No Aircon in the room and it was very warm, also plastic sheets under the bedding the bed, pillows we're 1/4 full

The staff was helpful and nice, good place to get to know locals or other travellers, great location

It can be very loud and crowded downstairs

A bit noisy a sthere was a bar on the first floor and the terrace was open till 10 in the night. No AC, a bit stuffy. Also there was no Kitchen, which was very strange for a hostel.

It said that toiletries were included in the private room but there was only hand soap so had to go out and buy schampoo and conditioner. Also there was no AC and very humid in the room when we arrived. After having the windows open for the whole day and night it was fine to sleep in though.

the hotel is clean and check inn process was fast and easy, location was great within walking distance from metro station. Beds were comfortable and tidy.

lockers were not equipped with keys, washing place was too tiny, and curtains were not available to blackout noise. Also, the price as a bit expensive, maybe due to public holiday falling on the same day.

Bathroom dirty, clogged, toilet do not properly flush, the tap water is drinkable here but the sink made it impossible, too small for just basic water bottle.

Loved how close it was to the city centre, everything very walk able.

The room didn’t seem the cleanest. We had a superior twin room (private bathroom) and it smelled of mildew. The sheets also had comforter also had brown stains on it and I had to request a new one. Staff very friendly, but room wasn’t the cleanest….

Centrally located, easy to reach and there are bikes for rent.

It seemed like there was constant maintenance happening while we were there. Painters in the stairwells, crews moving/delivering things. Upkeep/renovatng is important, but it does take away a bit from the experience.

The room was small and the building showed its age, and there was construction on the sidewalk during my stay. However, the location was convenient and within walking distance of Copenhagen's main attractions.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillow was useless. The carpet in the hallway also looked worn and outdated.

overpriced for what it is. The structure is old, smelly carpet. Clean linens but the rest of the room no. the feeling is that of an old fashioned hostel. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Ideal location, in walking distance to attractions and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Being a vegan I felt the breakfast could have a wider choice. Would advise to bring own towel and lock for underbed safe.

There is a huge construction site in front of the building. And the elevator is slow :( The place could also use a new paint job, it looks a bit run-down. The building is huge, so it's very full.

Very nice location. Many things to do. Very big place for your luggage. You may bring your locker for protection.

There would be handwashing area in toilet too. Not big deal but when you wash your hands in the room you may disturb sleeping friends.

The hostel lies in the center of Copenhagen, but it takes 10 min to walk to the hotel from the station of the airport line. Staff is friendly and check-in goes smoothly. Lockers are available when you need to keep luggage stored. Toilet and shower is separated. There is a lively bar/dining on the first floor. They also serve breakfast. There is a roof terrace.

No privacy in the dorm beds, there was no curtain. There was no airco, so the room was hot during the nights. No room cleaning during my 5 day stay. Using the washing machine is pretty expensive (10 euro). There was no hair dreyer in the room Bed sockets are angled down, so your charger may fall out very easily.

Elevator was operational but you waited a long while - we took the stairs most times Because it's cheaper, this is a hotel used by school groups so beware if you don't like kids Can't really advise on staff friendliness as there was never any need to talk to them... but they looked nice from a distance!

Great location. Very near to tourist attractions and metro station. Lots of things to do in the hotel. I rented a cycle and it was a very good decision. Discovered a lot on bicycle.

The location is awesome! The staff was very responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Very noisy, the windows without protection from the noise you hear all the parties and music until 2 AM. And the price is a bit expensive for the value.

Not a good place to have a proper resting time since there’s a lot of noise in the area.

Great location, very beautiful and vivid place.

It is not a hostel as expected, more towards a hotel with shared rooms. You don’t have kitchen or fridge so you cannot cook food and you also cannot bring your own food. Lounge was an external bar other than a hostel social area.

Excellent location just a short walk from the Metro (M2), with direct access to the airport. Very close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

The backyard turns into a gathering spot in the evening, often for people who aren't even staying at the hostel. It was quite noisy until around 10 p.m., which may be disturbing if you're looking for a quiet place to relax or sleep early.
