One of the best stays at the Four Seasons, primarily due to the excellent service and staff. The genuine kindness and openness made me and my family feel wonderful during our stay. The concierge service was top-notch; all the recommendations were spot-on, which is rare. The tour suggested by the concierge, with an Egyptian guide to the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum, in a comfortable air-conditioned bus, provided us with an entire day's worth of ancient Egyptian history. The hotel staff seemed to read our minds, and spending time at the pool was pure pleasure. Our room on the 25th floor offered a breathtaking view, and the nighttime sail on the Nile in a sailboat was unforgettable. All of this made our three days in Cairo an amazing experience.

Excellent location. Very central and practical to go around and visit many touristic attractions. Great staff as always, up to the hospitality standards of Four Seasons. I always come back for the people that work here !

The hotel is certainly luxurious and nice but compared to other four seasons hotels it gives the vibe that it is old. Not all rooms are refurbished and the ones that are indeed they were significantly more expensive than the others. I think for a Hotel like Four Seasons this can be changed.

The room was spacious, the bathroom amenities and size were also really good. Love the view of the Nile, easy to reach the different attractions.

Breakfast was not that special, expected more for the price. I think the hotel should start renovating some of the rooms, for example the carpet for it looks a little old.

AMAZING service! The best views of the Nile. So much variety of food at the hotel. They even organise a felucca ride which was so special!

The rooms are lovely and so comfortable.the food for breakfast and the variety is exceptional. Love how you get to try so many local dishes .

The gym was NOT clean and the equipment were not great or clean either
