I loved this hotel for eight nights after finishing a five-day riverboat cruise. The staff was wonderful and Samir cleaned my room most days to which she to complete satisfaction. When my desk chair broke, the guys servicing my room at night quickly changed out the damaged chair. I was a solo traveler, so I enjoyed room service most nights. Food arrived quickly and I ordered an ice bucket. It seems only Americans like drinks with ice rather than room temperature. The desk staff were very professional and were great at check-in and departure, Monica was great at check-in and the guy at checkout was also very friendly and made sure the bill was correct. The hotel provides non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar for no extra cost and two pieces of laundry per day for free.

I had one suggest at checkout and that when laundry was returned that it be folded instead of hangers. I had many t-shirts and they were on hangers. It would have been easier to pack for home if they had been folded. Many hotels will provide this as an option.

Super friendly staff and comfortable room. The location is great. Right at Tahrir square. Easy access to metro if needed and right next to the Egyptian museum. Room was clean and tidy.

The location is central in Cairo with all major sightseeing sites and the airport in short distance. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and professional. Food is great and the breakfast was really outstanding.

The food at the hotel was good it was a mixure of European and Egyptian. The room was good and comfortable and had all the faciilities one would expect from such a hotel.

My stay was unfortunatly spoilt by another guest who took excetion to the slightest thing for example I was listening to a talking book on muy phone at low volume and they started banging on the wall and complaining to the front desk who called me. I was able to show that it was low level. This was mid afternoon with all the trafic outside!!!

The location is very good, the facilities are great, I just feel the room was not quite a 5 star room, it was very good, but not really 5 star

The hotel room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast is good. The hotel has storage room to keep luggage for few days. The service is good. Staff members are friendly and efficient. The hotel is good to stay for a couple nights. There is nothing exceptional.

There are not a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel.

Staff is very attentive everywhere: housekeeping very good, reception team is lovely and breakfast staff also taking good care of customers. Huge thanx and praise to (Christine)? Who was welcoming guests at breakfast restaurant on 11th and 13th March: she can sell energy and positivity, incredible memory (she remembered by room the second day I visited despite we barely spoke the first time) and truly went out of her way to leave a lasting memory: I hope steigenberger takes her into executive management training internationally because she is made for a good international rotational career! Thank you to all staff though abd this hotel although not anymore super new, it is kept and managed well.

A little noisy but it is to be expected as it is downtown where all the traffic is unavoidable. Pool is visited by too many pigeons early in the morning between 5 and 8am…find a way to deter them

Amazing stay! The hotel has an incredible location, making it very easy to explore the area. The breakfast was spectacular with a great variety and high quality. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Great showers, clean, wonderful location! Get the room service breakfast. One breakfast was enough for two. Hotel sent a maintenance person, Sami, who lent us an adapter to charge my husband’s cochlear accessories.

No swimming after sunset which beats the purpose of having a pool. As is usual in these types of hotels, no possibility to open windows and no rooftop/view

Clean, comfortable room. No noise from the road, since the room was at the 10th floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fast wifi. Perfect breakfast with local tastes. Very helpful staff. Ultimate safety. Nice lobby bar.

Price a little high. Also during reservation through Booking, the price didn't include VAT and local taxes, so it resulted higher than the price initially noticed.

Excellent hotel, situated right in the heart of Cairo. The property is remarkably modern and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff is simply exceptional—true professionals who are always willing to help, efficient, and friendly. The food was flawless. My reservation included breakfast, which was one of the best I’ve ever had: rich and delicious. I also ate at the hotel three times—once at the buffet and twice à la carte—and every meal was high-quality and flavorful. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone. Additionally, the hotel has excellent security measures in place

The location of the hotel is great and is within easy walking distance of the Old Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. We did eat in the restaurant which did a great buffet for evening meal.

The hotel feels cramped and the facilities are limited.

Great location, easy by foot for great shopping, dining options and museums in the city center.. it was one of the best breakfast buffets I have had during my trip in Egypt. Cold and warm dishes and always full choices from the early morning opening until they close the buffet.

My day was pleasant. Everything was nice, clean and neat. The staff was very helpful. I like the breakfast buffet. The staff was really really nice and they have very fast response. I really like the safety and the fact that they search everyone who goes in and out of the facility, I liked that I felt very, very safe and secure in the hotel.

I had an issue with the plug near my bed. The electricity was not working and it kept going in and out. They really were helpful and they send an electrician right away, but it kept like causing me issues throughout my state, but other than that, everything was really fine.

Super nice hotel with great service. Very close to the old Egyptian Museum (walking distance). The old museum is still open and its nice to see both, the GEM and the old museum. The bar at the swimming pool has very good Egyptian white wine.

Big travel groups that make the entrance area too noisy and too crowded

The hotel location was great and very clean everywhere inside. The staff was welcoming, cheerful and always ready to help. For breakfast there were good choicese and we enjoyed it fully. Meals quality was good too.
