Air conditioning was on the weak side. The room was on the corner and so had windows on both sides which added heat. Great views, but kept the curtains closed during the day to keep the summer heat out and slightly cooler air in.

* Excellent Location and Accessibility: The hotel's location is a major plus. It's a convenient 500-650 meter walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The walk from the Louise station is particularly enjoyable, passing through a lovely area with great shops and restaurants, and feeling very safe. I would strongly recommend using this station and avoiding the Hotel des Monnaies station. * Dining and Amenities: The variety of dining options around the hotel is fantastic. With a Pizza Hut directly across the street and numerous other cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there's always something available. * Cleanliness and Staff Courtesy: My room was spotless, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful. They were very thoughtful, providing a sofa cum bed for my baby and a dental kit upon request, which showed a good level of attention to detail.

* Hot Water Issue: There was a problem with the hot water on one of the days of my stay. While the issue was eventually fixed, it was an inconvenience that impacted my comfort. * Room Size: The room felt a bit on the small side, which limited the amount of space to move around comfortably, especially with the extra bed. While functional, it wasn't as spacious as I would have hoped.

The lobby of the hotel is a bit deceiving...not very warm and a bit dated but the rooms are beautiful! Clean and spotless!! Very unassuming building but the staff, breakfast, rooms, bed, everything was excellent!

The rooms were nicely decorated, and the bathroom was good too. The bed was extremely big and comfortable, which led to wonderful nights of sleep after whole days of being a tourist around Brussels. The best part, however, was the breathtaking view from the 6th floor, from where you could see the whole city. There are quite a few services around as well, at 5-10 minute walks, like little supermarkets, restaurants and good brunch places.

The walls are paper-thin from all sides, so there were quite a few unfortunate noises that carried from room to room. Unfortunately, that was an inconvenience, especially at 2 a.m. The ceiling also seemed to have some water damage. Coming from Brussels Midi, I would advise against walking to the hotel.

a small fridge in the room would be great, also, bigger towels. Our room this time was on the small side, but as we were able to book it at the last minute, we did not mind, understandable.

Chic and well maintained, location in a quiet but still accessible neighborhood. The room was spacious but the layout was a bit awkward(corner of the bed is almost touching the TV making it hard to get through to the other aide of bed)

There was only one elevator and it was slow, not a huge problem. A minifridge would be nice but we knew it beforehand.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good - a lot of tasty options to choose from. The room was also quite spacious and clean. The location is pretty good, ~10 minutes from any bus/metro you might need.

We had 2 rooms. One for my wife and me and the other for my 2 children who are both above 18. Both rooms were very nice and ours was really big. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, fresh fruit, salmon and assorted food. They have a very good coffee machine. I would highly recommend you reserve a room with breakfast included. There is a also a coffee machine in every room. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from a metro station and a 30 minute walk from Brussel's Grand Place.

We had 1 issue with our room and that was the sound the AC made. They did not replenish the coffee pods in either room.

Location- very good.Seem bit off the centre at first but once u get your bearings you realise you are as close as you need to where you need to be

I had a very large room with very big windows and a sofa area. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety. Nicely decorated, in good condition.

The staff was very kind, they upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. They also helped us about how to use the transportation in the city centre. We had a great time when we drink our espressos in the balcony of our room.

Good standard and value for money, spacious room, and location was good with nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Air conditioning wasn’t really working properly so got a bit warm, but otherwise good.

Upong walking into the room, the initially feeling was that the rooms were a bit small, but after close observation, you understand that all amenities are included and conveniently placed. The bathroom had headed floors & very much enjoyed the air conditioning in the room.

The walls a bit thin so you do hear all the guests walking around and talking in the hall and also in the rooms a bit. Perhaps that is why the hotel provides ear plugs for all guests in the rooms.

The beds were good, shower was great and having a balcony was phenomenal. Being able to sit outside in the evening in the heat we had was fantastic.

Hotel was very clean and the room was nice and big. Lovely comfortable bed with enough pillows. Good working air con which was much needed! WiFi was great. Bathroom was also quite big with waterfall shower head and toiletries provided. Possibly the most peaceful stay I've ever had, no noise at all which was amazing! Location was good if willing to take public transport to get central as a bit far to walk every day. Would definitely visit again 😃

The only thing that could have been improved was that there was no blind for privacy when showering. The bottom half of the window was frosted but the top half was not so residents across the way could see in when on their balcony / at their window so we had to run the shower to steam up the window before getting in! Not a huge issue for us but not ideal and I imagine off putting for many. Oh and there was no kettle which is a big red flag to an Irish person who doesn't drink coffee and is addicted to tea!

quiet location, very nice stuff,, quick check in and check out, good internet and hot water, there was bathtup in the room. Kettle in theroom. We found very good vietnamese restorant 800 meters away

it was only possible to open the window on the top, so not much air from ourside. I guess, this is for security and also that they rely to the airconditioning.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area of Brussels. Close to the Metro and quick access to the centre of the city. 24 hour reception, made me feel safe. Lovely bed and pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep

Two beds pushed together which fell apart and difficult to sleep falling through the beds (me and two kids). When I booked I thought there was a bathtub and that was not the case. Loud at night - you can hear partying and such through the walls and outside.

The breakfast is excellent - don't miss it. We had a twin bed room on 2nd floor, it was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurant/café/pizza places within walking distance. It is about 10min walk from the Metro. We had an issue with the air con and it was sorted quickly. Staff friendly and helpful

Unfortunately we had a really noisy couple in the next room one night and then noisy people outside till late into the night/early morning. This seems to be a bit of an issue in this area.

The location is good — convenient for getting around and walking distance from the downtown. The room was spotlessly clean, compact, but perfectly suited for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and efficient, making the whole experience hassle-free. A special mention to the staff — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place for a short trip!

Guests were noisy banging doors throughout the night and can head motorbikes too. Maybe book a room at the back next time for this reason .

Location isn't the most ideal, but not too far from public transit options. Room was clean but had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, and hadn't fully aired out by the time of the arrival. Not a huge deal for me, but it may be an issue to others I know.

Room cleanless (carpets are so dirty) that’s why we asked for housekeeping everyday but no ground cleaning was done. Only towels has changed because I asked. Ended hand soap did not renewed, I had to ask for it. Also I had to ask for slippers because I did not want to wear shoes after bath. Receptionist were so kind and helpful so they gave product I needed immediately but I did not have to ask for them.
