Hotel Made In Louise, Brussels

It is not too much to say that this is your home away from home. From the very first moment when you enter the building, a very friendly atmosphere welcomes you in. There is free filtered water and coffee all day long (sometimes even some home made lemonade), and the interior garden is ready to offer you a break from the busyness of the city. There are also some other snacks, tea or wine by glass that can be purchased if you would like to. All the staff members I have interacted with were very friendly and kindly answered all my questions. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was cosy and the bed really comfy. I only had breakfast in my last day there, as it was not included in the price I paid for the room, and it was really nice. I also appreciated that they offered me a discount for it. All in all, I had a great experience, it is a place I would highly recommend and it will be for sure my choice for my next trip to Brussels! Thank you to the MIL team for making me feel at home!

I liked everything about this hotel: the cleanliness, the location, the kindness of the staff and all the small touches that made our stay a perfect one. I especially appreciate the fact that the hotel offers free water. Beds were also very comfortable. Soap, body lotion and shampoo by Clarins. We were also lucky to have sunny weather and enjoyed a few mornings in the garden. Overall I would give it a 10/10 and would love to come back.

I love the cosy decoration and the cheerful staff who made me feel at home. I like the quiet neighborhood too especially in the morning and the train to town is just 3 minutes away.

Made in Louise is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The Clarins soaps and lotions in the bathroom are divine. Breakfast is amazing. Love that windows actually open for fresh air. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful.

(at least in my booking) -Service/Personnel/Concierge: always friendly and helpful, and btw: it’s nice to talk to a real person and not just an AI or nobody at all. No matter what the modern times bring, it’s nice to see a hotel that does not completely eliminate human contact, so thanks especially for that. -Room. Clean and cosy, welcoming after a day out, comfortable beds and harmonious decor.

The staff were nice, just not especially warm or welcoming.

With a great love for detail, this hotel tries to make its guests as comfortable as possible. There is free water, coffee and tea. You could spend hours in the hotel, there is a nice garden with outdoor chess, a large and cozy common area with games and pool billard. Breakfast has a lot of healthy and tasty homemadeoptions. The staff was really nice and friendly and accommodated our special requests.

It's not the cheapest hotel in Brussels (but well worth the price)

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is charming in its design and layout, focusing on an extremely minimalist and clean look while also offering eco-friendly choices. The breakfast is wonderful, with a choice of breads, cheeses, and cereals plus a hot breakfast option.

The room is cute, but also cute, as in small. A large window makes the room airier, but there's no getting around that the space is tight. There is little space for storage, either for clothes or for personal items.

Good sleep quality, great breakfast, nice interiors and green courtyard. Birds are singing. They provide 24/7 free coffee, tea and water.

We liked the warm and friendly attitude of the young ladies that received us on our arrival. The chocolate Easter eggs were a nice touch that we liked, as well as the cozy lounge area. The breakfast is good and the staff attending is flexible, energetic and very helpful with information on the surroundings and possible activities. Raluca was always a welcoming host in the morning. She's always emanating great energy and positivity. It is wonderful to see the attending staff of a hotel in such a genuinely good mood. To me it means you have a nice work environment.

There is an untouched dirty spot on the bathroom mirror, the upper 10% that sits above the lighting, it is quite visible when you're slightly taller, or standing in the bathtub. The wall to the left of the bathroom sink needs a little TLC from the maintenance department. And lastly, we didn't like the grumpy big guy that was at reception in one night(00:00) for shoing us to our room when he saw we wanted to pour some of that lovely chamomile tea you have. It's not a problem that he did, we knew it was late but maybe a bit more friendly next time. :)
