Ramit at front desk was very patient and understanding of all our concerns especially with the noise we experienced on a daily from a nightclub to which we could not sleep. - 2 nights in a row. Yulia was very attentive as well as we met her on the axle one last day. They provided us with a little gesture to compensate our bad experience by sending over a cake on my birthday and our wedding anniversary…that was considerate.

Some of the staff at the main door& a manager at reception whom I can remember by face and not by name was so extremely rude and obnoxious. They need to undergo training on how to deal with a guest complaint and learn to listen to what is being said…comprehend it and then fix the situation.

It was cleaned and has many restaurants sites so you can choose the tasted foods you like

Crowd I came with my wife They gave us twin bed promising to change the room. But that wasn’t happen. It was poor view to the old city. Imagine the night cost more than 220$.

Everything. Hotel is beautiful and modern. Checkin was easy and Dalia was helpful and polite. Concierge Desk was extremely good especially Kristen.

Reservation Department charged my credit card after my booking although the terms of booking stipulated that there was no prepayment necessary and free cancellation was possible. All communication via Booking.com platform was ignored. And I had to eventually call the hotel. Reservation Department staff was rude and unhelpful. They violated their own terms offered to guests.

Beautiful hotel and most of the staff were attentive and helpful. Concierge service is fantastic and helped us to make the best arrangements. Also the restaurants at hotel serve really delicious and good quality food.

Spa. This was our 2nd stay and the beds were not as comfortable. Also different toiletries used on 10th floor and the Portofino products smell horrible.

No late check out. Breakfast is below the average. food quality is an issue for me compared to the other Fairmounts in the region Coffee quality and some serviced items in the breakfast have bad quality, even sparkling water is none of the known brands.

Location was good, right across from the nile with nice restaurants and walk way, can even take a boat ride…room had a nile view which was a plus..security at hotel front makes you feel even safer. Rooms were modern and clean with extremely nice beds and pillows, ahmed at check inn was friendly and kind, only there for two nights as a stopover but would definitely recommend this hotel, overall great hotel with great facilities.. lady at concierge was also a good help, i think her name was sara

Second room took long to get but they made up by giving us a later check out which worked out all well

The housekeeping was very good actually he was exceptional his name is Ibrahim responsible for the 18th floor cleaning as my room was 1822 also the manager Kareem was cooperative and supporter overall the stuff in the 18th floor were great 👍🏼.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It had all the facilities with a mall connected to the hotel.

The check in process wasn’t satisfying as the receptionist wasn’t clear about the upgrade charges. Also, in some occasions when entering the hotel and if we are going to sit in lobby cafe , they ask us for our room number which made us feel like criminals. We never experienced this during our previous stays in this hotel.
