L’Hotel Palermo, Buenos Aires

The exterior was gorgeous, loved the courtyard, loved the location, the staff were accommodating, and, the best part, there was a neighborhood cat hanging around(!!). The AC unit in the room was so quiet and was really excellent in keeping the room the desired temperature.

The room was really small and uncomfortable. The sheets were stiff and starchy, it was cramped, the furniture needed to be upgraded, and the bathroom was so small that water from the shower gets everywhere and you can't fully stand in front of the sink.

Despite being on a busy street outside, because the rooms are well behind the entrance, it was beautifully quiet, yet a short taxi ride from the Jorge Newbery airport. Staff (Jose & Clara were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room inc bed & shower & air conditioning was great. Breakfast was very good indeed. Overall excellent. Very good value for such a great hotel.

Excellent neighborhood, very pleasant and full of coffee shops and restaurants, as well as boutiques of all kinds. The hotel is a real gem, with a lovely courtyard and spacious rooms. Above all, the staff was amazing ‼️

Hotel ignored my pre-booking request for a quiet room. Was assigned one of only a few street facing rooms which was exceedingly noisy. Totally disrupted sleep. For a “superior” room it was very small and basic and smelled musty. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Noisy cleaners early outside door. Staff on reception. One was lovely and chatty and friendly two didn’t even lift their heads most days until I had said good morning or good night. Room was clean but very basic. Saw better rooms online think was given the basic room as a lone traveller.

We had a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires. Palermo is a lively area with great dining options like Fogon and Don Julio within walking distance. Many thanks to the front desk and especially to Jose for allowing us to check in early and for organizing our transfers from the airport to the hotel and to the port. The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent.

Loved the historic look and feel of this hotel, located in a cool neighborhood reasonably close to the airport. The staff were extremely accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast setting and food were also excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was very poor compared to what similar level hotels offer in Buenos Aires. Our room was dated and run down. Bathrooms need an urgent upgrade as the old look has now got very old and deteriorated. It’s not what you see on their site.

We have stayed at BENS L'Hôtel Palermo for multiple visits. The proximity to all that BA has to offer is prime. The room and breakfast are consistently excellent. The entire staff is helpful and responsive. The BENS L'Hôtel Palermo team surprised us with a new AC unit while we were away for a few nights, and supplied us with a small refrigerator to accommodate our needs as we extended our stay. The team's care and maintenance for the property is reflected in the well manicured and beautiful courtyard.

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful in all aspects during my stay. Nothing was a problem, with personalised attention when I asked. The hotel location also convenient to shops, restaurants parks plus the tourist bus hop on and off. Thank you all the hotel staff for a my stay with a healthy breakfast to start the day. The hotel is a European style boutique hotel with a lovely green space and pool. Very good bed and shower. The staff is extremely accommodating. They held our luggage for a late flight and allowed us to use the common facilities. Restaurant recommendations were excellent.

The location was very good. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The payment was taken a very long time in advance and this made it expensive as we were unable to pay in Pesos using the blue dollar rate so it was not good value for money

It was very strange that there is a pool which when getting there is not in use. I chose this hotel for the pool and garden and the price is therefore not in relation to the expectations.

Room was small, a bit crowded for 2 people and their large bags, could have used a mirror in the living space outside of the bathroom to increase efficiency with getting ready.

The location brought home the joys of solitude and relaxation. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bathroom accessories. Breakfast selection (hot and cold cuts) freaks have and in good supply

IMO overpriced for the quality of product on offer : very old and poorly designed bathroom, poorly insulated bedroom room , too much noise from both the street and other rooms ( ie: neighbouring room’s alarm clock clearly audible from 4.30am at 15 minute intervals! ) , 1970’s style breakfast - ie: precooked scrambled eggs in a tray, nothing fresh to order , terrible coffee , the basics could have been done so well with a bakery literally over the road , cups that don’t match / sit in their saucers so drink spills everywhere. Small details everywhere which could be forgiven but at the room rate charged expectations are higher . Not terrible but wouldn’t re-book or recommend is the truth. Pity as I was looking for somewhere to stay on a regular basis when visiting family studying in Buenos Aires. Nx

Everything went very well and the hotel is extremely well located in Palermo Hollywood.

The only note to make on this hotel is that they are invoicing you in USD. After some discussion with the hotel staff however, they changed the invoicing to pesos as we were in Argentina.

All rooms need more trash receptacles. A/C not up to par and the two story suite didn't have hot water. No lift to suite but staff willing to carry heavy bags up iron circular steps. Lighting and air circulation in bathrooms not good.

Perfect location. Really helpful staff. I got delicious toasted gluten-free bread every morning for breakfast (celiac). That was a luxury.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with arranging a taxi to the airport as well as allowing us use of the pool and breakfast area until we needed to depart. The hotel is off the street and very quiet in spite of the nearby nightclubs. The breakfast offerings were excellent.

The bathroom is worn and the shower grout is moldy.

They didnt open for us in the night and the card to the hotel didnt work so we had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. We talked to the reception and they couldnt explain why this happended and they couldnt pay us back for the night we didnt selpt there. They promised to get us a night for free, and now when i tried to reach out to them they dont answer. So we paid for a night we couldnt use. So bad!!! Not okey. But the hotel was beuatiful, so we are sad this happened.

The location was excellent, the hotel was "fine", but old and dirty. The linens were good, but the furniture was borderline unacceptable. Most item were worn out and stained. A good decorator could work wonders...it doesn't need much. Just desperate for refreshing the rooms and property. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

it’s a true gem. so quiet and comfortable. Clara on the front desk is exceptionally helpful - gave us lots of restaurant tips, adaptors for the room and a card to use on the metro. the garden and pool area are a true oasis. breakfast is super. security is also excellent.
