Location was great, pool was nice and rooms clean / spacious. Staff were really helpful too

It was beautiful, great service and thank you for giving me the lounge upgrade at a special price that was the worth the whole trip by the way. Service and attention was amazing and the team staff on our floor Abdullah and abdulrahman were exceptional cleaning service and the food is spectacular with amazing show and reception was fantastic!

The fact that the shows are only on Thursday and Friday and that means you have to book on these days !

It was great. The hotel allowed late checkout. Great location. Just walk right into the museum. The description on the suite is misleading. The suite doesn’t come with club lounge access and but it’s showing on the booking site. See the photo.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly specially Yasser Omar in the reception and Ismail from housekeeping. The hotel is big and clean and they have a very good security system.

Mr Mohamad Saad who took care of my room we so helpful. Also his friend Mr Noor Al Deen Ali was so nice too. Generally most working people were extremely nice. I should tell you that the furniture were too large in side the room and prevented us from using office. Best regards

The Ritz Carlon, Cairo did not disappoint. An unforgetable experience. The standard of service was so high. It was a pleasure visiting and will be back soon.

I went to check out, the receptionist system stopped working for an hour. I was afraid I would miss my flight.

So clean and elegant, the staff were so friendly specially Marina whom checked me in, and Abdulrahman whom checked me out. In the other hand the house keeping staff were well arranged and trained as well, and i could mention Nour, Ahmad and Mohammad. The swimming pool was so clean and the staff there were welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Security at entrance for cars and also as you walk in. From the moment you enter, you know you are in a first class hotel. The staff are friendly, professional, and trained to accommodate their guests. Lovely shops, coffee shop, lounge for coffee and delicious pastries. The room had a perfect view of the Nile. Our beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The breakfast was exceptional with tremendous offerings. Bonus was to be steps away from the musuem.

I don't believe it was mentioned on booking.com that the room with balcony was on a smoking floor. We were informed at check in and were given another room, without balcony but it was fine.

Everything was perfect, the concierge was one of the best I’ve ever met, bars, room,decor,food all fanyastic

I had a great comfortable bed, with delicious sheets. The view of the Nile was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Cigarette smoke in the lounge. Noisy music by the pool, but they did turn it down when requested.

The otel is clean. It is not a common to Egypt. The food was quite good.

Because of ramadan the bar was closed and there were no draft beer.

Fantastic location, impeccable service. We got upgraded to corner suite with magnificent view on the Nile. Concierge organized all the transportation and sightseeing we wanted. Everything up to the highest Ritz standards

Staff always went out of there way to accommodate all our needs.

They Upgraded us to the Ritz Carlton Suite which had some of the most amazing views of the Nile and the City’s views. They have some shops and I must say they had the best prices than the outside haggling Bazaars. Have a look at their goods once. A wide choice of restaurants and Food. Happy smiling staff

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at the Nile Ritz Carlton last week. In particular, this was the best service from staff I’ve ever received in a hotel; it really felt like every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our two young children had a wonderful time, and connecting rooms overlooking the Nile was the perfect set-up for our sleeping arrangements. Super comfy beds and pillows. Pool was great, lunch in the lobby bar was very reasonably-priced and delicious, and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet in Culina.
