The urban fee. Feels like a way to have a lower rate to book for a fairer price but then you get hit with and addition 25 per night. Not cool.

Beautiful room, comfy beds.

We were unable to change the temperature of the room, the thermostat was locked. We woke up overheated in the middle of the night and it affected my sleep.

No microwave in room

Location was very nice (lots of different things around) and within walking distance, we parked with Valet (in and out services- its just better to upgrade to that). Room was nice along with a beautiful view

Staff didnt explain too much when I was checking in- tried to let front desk know about wanting Valet and they told me to handle that with them. Valet for what I paid for- didn't really explain anything as well. I had to ask the next morning at the front desk how to pay- and they said it was already added to my account (which no one mentioned when I was checking in) When checking in, the front desk person didn't say what floor I was on (just handed me my room key along with the room number). Room was nice but weirdly shaped. Bathroom door almost hits toilet so not a lot of room in the bathroom (for two people).

Additional comment.. the Dj on the rooftop was horrible. No one was dancing and he literally played techno all night long. We requested a birthday song for the person we were there to celebrate and it was techno as well. No one was dancing and all looked completely bored. Please adjust or rotate your dj or tell him to play to his crowd just a little Without the techno music. I felt like I was at a rave party. 😪

location was excellent, the hotel had apt of amenities and the bathroom was spacious, bed was comfy. Room came with a coffee bar and a refrigerator and an amazing view!!! I’ll be rebooking here the next time I’m in Chicago.

I didnt like that $52 dollars for self parking and you could not take your car in and out the lot.

Quiet, comfortable room and hotel was walking distance from all the locations I needed to go to for work. Cleaners were very friendly and the coffee pop-up in the lobby was a welcome touch.

Maybe a pool? Nothing major needed, I was traveling for work and it provided everything I needed.

Location and access to restaurants nearby. Rooftop lounge was amazing.

The lights in my room were difficult to work. Loved the modern features, but if they don’t work, it loses the appeal.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency of the staff. The ambience is beautiful. Bathroom was a decent size pretty standard. Staff was absolutely AMAZING!

The room was way to basic for the price per night. No fridge no microwave and yes there is a wine cooler but you should check to make sure it works. The paint was chipped only some of the lighting worked and the view was obstructed. Ice machine was broken and so was the elevator button to go to the rooftop in one of the two elevators they provide. Channels were basic no way to use streaming apps. Bed was ok. If you stay on floor 5 prepare to hear the music all night until 2 am pretty much shook the walls.

The rooftop access was only guaranteed during the daytime to people staying there - would have been good to know that ahead of time. Otherwise you stood in line like anyone else.

The rooftop was amazing!!! The steak tacos! Frose lemonade! How quiet it was regarding people!! The building deco was beautiful!!

There was a loud noise coming from the mini fridge's motor. Something that could have been fixed except the hotel was booked. Other than that I was very pleased.

The sleeping area and bathroom were very clean. They gave us sufficient toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion) to work with during our stay. The shower hot water pressure was also pretty good. The bed and pillows were very comfy too. The minifridge in the room also wasn't noticeable at all our whole stay (aka no noise), which was a plus. Access to our room was easy (tap card key), and we didn't ever have too long of a wait for the elevator.

There were a couple of issues with weird plumbing noises. First, at random times (we guessed whenever someone else flushed), our toilet would start making a flowing sound. The second was that whenever someone was done with the shower, the drain would make a dripping sound (not the shower head). Last, one of the bathroom sinks didn't drain very well. To be fair, we didn't ask to do anything for these issues, but we felt like we shouldn't need to make sure the plumbing is in good order for the staff. We also arrived about 5 minutes after the checkin time (4:05 PM) and they let us know that our rooms wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. They were gracious about it, but I would be annoyed if I was arriving at the hotel tired, and I was told that my room wasn't ready at the checkin time. There was also a weird burnt incense smell in the hallway throughout our stay. We didn't really like it, but it wasn't in the rooms at all, so it wasn't a big deal.
