Amazing staff very welcoming at both the reception and the chefs during breakfast as well as the manager,he made us try different Egyptian dishes that we loved!

The options for breakfast were the same every day about more variety would be nice.

New, large … well decorated rooms .. nice original art throughout the hotel … nice pool! Restaurants well decorated … non-Egyptian food … good but not great! Always eat Egyptian food in Egypt … it’s always better!

Amazing stay, nothing to dislike.

We had troubles with a toilet, 3 times in a day. It took too long to solve it. Eventualy, the staff moved us to a better room, and that it super nice

I like the staff; they are very friendly and helpful, especially mr Ahmad Abo lelah in my several stays in the hotel he sought to help and ensure pleasant stay.

The hotel is fantastic, but the rate(price ) is so high.

It was beautiful, upscale, and they took such excellent care of us. The pillows and bedding are the best of extreme comfort. The toilet room is separate from the rest of the bathroom. The view was amazing.

I can't think of one single thing.

The hotel is too crowded and the reception is slow due to that. And the value for money is not the best, you can have better experience with better prices in many same location hotels.

The best place in Cairo

The room was perfect on the 28th floor with a beautiful terrace in front of the city centre,the staff was fantastic,our room service waiter was so kind and nice very professional. We taste fantastic Egyptian dinner on the 5th floor restaurant and the view of the Nile was wonderful. Finally the position is perfect in the centre and in front of the Nile especially for family with kids like us!

The stay was super comfortable! Guilia Ferrari, the guest experience supervisor was so helpful & kind. Made the stay really comfortable right from check in till we checked out. Concierge & all the services at the hotel were outstanding. Would highly recommend staying with Four seasons in Cairo.
