Bed was dirty shower was dirty and the people helping with the the bags and the cars are very racy and I didn’t have a tablet in my room but all the other did on my floor so yes I’m a black women and felt some kinda of way about my overall experience

The bed was amazing.

I didn't like that the shower curtain liner was dirty (they sent someone to clean it while I was out but it still looked nasty when I got back) and that the curtains in the room were barely functioning and starting to come down. I was able to pull them close enough for adequate privacy. There was no full mirror for when I was dressing. When I first got there I had a problem with the tub stopper. Someone came to "fix" it. It was still not functioning properly. They came back and did something else that I could work with for the remainder of my stay. But, I could tell that it was still broken. I don't know that I would return. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't care either way.

King Suite was on the first floor when I had requested an upper floor. It overlooked a construction site. $800 for a $200 room. Vista Lounge on top wasn't opened. Too expensive parking.

The attention to detail is spot on! Every staff member takes service to the highest level!

Room was dirty Carpet and couch had stains all over it Couch was hard as a brick Trash left in drawers

Property was beautiful & close to what we came in town for. Staff was friendly and helpful; they went out of the way to make a birthday special.

It seemed the walls were somehow thinner than usual. At this price point, I would’ve expected more insulation. There’s a tablet device in each room with info on it about the hotel and surrounding area. Wouldn’t be much to program in a white noise feature.

Bathroom floors are really slick and I almost fell getting out of the shower when it was wet - thats a law suit waiting to happen - if you don't have the slippers next to the shower door - its really dangerous

Bed - however they need to get better towels and definately new robes - they were very very nice and accommodatable - it was just comfortable and clean

Towels - some of the robes were really worn out - they were kinda junky - noise between the third and fourth floor was really not great - I stayed on the third floor and the family above me in the early - im talking 6am - woke me at that hour 2 days in a row with there feet - this is my time when I needed rest - I didnt get it bc of them and paid a nice sum to stay - I eventually went to another room on fourth - no problem there at all very comfy - however I wish I had stayed in bed all day for that price - wish I could have - anyhow it was overall very nice stay and I felt extremely safe-:) thank you very much.

wow all I’m gone say food is amazing beds are so comfortable the shower so big lol room come with a tablet to order what ever you want I felt like a king by far the nicest hotel in Cincinnati

most friendly and helpful staff, which included the Valet, front desk, bar tenders. Our room was immaculate, so very clean, and peaceful. the food was delicious at the bar as well as breakfast room service.

I chose the Lytle on part because of wanting to experience the Vista at night. I don’t think it was clear on the website that it is closed on Sundays. so that was a disappointment as we stayed on Sunday night.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooftop amazing. The soaker tub amazing. Everyone was so greatful, friendly and readily available.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious! The decor was 😍 beautiful.

After our second day of our stay the service did decline some, not sure if it was shortness of staff, there were a lot of weddings that weekend. But, our coffee in the room did not get replenished and some of the towels werent replaced, just small things like that which were annoying but over all we had a pleasant stay.

Food selection was good. On-site restaurant was convenient. Lobby was fun.

Roof bar closed on Sunday.

Staff was friendly, eager, and attentive. Check in took less than a minute. Very efficient. Beds super comfortable. Shower amazing pressure and heat. Stayed on the first floor and it was still super quiet. Clean.

We set our room to 65. It never seemed to really cool down. Not horribly hot. It was a little tricky getting to the parking lot to find valet. Some more signage may help.

this is a gem was absolutely amazing

I didn’t like that I called to the front desk asked for help with my luggage no one ever came I waited 45 mins and took my stuff down had to make 2 trips also my necklace I left on the bed called and asked them not to have no one go clean the room and they never did

it was nice and clean, expensive far as food and drinks but overall the hotel was nice

when I had my 2 sisters over , we were told we had to be quiet and go to the lower level, when the walls are paper thin and when I turned tv down still got white people complaints

The most attentive staff I've ever experienced at any hotel in the world. Not just an individual here or there, but the entire staff. When my luggage didn't make the connection on my flight (arrived the following day), the entire staff knew about it whenever I had an interaction with new staff member. They all proactively mentioned they were keeping an eye our for my luggage and would deliver it as soon as it arrived. Of course, the hotel is beautifully remodeled and the rooms are excellent.

Literally can not think of a single item. It would have been great to experience the rooftop bar, but it was closed due to the weather. I will catch it on my next stay though.

the AC is noisy. every time it turned off it sounds like a door opening and closing, very annoying when trying to sleep. are room overlooked the bar, wish we had been informed of that as we would have preferred and paid for a room with an outdoor view
