Not too bad but didnt notice booking.com havnt book it yet, its just a reserving. So need to pay for it when we get there.just didnt expected that. Is not the fault of the hotel. Is just booking.com can make you confused

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area of Brussels. Close to the Metro and quick access to the centre of the city. 24 hour reception, made me feel safe. Lovely bed and pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep

Bed was saggy. Air con noisy - had to turn it off at night. Hotel offered another room but that was also noisy (though not quite as bad). Bathroom window did not open so smelly when someone uses the toilet

Two beds pushed together which fell apart and difficult to sleep falling through the beds (me and two kids). When I booked I thought there was a bathtub and that was not the case. Loud at night - you can hear partying and such through the walls and outside.

The breakfast is excellent - don't miss it. We had a twin bed room on 2nd floor, it was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurant/café/pizza places within walking distance. It is about 10min walk from the Metro. We had an issue with the air con and it was sorted quickly. Staff friendly and helpful

Unfortunately we had a really noisy couple in the next room one night and then noisy people outside till late into the night/early morning. This seems to be a bit of an issue in this area.

The location is good — convenient for getting around and walking distance from the downtown. The room was spotlessly clean, compact, but perfectly suited for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and efficient, making the whole experience hassle-free. A special mention to the staff — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place for a short trip!

Guests were noisy banging doors throughout the night and can head motorbikes too. Maybe book a room at the back next time for this reason .

Location isn't the most ideal, but not too far from public transit options. Room was clean but had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, and hadn't fully aired out by the time of the arrival. Not a huge deal for me, but it may be an issue to others I know.

Room cleanless (carpets are so dirty) that’s why we asked for housekeeping everyday but no ground cleaning was done. Only towels has changed because I asked. Ended hand soap did not renewed, I had to ask for it. Also I had to ask for slippers because I did not want to wear shoes after bath. Receptionist were so kind and helpful so they gave product I needed immediately but I did not have to ask for them.

The decor was nice, the room v comfortable and staff were very nice.

I liked how there was an extra bed available and a cot for my children. The cot was very clean unlike other hotels we have visited. I like how comfortable the beds were and how clean the bathrooms were.

I didn't like how there was no toothpaste. Usually we come prepared but we assumed that there would be toothpaste which meant we had to purchase some toothpaste. I found the hallways were very narrow so it was hard to move around with the pushchair. The TV in the room was not connecting to the internet which made it difficult for my kids to watch YouTube and I went to the reception and he said he can't do anything about it.

The staff was very friendly and they made sure that we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was provided.

The building is a little bit old and the rooms are a bit smaller than I expected.

A bit narrow room

Property was very neat and clean, staff was very cordial and supportive. Very ideally located. Full value for money.

Location was some distance away from metro or tram stations. Only rental bikes were in front of hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at The Scott Hotel. The staff was friendly, our room was extremely clean, and the location of hotel was about a 5 minute taxi or 15/20 minute walk from Gare du Midi (Brussels - Zuid), which was a nice perk since we traveled to other neighboring cities while visiting Brussels. The neighborhood also has many nice cafés and restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute walk.

A very comfortable room, however, space is limited. We had a very large bed, but the space between the end of the bed and the wall was quite narrow to walk around to get to the other side of the room. Tight quarters to store luggage and unpacked belongings. This was not a deal breaker, though.

The staff at reception were very helpful with advice on what to see in Brussels and where to eat. They explained the metro system and gave us an alternative route if we wished to just walk. They also gave advice on visiting Bruges and Ghent. As a result we spent three wonderful days exploring.

We had some trouble getting our credit card excepted, when we booked, which was really odd. Booking.com said that our booking might be cancelled, which was a bit unsettling. However we rang the hotel and they said not to worry about the cancellation, they would allow us to pay on arrival.

Very clean, lovely decor, photos are true to life. Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful. Room was spacious, clean and modern but on the warm side. Hotel is about 20 min walk from Grand Place but 5 mins in opposite direction there is a busy high street with cafes, shops and restaurants. Only thing we found odd is they only provide water and coffee in your room on the first night and don't replenish it.

The room was very nice, the balcony a big plus. The window of our room was broken, but the guy at the reception was kind and helped us repair it.

Staff were very helpful. But the room was very hot and the AC was doing a terrible noise. The bed is perfect but the towels are vey old.

Overall, great hotel: wonderful rooms, great staff, superb breakfast, great location, and a touch of boutique-hotel atmosphere.

In the first room I stayed, the airco made more noise than a boeing 747; in the second (replacement) room, the airco was still very very noisy and on my last day disfunctional. Opening the window and sleeping with airplugs fixed this. Still, the hotel should just replace the airco system as obviously it has had its days. Same for the elevator: there is only 1 tiny one, which is slow and not sufficient for a 8-floor large hotel. I often had to take the stairs to the 6th floor and down!

I opted to have a room with a balcony, I actually got an entire roof deck that was just as big as the room. Other balconies looked smaller but still substantially more than I would expect from a hotel balcony in Brussels. The room was great, the staff were extremely helpful. The location is just 20 minutes walk from the center, I would walk back in the evening as a single woman and didn't feel unsafe, as the area is a little more residential there was no late night noise which was great.

The breakfast was great, we really liked the Belgian waffles. It's great that there was soyamilk available. Very nice ambiente in 1920s style, also in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The tablet in the room was great for informations.

The only thing we disliked were the scrambled eggs at the breakfast - the consistency was too slimy.

First thing I noticed is the amazing customer service, it really makes the place look better than it actually is. Virgin/Virgil from reception was great and friendly, 10/10 staff. The room size was good and had a balcony also. Overall very pleased with the experience

Nice, elegant and cozy hotel where attention was paid to the details. The stay was pleasant including the breakfast with spacious room for a family of three. Very pleasant staff making sure we could fully enjoy our stay. We loved the quiet neighbourhood compared to the more busy areas in the city centre. Quite some shops in the area for your basic needs, while a 30 minutes walk you can be in the heart of the city of Brussels.

what did I like the most? - the room was huge. the description said it was 17sqm and it certainly wasn't smaller. I felt great in it. huge bedroom, large bathroom and spacious hall - location - good - service - perfect - breakfast was not outstanding but decent. good juices, nice coffee/chocolate machine.

no vegetables for breakfast and no glasses in the rooms. paper cups are a bit of a shame for this hotel. apart from that everything was beautiful.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Brussels! The team was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was rich with plenty of options, and the location was excellent. A great choice for a visit to the city!

The rooms are not soundproofed so at times (you could hear people talking in neighboring rooms or in the corridors) and felt a bit small, especially for two people, leaving little space to move around. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely hot—it felt like stepping into a sauna. However, despite these minor inconveniences, my experience was still positive.

Modern, recently renovated hotel with stylish common areas and bright, airy rooms featuring large windows. The beds are comfortable and the hardwood floors (no carpets) are a hygienic plus. Environmentally conscious with refillable bathroom amenities. Location is reasonably central. Breakfast offers good variety, including gluten-free options - better than first impressions suggest. The open wardrobe design offers limited storage space. Rates are somewhat high for the standard of accommodation offered.

Major drawback during stay: Out of order elevator with no quick repair (>24hrs). The only access was via a very narrow staircase reminiscent of a medieval castle - challenging for those with mobility issues or luggage.

everything was good, the room was comfortable and clean. As we expected the room has a balcony and coffee machine facilities. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable.

we couldn't have our breakfast on the last day (Monday) because we didn't pay attention that it was closing 1h earlier than the weekend days.
