This hotel is outstanding in many aspects. The rooms are very clean, bed comfortable and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered many good options. In a great location and very safe. Highly recommend.

Our next door neighbors were a bit noisy our first night.

Great stay! Great food. We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and we were never disappointed. Comfortable beds. Noise level was not too bad but we were on the higher floor. Staff was always super attentive. Really appreciated the daily water bottles in room… this made our visit a lot less stressful. Little things like this count a lot!

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no steam extractor or filter in the bathroom. After you took a hot shower the steam stayed in the room making it very humid and the blankets a bit wet.

Location, friendly staff, good security. Huge breakfast selection. Just keep in mind you'll need to run the AC to get rid of humidity from having a shower and to get fresher air in the room (windows do not open). Not a problem, just an FYI.

Centrally located near El Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum of Cairo the hotel is close to the Sadat metro station, restaurants and other businesses in the area. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond when we had an issue with our first room. The room itself was comfortable and clean. What really made this hotel stand out was their incredible buffet breakfast. The choices (ie. Egyptian, European, sushi, salads, fruits) were the best we've seen at any of the hotels we've stayed in before. Amazing vegan & vegetarian options as well.

We were originally assigned a room next door to another that was under construction so the noise was unbearable. The staff were very quick to change us to another location within the hotel once we brought this concern to their attention. This is not really a complaint as we left feeling impressed with their great customer service. The location is near one of the busiest sections of Cairo and therefore lots of traffic surrounding the hotel. If this is a concern then staying in the Zamalek neighborhood may be a better option.

It is not only a good hotel in local terms, it would hold its own in its category elsewhere. Very kind staff, clean rooms, fine breakfast, everything was great.

Unfortunately, the bathroom shower did not always have hot water, which is very confusing and uncomfortable.

There is a tour company that works out of the hotel. Their tours were overpriced and not impressive. The drivers are excellent, though.

By the square so can hear some beeps on the road. My room was high up and window insulated so not a problem for me. And I’m usually a light sleeper!

The hotel located in the center of Cairo just opposite to the Egyptian museum. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, with shops around which opens till midnight. Staffs are very helpful and efficient, The property is new and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of options!

Dimiana, Minah and Mohamed at the dinning room were very much guest oriented and ensured our requests were met. While Mohamed, Ahmed and Faraha did keep our room and the floor in the best possible way. Would also like to make a note of smiling attitude by front desk staff and a friendly guest relation officer.

Location is great. Downtown Cairo is awesome. Beds were clean, shower was good.

The hairdryer didn’t work, and the lunch options for vegetarians are poor and expensive.

Everything was perfect, the connected bedrooms for 4 people, the food is amazing, so much variety, and all staff (everyone) is so friendly and ready to provide service. Great customer service which is missing from other hotels!

There was only one small thing regarding the noise at night as I was not able to sleep very well, but when I shared it with the reception staff, specially Rhiam, were able to provide me support and organized our transportation to the airport. Really appreciated and for sure I would come back and I recommend it to everyone.

Lovely hotel, excellent location gray staff

Excellent location, 5 min walking from the Egypt Museum and river Nile. Also super convenient to get an Uber to the Pyramids. 40 min Uber ride from the international airport. Would highly recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay in Cairo. They've also provided free upgrade to room with Nile and provided a lovely welcoming snack and surprise gift for our special occasion.

Would recommend providing water in the lobby, as Uber and taxi drivers can take 15 mins to arrive due to the bad traffic in central Cairo. Speaking of bad traffic, the streets surrounding the hotels are very busy (compared to central London and NYC), so do plan ahead for taxi rides and do take a pair of ear plugs for light sleepers. None of them are faults of the hotel, just providing tips for those that do stay in central Cairo :)

It’s comfortable, it feels very safe and it’s located right beside the Egyptian museum. It’s pretty expensive.

The staff in many hotels, I’m assuming dictated by the management of the hotels in Egypt, is pushing the customers to review their hotels right in front of them, giving them good ratings regardless of customer expierence.
