Excellent hotel, situated right in the heart of Cairo. The property is remarkably modern and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff is simply exceptional—true professionals who are always willing to help, efficient, and friendly. The food was flawless. My reservation included breakfast, which was one of the best I’ve ever had: rich and delicious. I also ate at the hotel three times—once at the buffet and twice à la carte—and every meal was high-quality and flavorful. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone. Additionally, the hotel has excellent security measures in place

The location of the hotel is great and is within easy walking distance of the Old Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. We did eat in the restaurant which did a great buffet for evening meal.

The hotel feels cramped and the facilities are limited.

Great location, easy by foot for great shopping, dining options and museums in the city center.. it was one of the best breakfast buffets I have had during my trip in Egypt. Cold and warm dishes and always full choices from the early morning opening until they close the buffet.

The room is a bit small and you can’t open the window, no balcony rooms available

My day was pleasant. Everything was nice, clean and neat. The staff was very helpful. I like the breakfast buffet. The staff was really really nice and they have very fast response. I really like the safety and the fact that they search everyone who goes in and out of the facility, I liked that I felt very, very safe and secure in the hotel.

I had an issue with the plug near my bed. The electricity was not working and it kept going in and out. They really were helpful and they send an electrician right away, but it kept like causing me issues throughout my state, but other than that, everything was really fine.

Super nice hotel with great service. Very close to the old Egyptian Museum (walking distance). The old museum is still open and its nice to see both, the GEM and the old museum. The bar at the swimming pool has very good Egyptian white wine.

Big travel groups that make the entrance area too noisy and too crowded

The hotel location was great and very clean everywhere inside. The staff was welcoming, cheerful and always ready to help. For breakfast there were good choicese and we enjoyed it fully. Meals quality was good too.

A great and comfortable hotel located right in the city center. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it the most convenient way to reach the Coptic area, Zamalek Island, and other parts of the city. Using the metro allows you to avoid Cairo’s heavy traffic and the hassle of constantly negotiating taxi fares. The Old Egyptian Museum is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which makes the location truly unbeatable

Very comfortable hotel in a perfect location. Close to subway. Very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, and everything was really clean. We went on a few days trip to Luxor, and the hotel kept our main luggage for us, which made our trip much easier.

Very responsive, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Great breakfast choice and well staffed restaurant with excellent service. Location is very central if you plan to go to multiple different areas, it’s also opposite the original Egyptian Museum. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant which was also good. Spa area and gym/pool good for a short stay - Swedish massage fairly priced and pretty good.

It’s in downtown which means there is some traffic noise throughout the day and night but that’s a trade off for it being centrally located.

The hotel was exceptional. Our room was large. bright, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, respectful and always eager to help us in any way they could. The breakfast buffet offered many, delicious choices (including a separate vegan section) and the staff promptly brought me a freshly made cappuccino. The fitness centre had excellent equipment and we used it frequently.

Staff were very efficient, but also warm and welcoming. And that fits every one, from wait staff in restaurant to the maids who cleaned, to the desk staff. The level of security, evidenced by the presence of many very friendly security personnel, was reassuring. Our room was well appointed, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new. Appreciated the "topping up" of water bottles every day. Very good breakfast and dinner buffets. Very efficient fast moving elevators. An excellent hotel!

The buffet was right at the entrance of the restaurant. Hopeless traffic jams caused there sometimes.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, welcoming, and kind. The rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast everyday was delicious and had plenty of options so that everyone had something they enjoyed.

The pool is outside near a major intersection, so the noise from the cars is pretty loud. There are walls around the pool and it’s completely private, but if you’re looking for a serene environment this is not it. The bathrooms could use an update. Our bathroom was completely fine and very clean, but it definitely was showing a lot of wear and tear.

Location was fabulous. Room (a capital suite for a mum and two teenage boys) was excellent too and plenty big enough for the three of us, with an extra toilet. There was a double bed and I paid extra to have a single bed put up. We also had a sofa bed although it collapsed in the middle. My 16 year old son still managed to sleep on it.

Spacious and modern rooms, very clean (stayed in two different rooms as I had multiple bookings and both were great). Deserving of all European standards. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great security measures in place (police parked outside the street, hotel security doing regular checks of all incoming vehicles and visitors…) - felt very comfortable and safe.

If the view is very important for you, then you should pick the room overlooking the old Egyptian museum. I didn’t since I do not travel to look outside my window bot to go directly to the attractions.

It was my first time in Cairo with my family and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, close to many cafés and within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. The hotel also offers an international breakfast with a wide variety of food. There were many choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back and stay here again on my next visit to Cairo. Highly recommended! 😊

However, I noticed that the sofa could use a deeper cleaning. I hope the hotel can improve this for future guests.I would also like to suggest ensuring that guests’ luggage and delicate items, such as papyrus paintings we purchased in Egypt, are not stored under direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to heat may damage them. I believe this small attention to detail would further improve the guest experience. Lastly, my kids found that it was quite cold showering even with hot water as there was no shower curtain or door.
