Great location. Don’t recommend restaurant inside.
Great location! Quick walk to the stadium and restaurants. Love that the market is open 24 hours a day!
It was very cold in the hallways and room. If with the air on 75. The restaurant/ bar inside had horrible service!!

Great location, clean rooms, onsite coffee shop and grocery.
Location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, GABP, etc. The grocery hours were great too. Easy to pick up snacks and drinks to take to the room after the baseball game. Morning
Would’ve liked some more storage space. There were three of us in the room and it was tough to stow the bags so we weren’t always tripping over them. Not much drawer space either.

We enjoyed our stay here and had a nice breakfast in the bar/restaurant there.

My stay was excellent.
I liked the location and view we had of the Ohio River. I hate that thers wasn't a restaurant to eat breakfast in the hotel. The service was excellent especially the Valets!

Coffee pot overflowed and scolded my hand pretty good trying to turn it off. There was blood drops on the bathroom floor.

It was walking distance to the baseball game.
The traffic was atrocious getting in and out of, almost forced to valet.

No microwaves on the floors, no good drink machines, the pool was not heated, we had to pay for breakfast and most hotels I been to was free breakfast, not enough blankets or wash cloths

I have requested a receipt for my stay four times and at the time I am submitting this review, I still have not received one. I travel for business, and this issue will definitely prevent me from booking again, even though my stay was excellent

Very enjoyable stay, great location, reasonable value, restaurant and bar had a good selection.
Very good location for easy quick access to the entertainment at The Banks and for the Paycor stadium. The room was comfortable and quiet, I liked the 24hr shop in the lobby and Scott in the bar was nice and easy to talk to.
Not much to put in the negative column, I would have liked a selection of drinks and snacks in the room but other than that I was very satisfied.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much.
The dinner we had when we arrived was less than impressive. Several issues with our dinners.

Overpriced
location
When I arrived, I was asked for the personal about my housekeeping requirement, i answered i wanted to be performed every day.
two days after any housekeeping was done, I presented myself at the front desk in the morning asking for the service, and she told me that it was upon request and she would send an email to perform it that day. No housekeeping was done. Later the next day, one day before leaving, i ask directly to a gentleman who was performing HK who answered me that no indication was received and must wait patiently because during the day the service will be performed.

Fabulous
Very clean. Lobby was beautiful. Bar was nice with a good beer selection.
The price was high. All hotel in the area were inflated this weekend. Probably due to Bengals game and other sporting events. The bathroom was small for two people. It was nice room for one night.

The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean.
The staff didn't explain anything when we checked in. We had to figure out parking food etc on our own.
