Clean, stylish, great location, helpful and friendly staff. The beautifully furnished rooms have all you could want and if it’s missing the staff are happy to provide additions.

We had a busy time exploring and doing day trips so we were only in the hotel at night/for sleeping. While there we very much enjoyed our stay! Clean and tidy room. Cosy bed and we had a nice view overlooking the city! The computer tablet they had by the bed side really helped as they had recommendations on places to go amongst other things! A great addition! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Some kind of desk or dressing table would have been useful. Noisy air con, luckily we didn't need to use it. Hotel said they were being "green" and would only clean and change towels if you asked but did it anyway

We loved this beautiful boutique hotel. Facilities were great and staff were wonderful. Rooms were a good size, beds comfortable and breakfast had lots of options. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel doesn't have an restaurant or laundry service but these options can be found very closeby and staff can help with finding what you want.

This was perfect for a two day work trip. Good, quiet location but near shops and the hotel was very cosy and pleasant. My room was spacious and comfortable and the staff helpful. Would definitely stay again.

it was smelling weed and cigarette when we entered the room, and the smell never left, even after we opened windows for hours.

Friendly staff, good bed and linens, great shower, strong wifi.

Could benefit from some quieter doors and all-around sound-proofing, since all guests are not well-trained with basic courtesies of letting doors slam.

The lighting in the room was lovely and calming. But when hunting for things in our luggage it was a bit too dark and there was no lamp to give a little help. But other than that it was very nice.

Hotel is in a great location next to a number of cafes and bakery’s, and within walking distance to the city centre of Brussels. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel room was comfortable and clean.

Good cleanliness of the room and bathroom, there are kettle with coffee capsules and water bottles (free) in the room, excellent location for reaching the offices

Room 104 on the 1st floor has two walls of windows at height and very little distance from street lamps so, as there are no shutters but only curtains, one cannot stay in the dark at night. The price is not so convenient for the average Brussels down town

Nothing. Even when the lift wasn’t working for a few minutes the circular stairs were pretty cool.

You had to duck to get around the TV which didńt work, there was little storage space, no shower cap or slippers or tissues in bathroom which you would expect in a hotel in this price category which also missed a gym.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

The location is great and we could walk to many of the places we wanted visit. We found some delicious Italian restaurants within few minutes walk from the hotel. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked good.

The view from our hotel room was a light well at the back of the building with barely any natural light

The hotel is walking distance from two Metro stations and near to alot of Restaurants and shops in the avenue Louise area. The room was nice and quite.

A few small things that could easily be improved: The desk was quite small and mostly taken up by the coffee machine. It was possible to make a coffee but not tea. The elevator only fits three and sometimes takes a while to arrive so don’t leave last minute.

spacious room with comfortable bed. breakfast in the morning was good and staff was friendly! The hotel is located in between 2 different metro lines, so depending on where you are going it is about a 10 min walk to each. In total it takes about 20 mins to get to Brussels city center. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, stores and parks!

Location is superb. Easy to go anywhere and it is near the subway station.

Room is a but small but it is normal in Europe.

Good location, 5 mins walking from metro station and about 20-25 mins walking from the centre of Brussels.Nice breakfast, polite personnel.

There was just one small elevator, so during busy hours you've had to wait...No window at the bathroom of the room. No refrigerator in the room.

Friendly staff, clean room and the whole hotel. Calm and dark night, very comfortable bed. Good for sleeping one-two nights. Also good location - very close to metro and city center.

Very tiny room - small space around the bed and nothing else, absolutely horrible view from the window (room No. 301) - on some safety stairs (probably). WC was very close to wash bin, impossible to sit normally. Room did not have some wardrobe cabinet and fridge.

Decor was great, super cosy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options, good omelette, many alpro (non-dairy) options. Shower was nice, hot water the entire time. If I ever need a hotel in Brussels for a non-business trip, I’d definitely look at this one again.

The elevator was occupied for a long time when I was in a hurry, and the hallways and elevator were a little small. The door to the room was also a little heavy/stiff to open. And the room was quite warm, and I didn’t have/take the time to figure out how to change the temperature of the room.

The room was lovely, the member of staff who checked us in was friendly and the location was great.

While the bed was very comfy the pillows were a strange side, very comfy but very small. There was some confusion about payment but this seemed to be from booking.com’s side of things.

Location is excellent

Room not what it looked like on my reservation. We had scaffolding etc outside our room with men working, we were never advised of this. Our check in and check out staff were lovely but the night staff guy was really not interested in us and not very friendly.

No breakfast included in this price but we expected it as equivalent price in most Uk hotels provide breakfast.

Bathroom doesn’t have shower curtain and water spill all over the floor, no matter how careful you are. We had to do a lot of moping especially we were 4 in the room. There was also an issue of the price charged, I expected booking. Com charged us the full price for two rooms, realised that the second room occupied was a different person, the hotel didn’t take the fee for that room which I had to pay on the spot. Booking.com could mention that if one person is booking more than 1 room, keep all the rooms under same name. We couldn’t watch any TV program as there were no English channels, perhaps the hotels in Europe ensure this option

They day arrived room air condition was not work ing properly after many request the trying to fixed but still no work properly first day staff on reception was not friendly we mange to get fan to make the room cool first night and next day many request they change our room which is better then the first so my point is only that they should check every thing is working properly specially air conditioner when the weather was around 35 before they give the room key

Quirkiness and calm environment. Very good locations and close to local amenities. Transport connections were not too far away.

Relatively pricey but I suppose for the location it was okay. The elevator was also quite slow, but overall it was still a good spot to have booked.

Location is top. Beautiful area with plenty of interesting architecture. Quiet but not far from centre. Lovely independent cafes and bars nearby. Great view!

Would be nice to have a fridge in the bedroom, and bigger towels.
