Staff were fantastic they really were great . Very engaging and friendly. Location was excellent

They rooms and corridors are so close that it’s super noisy and you can hear every word from fellow neighbours at all times of day and night. Rooms need a little TLC to match the standard of the reception area

Breakfast was very poor. Room needs some touch ups, some of the fitting and furniture look and feel cheap.

Glu Suite was very nice...large room with large terrace. Staff was excellent!! Breakfast in the morning was also very good! Only 3 blocks walk to Plaza Serrano...

possibly the only negative was that it did not have a pool....but it had a rooftop deck...so not much of a negative there....

Perfect check in, great size Luxe room with huge he comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and Natalia was so good about letting gnus have an extra hour in our room. Natalia and her colleagues were so friendly professional and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, it was by far my favourite hotel for all our travels throughout South America.

The property is in a wonderful location just blocks from Plaza Serrano. Many restaurants and shopping near by. The staff was amazing

The A/C unit was not very powerful and didn’t cool the room well. The bathroom was always hot because of the under powered A/C unit.

What a wonderful place!! This room was fantastic being modern, clean and a full terrace to enjoy the views. The staff was always available and friendly. Our Spanish was not very good but all the staff knew English which was very helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plenty to get us through the morning. The location was great being around shops, restaurants and night life. Will no doubt stay here again on our next adventure to Buenos Aires

Pretty good location, staff was very kind and tried to be helpful. Spacious room. They had umbrellas for a rainy day.

The WiFi was terrible. My door knob kept getting stuck and I had to go to the desk to have them help me open the door. There were strange noises coming from the kitchen area at night that kept me awake / woke me up. The shower pressure was good but the half glass door meant water got everywhere.

Overall just not a great experience and felt like it was overpriced. It’s a very quiet hotel.

My only small complaint (very small) is the coffee
you serve is lousy! Very bitter and served in small pots that went cold quickly. But that is a small thing….we otherwise loved the Glu hotel!🙂

the only small issue was that the hairdryer in the room had a broken nozzle which meant it wouldn't stay attached when I was using it.

The customer service was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I really liked the coffee service in the lobby. Nice touch. Breakfast was also excellent. This is a small hotel with a limited number of rooms, which are very spacious and comfortable. You also really feel the personal attention from the staff due to the size of the hotel

The rooms are little dated and need to be refreshed with new decor, etc. WiFi was a bit touch and go as well. I had to jump from different hubs. I would recommend the hotel replace their WiFi with a Mesh system.

The location is very good , all around the hotel is full of bars , restaurants, cafes
The service was good, we even got the breakfast to the room.
Room was nice and comfortable, the room has nice and quiet balcony we could enjoy the breakfast and drinking wines at night.

The plugs in the room could be upgraded as my international plug wouldn't stay in the old plugs in the room.

We were very impressed with the attentiveness of all the staff. They were very friendly and willing to help. A really good value for the money.
