Very central but still feels secure and calm—once you’re inside it’s like a private retreat. Rooms are nicely done (a bit small but fine). The chefs were great with the kids—always sorting chips at breakfast and dinner which really helped. Mostafa was excellent, very accommodating with our slightly chaotic group.

Lobby music on Thursday/Friday nights was quite loud—understandable for the vibe, but not ideal if you want quiet. Also some confusion at dinner with being asked to pay despite having a deposit with reception, though it was eventually sorted.

A times a little noisy and difficult to be picked up because parking is not permitted on the streets.

Best hotel to stay in central Cairo! The staff, the service, the facilities, the incredible breakfast and for the price we paid it was the best choice.

rooms could be slightly bigger for a family but they have junior suites that they offer at very good prices as well.

The hotel was in a central location and incredibly clean. However the main callout is the phenomenal staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful in every way. Five stars go to them!

Traffic around hotel is chaotic, but it’s everywhere in Cairo downtown

It was an absolute vacation. Everyone from the reception, concierge, restaurant to housekeeping were very hospitable and warm. Essam at the reception checked us in swiftly and was very warm and welcoming. Mohammed at the concierge assisted to arrange a hotel wheelchair for our son who had injured himself. Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast spread is huge with a great variety. Location is central and close to many restaurants, Tahrir square and the old Egyptian museum. Definitely recommend

-the location was great - walkable around tahrir square & egyptian museum was across the street -the staff were exceptional & friendly catering to all my needs. i lost a pair of eyeglasses, but they were quick to look for it & found it in "lost & found." shout out to youssef & abdul @ reception -impressed w/the turn-down service & staff asking if i need anything @ night -the restaurant has a wonderful complete breakfast buffet as well as varied dinner menu. the kunafa was exceptional! -the bar was a fun place to hang out w/my friends & so many cocktails to choose from -internet was fast

I loved this hotel for eight nights after finishing a five-day riverboat cruise. The staff was wonderful and Samir cleaned my room most days to which she to complete satisfaction. When my desk chair broke, the guys servicing my room at night quickly changed out the damaged chair. I was a solo traveler, so I enjoyed room service most nights. Food arrived quickly and I ordered an ice bucket. It seems only Americans like drinks with ice rather than room temperature. The desk staff were very professional and were great at check-in and departure, Monica was great at check-in and the guy at checkout was also very friendly and made sure the bill was correct. The hotel provides non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar for no extra cost and two pieces of laundry per day for free.

I had one suggest at checkout and that when laundry was returned that it be folded instead of hangers. I had many t-shirts and they were on hangers. It would have been easier to pack for home if they had been folded. Many hotels will provide this as an option.
