Everything - the quality of the restaurants , the atmosphere of the bar, the view from the room, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of all the fixtures and fittings .

Nothing- although it is not cheap, but that’s to be expected given its quality .

The price it high during the while year

The location is absolutely perfect with an amazing view of the Nile. The room design and recent remodeling were very nice, modern, and extremely clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The food at their restaurant was amazing and truly a great experience. Overall, the atmosphere felt exceptional and outstanding.

When dining in the Egyptian restaurant the staff is too present and too focused on you that you don't get to relax or feel comfortable. The senior older gentleman manager would constantly berate his staff and at one point made a joking comment to us about the waiter's slender constitution. I found it rude as I don't enjoy seeing management behave like this with employees. The waiting staff does not seem comfortable due to this person.

Basically, this hotel treat you as a prince in his own palace . Special thanks to Marwan from the reception for his perfect manners and professionalism. Fady for his polite attitude and goodbye while checking out. Mr. Hussain from Zaitoni Restaurant for his great hospitality. All the beautiful staff in ground floor and the lobby. Waleed and Adham from the spa for their nice welcoming.

When you book a superior room over looking the Nile you should get a welcome basket of fruits or so for the client if last moment to get something quick .. other 5 star hotels do that complementary .. and breakfast should be included as basic English in the room at least It was a great experience , thanks for the good stuff

The staff were incredibly attentive and recognized my name when I approached the front desk, despite serving many other customers during my stay. When my wife mentioned that it was my birthday, the staff at all the restaurants we visited were aware of it! Our reservations were upgraded to two connecting rooms, including the ambassador suite. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated! I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff who worked between 1 PM and 5 PM on August 23, 2025, with whom I interacted. My favorite restaurant is 8 - highly recommended for dinner.

Location is just opposite the Nile and the main square is about 900 meters to a kilometer from the hotel. Room was spacious and had all the facilities you can think off. Quality coffee, good minibar.

I love the location of Four Seasons Nile Plaza as it is in my favourite part of Cairo in Garden City and it gives me the chance to move around and wander freely while also being close to everything and the view the Nile. The room was newly refurbished and very clean and spacious.

Coffee prices in the lobby are too high.

Surrounding area is a bit doggy (most of Cairo is like this) I recommend taking taxi to where you need to go! Otherwise it’s really nice.
