We got it for discounted price and for that it was exceptionally great value for money. Awesome breakfast, really good coffee, room was spacious and clean, we expected tit to be unwelcoming due to design concept, but it was not. Walking distance to the Copenhagen center and really close to metro station. The free drinks was also interesting concept... Possibility to park (well, paid, but it's Copenhagen)

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room is beautiful, private and well soundproofed, staff is really nice, the wine hour is a nice touch and the breakfast is really good

Clean, easy to access, not very spacious either room or bathroom, nice personnel.

Could be more warmer inside rooms (we travel in winter at many celsius below 0) - they have room temp centralized control and you cannot made adjustments.

It wasn't easy to connect with the WI-FI, the connection was open (without password), but it was blocked by the bouser and difficult to have access to it

The ambiance and the design are really nice and cozy , the rooms are very cute also in the small size , and the staff is kind , also such a plus to have the parking available

Nothing specific sometimes takes a little longer to get the room cleaned up but it happens in many hotels and it’s not a big deal

Hotel Hans was well located, just out of the inner city with excellent transport. It is a short walk from the Metro Forum station, only fifteen munutes from the international airport. The hotel was very clean and comportable, a perfect landing place after a long trip. The breakfasts were excellent and exceded expectations.

This property exceeded my expectations, let me start with the staff, my husband is Danish, and his family is scattered all over Denmark, so we stay in hotels quite often, especially in Copenhagen, we stayed in 1-5 stars hotels but never like this one, staff are so friendly and they actually smile to you and speak with you, which was quite surprising for hotels in Copenhagen, the breakfast is fantastic and provides many options, the rooms are spotless, I haven't seen this hygene level except at the Ritz. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and a short ride to the airport. I love everything about this hotel, and I really hope it maintains the standards it has now. We like to stay at Frederiksberg to be close to family and this hotel will be our new home in Copenhagen. Special Tak to Amelia, Lukas, Sofia, Flory, Filippos and Rossio, great team

design was a piece of art. baristas at breakfast for incredible coffee. happy hours with free drinks twice a day were ❤️ perfect location near the lakes and Forum metro.

pillows - my wife liked them a lot but for me they were way too soft and I had to put two or three on top of each other. Chromecast mostly didn't work. breakfast very tasty but a bit limited.

Overall a great experience. Nice neighbourhood ~25 mins walk to the city hall (centre of Copehagen).

The hotel is newly renovated and it smells like fresh pain on the room floors. But other than that, a very nice hotel.

Room was small but pleasant with nice ensuite and comfortable bed. Very small wardrobe and desk but it worked for 3 nights so I was happy. Loved the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm and nightcap at 10-11 - lovely idea! Breakfast was really nice too.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and with a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is brand new opened officially couple days before my arrival. Rooms are fantastic breakfast is amazing and the hosts were great. The happy hour from 5-6 pm and 10-11 make me give the hotel one big 10/10.
