Clean a great view

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for sure. It was very clean and comfortable, really nicely decorated (the room, the hallway, the restaurant, the bar area, and everything), in a bit of an art-deco style, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, and the drinks at the bar also really good. The location was also great, with botanical gardens right next to the hotel, very central and close to anything you might need (bars, restaurants, public transport). The city view from out window was really nice, and the room was very quiet. All in all, a really great hotel!

I would have liked to have two chairs with a backrest in the room (next to the table), since now one of us had to sit on the stool without the backrest when having coffee/tea/etc., which was not very comfortable.

The bathtub room!

Great food not only for breakfast. I like the combination of retro, latino and brutalist style in the room and whole building. Staff was very nice as usually.

The location and mainly evening returns from other place are not the best due to the location.

Gym was poorly maintained and contained minimal equipment. Key card deactivated well before check out time which was quite annoying.

We loved everything from the lobby to the bar, restaurants and the room. We were upgraded to an upper floor room which I would recommend for everyone. The staff was also excellent, friendly and well trained.

The late check-in only from 2:30 PM (I arrived around 10 AM with the expectation to access my room right away for a shower and a nap).

The Hotel was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Our room was the one with the bathtub and it was lovely. The bathtub was really big and had a good view of the city. The interiors of the hotel was very beautiful and had a nice warmth to it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The location was a little far from the main touristy spots and because it was quite cold it was difficult to walk it off but on a good warm day you can easily do that.

Rooftop bar was closed when we attempted to go but that was a sunday so half expected as much.

Lovely hotel. Rooms and reception area were lovely! We ate at Topo the mexican upstairs and food and service was great. Breakfast downstairs was also very nice and the coffee in reception. Staff were very friendly.

Location - getting off the train felt very uncomfortable. Hotel is located five minutes from the train station which you quickly cross over the road to the modern business area. However wouldn’t reccomend walking from the hotel, I would recommend a taxi.

Cute hip hotel only 20 minutes from airport. Room perfect, beds extremely comfortable and the staff and services great.

The hotel was beautiful, lobby bar, breakfast restaurant and room! The front desk was very helpful with guiding us for a dinner reservation.

The pillows were almost completely flat, the bed was a little uneven.

The interior was unique, the view was beautiful, the tea quality was very good, and the staff were helpful.

It would be practical to have a luggage rack in the room. It would also be nice to include some bathroom essentials and hotel slippers. Finally, a bit more attention to cleaning would be appreciated, as there was some dust in places such as the lamps.

Great hotel

We had the most helpful and friendly front desk staff and really enjoyed the vibe at The Hoxton - all the quirky little details were super fun. Our room was beautiful - floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the city and gardens, spacious with comfortable beds. We were within walking distance to the train station and the Christmas Markets and main square so the location was also perfect. Highly recommend!

Clean and nice big rooms

About 15 mins walk into main centre of Brussels, very easy to find. We booked the corner skyline view room, excellent views of the city and all the Christmas lights. Spacious room, lovely bathroom. Both rooftop and main restaurants served delicious food and the lobby bar in particular has a great vibe with fab music

We couldn't get the air con to work so room was really stuffy

Room was cool design. Rooftop bar we loved.

Downstairs bar terrible. Sat for half an hour and got no service and this was after the bartender telling us one of his staff would be over to take our order. Left as was very disappointed. Also 21st floor a bit noisy with bar directly above.

Very clean, loved the decor and the open spaces. Our room was massive and had great views of the city!

Only thing was we wanted to go to the rooftop, but sadly it was closed on the Sunday which we hadn’t realised until we tried to head up there - our error really for not checking beforehand.

Stayed in a corner room , was a spacious room. The restaurant and bar downstairs was lovely.

Unusual not not have a smart TV in a hotel like this , would have been nice to have that.

The carpark is located underneath & not part of the hotel . As we walked out from the car park to the hotel kids threw large metal disc over which literally missed us - very dangerous. So walk by near wall side , we reported to hotel although not their responsibility but they said they would report to carpark company

Warm: professional and friendly staff and a great welcome. The room was quiet and comfy and the lift worked!

Loved the decor. The rooms were really spacious, we got an upgrade which was fantastic. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The views were amazing. Room 1322. Very helpful staff. Loved the vibe in the rooftop bar on a Friday night.

The service at breakfast was a little slow and a bit pricey for what you got.

Just excellent, we fully enjoyed our stay. Very romantic and gorgeous decor, the view was spectacular. Good choice of places to eat in the hotel.

Signage on the outside wasn't too obvious. It would have been nice to opt in to have the bed made without having the sheets changed.

Breakfast o.k. , Surroundings. All members of the staff were polite and helpful even without being asked.

Too little vegetables. The coldest space in a room- bathroom. In the upper floor noise from heavy engineering equipment. Room was without shelves, wardrobe, pants hung over coffee machine . I was forced to ask to change the room.

Limited room service menu and no mini bar

The corner room (#1404) with the view and all the windows was a pleasant surprise. I will ask for the same next time I come in November, to be on the safe side (I peeked into another room and it was not spacious at all).

I did not have breakfast, but I used the room service in the evening. There were a few mishaps: On one occasion, I ordered a burger and a salad, and I got two burgers instead. I did not complain, because I was too hungry. The second night I ordered the same, and only the burger came. When I told the staff member, she said that the salad cannot be ordered on the app, but that she would bring me one! I DID order it on the app, so it makes no sense, and if I had not said anything I would have had an incomplete order. In addition, I find the menu for room service very, very limited. Also, I find it odd to be asked upon arrival if I want my room cleaned or not: this should not be optional and gives the impression that the hotel is trying to save costs wherever possible. The "eco-argument" is not convincing.

Big room, amazing view, cozy atmosphere and welcoming stuff

Even though there was a great TV, it was impossible to watch Netflix or YouTube on it.

I liked the theme of the hotel, retro furniture combined with industrial style, perfect view from my room on 17th floor; breakfast including Peruvian cuisine

The location was perfect for where I needed to be for a meeting. The staff at reception were excellent: very helpful and on the ball. The room was nicely laid out with a view from the upper floors.

The hotel is on the edge of a not very nice neighbourhood, but feels shielded from that. The main bar area feels a bit soulless. The separate bar/restaurant on the rooftop is lively, but it seems to cater largely to non-residents on the weekend and getting served can be a challenge. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but then this is Brussels.

A lovely modern hotel right near the historic area. Great staff who won points right away by upgrading our room. friendly and knowledgeable.

The room was nice with a great view of the city, and the bed was very comfortable. Central location with easy access to the center.

The lobby and the restaurant were nice, BUT the music was always so LOUD. We couldn't sit in the lobby or have breakfast with a peace of mind. It would have been much more comfortable if the volume had not been so loud. There was no luggage rack in the room. I hate to put my luggage on the floor. We had to place it next to the coffee machine, which was not convenient at all.

Spotless, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
