It was big, it simply had everything basic that we needed like oven gas, and bathroom water, the only annoying thing was the heater since it was old and from gas and makes a lot of noise at night, it would have been nicer if there was more space for seperated rooms, which they could easily made use of since there was much room above, location was good. Safety was also pretty good and hygiene too, i am pretty satisfact

The locastion was amazing, you have the view right away to the Basilica and to the Christmas market. Everything is super close, so we went through the city on foot the full stay we were there. Another thing that we noticed first when we entered the room was how it smelled like clean, so it is super nice to feel that. The apartment itself is really spacious, has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is always warm water, and the heating is adjustable in the rooms. We had some things that needed to be explained to us, so we reached out to the host who is SUPER SUPER responsive! 👏🏻 We just really enjoyed our full stay, and thanks for taking care of our bags begore and after our check in/out.

Location is fantastic - right opposite Stephens Basilica .Apartment size is amazing.

Perhaps, management should improve the door and window handles. They are quite old and fragile.

Location was superd. Right opposite St Stephan's Basilica and it is walking distance to a few subway station. Room and bathroom is clean, and added bonus for the separate toilet and bathroom.

Staff was helpful and kind. The location of the accommodation is fantastic and super close to the airport shuttle bus stop.kitchen had a microwave oven, a fridge and a kettle too,this was a nice touch.

It would be nice to have a radio or TV in the apartment.

Location is excellent. A few minutes walk to the public transport stations . 20 minutes walk to the parliament, shoes on the Danube, St Stephen’s Basilica is right in front of the apartment and the view from the windows were basilica and the Christmas market!! Lots of restaurants near by and west end shopping centre is nearby ! “The beautiful Mc Donald’s” is also walkable distance !! The rooms were nice and clean . initially I was doubtful about being cold especially with my young children but , the rooms were always warm enough, lots of hot water .

Great appartment, great location!

Location. It was quiet even if it was in a city center. Near transportation. It was also a very big space. I prefer to have it private but it would still be a big enough space if there were six people.

The creaking sounds of the floor. Even when I was asleep the floor was producing loud squeaks that were waking me up.

Central location.

The hotel is in an extremely strategic position. It's right in front of one of the main Christmas markets, right next to St Stepehen's Basilica, and barely a ten minutes walk from bus and subway stations (including the airport bus one!). It's also within walking distance from the Parliament and other main attractions: staying here made visiting the city extremely easy and accessible. We stayed in a four bed (two bedroom) apartment. The facilities were all in great condition, the apartment was bigger than we'd pictured and everything was super clean (we had to move one bed off the wall, and not a speck on dust!). Beds were surprisingly comfortable, too. The staff were super nice, they stored our baggage before and after check out and were super helpful anytime we had any questions or issues. We had a small problem with the toilet (our own fault), and it was fixed quickly and without any sort of pushback. The stay was a great experience, I'd 100% recommend Pal's to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Budapest for a few days.

Fantastic location, literally opposite the Basilica. All other sites were within easy walking distance. Our room was big with a separate bathroom and kitchen. It was very clean and warm (December stay). The rooms are very secure. One thing, the bed was a little hard. There is no tv in the room but we didn't care about that, too tired to watch TV when we got back. Also we didn't use the wifi so can't comment on that. I stayed with my daughter for xmas market visit.

The location was amazing. We stayed in the penthouse and had a fantastic view of the Christmas market and the projections on St. Stephensdom. Very clean. Fantastic price. While reception isn't there 24 hrs a day, they will be there whenever needed (just forward travel info so they know to meet you). Additionally, the airline lost all 4 of our checked bags They were returned to us over 2 days. Reception worked with the baggage delivery service to be there to receive the luggage so we could pick it up from reception. They were very kind and helpful about it. Earplugs were also offered at check-in, but the room was actually very quiet. Noise from the Christmas market didn't even keep me up. Furniture and bedding were basic (Ikea style) but comfortable. I absolutely would recommend staying here.

Not a bad thing, but be aware that the apartments are spread out around the square in different buildings. My parents also stayed in an apartment, and they were located across the square from us (we could see each other's windows). Just be aware if you are a group wanting to be in the same building you may need to check with the hotel directly. Only one small towel was given per guest for showering. It would have been nice to have at least 2 towels per guest, especially for a multi-night stay. The upstairs shower had poor water pressure, and the downstairs shower could not be used standing up or it would flood the bathroom. There was a different key for every door inside and outside the apartment (again not taking "points" off for this, but some people like to know).

Very nice location and central, you can walk from the hostel to every sightseeing attraction, super friendly and helpful staff who always replied to us quickly. The room and bathroom was very clean and quiet area for us to sleep. We also could leave our baggage after check out. A safe place we really recommend it. Pricey stay you get everything what you need for it.

It has the most central location of the city. It was quiet even though we stayed at Christmas markets time. The temperature was fine. The rooms were clean and tidy. It was my first hostel experience and I went with my daughter. It was safe. The gentleman who helped at the reception was very attentive. If I come again, I would prefer it again

Location : perfect :-) as described on site. The location seems ideal for exploring the area on foot and enjoying local cuisine. Room :- Having a room with a top view of St. Basilica has been breathtaking, especially with my (10 yr old) son :-) The ample sunlight and fresh air would surely make the stay even more enjoyable.

Only one ie- a restroom (WC) lacks an exhaust fan. Much needed :-(

The location is excellent, in the middle of all tourist attractions, everything is in walkable distance. The host is outstanding!!!! Fast and professional support, we're very greatfull for that! And the appartment itself! WOW!! It's allocated in old building with huge ceiling (3m? or even more). It has vintage style, but everything is clean, working properly. I felt immedeatelly as at home. If I visit Budapest in the future, will defenetally stay here again.

Location was perfect! In the centre of Budapest amongst lots of bars and restaurants, and with views of St Stephen's Basilica. Minutes walking distance from Chain Bridge and the Metro. It felt very safe to walk around on own and at night time.

Everything was perfect.

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff when we arrived. If there were any issues, (which there weren’t) they assured us that they would help however they could. Would definitely stay with them again!

To be honest there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with WiFi and got a prompt response and the issue was solved quickly. Location is great, comfortable space and good value

A friend recommended these apartments to us. The location was brilliant and the room was huge. It suited our needs (Two adults and a child). The room was quiet considering its proximity to the sights, our apartment had a balcony overlooking the square. The staff were very helpful. It was great value for money.

The only minor issue was the showering set-up, in that it was side-mounted. But the issue was probably due to not being familiar with it.

Fantastic location, everything was on or doorstep.. Very central, right on St Steven's Square with the most amazing view of the Basilica. Air conditioned, felt very safe, good sized basic apartment with a small kitchen. We were on the 8th floor but there were 2 lifts so thankfully we didn't have to carry our bags up all those stairs! Also, being other 8th floor was quiet, even with the windows open.

We expected to be staying in the hostel but we're actually in an apartment block across the square. It wasn't a problem, it just wasn't what we expected.

The guy at the reception was welcoming and eager to provide any help, gave us tips regarding the surroundings. The room is just basic but has all one needs for a short stay. Fantastic location.

Very spacious apparemment, extremely well located, they fixed quickly our shower when we did not have the warm water, they organized well our check-in when we arrived at 9:00 pm, they communicated with us by message for knowing if is going well, i really appreciate the way they take care of guests, i recommend 100%!

Because it located in the heart of the city, it is nosy for sure, but it’s not an issue for us after the city walk, we fall sleep as usual.

Fantastic, large room in outstanding location overlooking Saint Stevens Square. Short walk to the Danube and to Metro.. Good bathroom, kitchen area, and large bedroom area. Close to dozens of good restaurants (try Academia italia) and some great gelato places. A very good break

Everything is amazing. Apartments are big and comfortable. We stay at room for three parson and there was a lot of space, beautiful window view, kitchen, and everything that you really need, so it was good experience

Location, huge room, Is not a 5 stars hostel but have everything you need for 3or 4 days. Very well located, close to many places of interest

The only thing missing is AC or more fans in the rooms, especially in summer.

Loved this location! Right in the centre of town and very convenient, supermarket close by, lots of bars and restaurants, close to the river, yet quiet! Good value place, very spacious, most things you need. Air conditioning if needed (and we did, it was 35c! ), Loved that when I requested an ice block test for the freezer, they got me one!

Nothing really - minor improvements such as an oven dish, since they have an oven, would be great.
