We were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation! Room was great, staff excellent and provided us with local options to see, do and eat! We would definitely stay here again!

It checked all the points: location - close to city center, safe and well connected with public transport including train stations; supermarket and restaurants nearby; very clean, comfortable bed, smart use of small space, good quality toiletries, no noise elevator; also not on busy street (no traffic noise) and great breakfast. Very nice reception ladies, great English. Also great garden!

The area is quiet and central. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The lounge is very pleasant, with coffee and water available at all times. There is also a terrace behind the house. Breakfast was very good.

In my bedroom, there was no door/separation between the toilet and the bedroom. This could be an inconvenience if you have to share the room. Nothing else.

My experience at the accommodation was excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. Everything was clean and tidy, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. In addition, the reception staff were outstanding; they were always friendly, helpful, and willing to answer our questions or give us useful recommendations to make the most of our visit. Without a doubt, I would choose this place again.

Perhaps the best value for money hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Really roomy, felt small and intimate but is in fact bigger, really amazing reception area, lovely dining room (delicious breakfast) and a beautiful view from our room.

The location. The kind and helpful staff. The very comfortable beds. The room decoration. The herbal tea and filtered water ( free). The fireplace. The outside patio. The sounds of the birds in the morning. The view from the window.

We stayed there twice and during the first stay the room was very big with a very comfortable bed and a nice decoration. .However, there was no door for the restroom and shower part. It was an open plan on the slightly upper level with no door at all. I don't really like this new idea of having the shower and the restroom a part of the bedroom. Don't like to be in the restroom when anyone else use it.... Our second room was smaller, with the same very comfortable bed and the "real" restroom and shower room with a door. So, obviously, their rooms are very different.

The hotel is really cute and cozy. The location is good, well connected to the centre (a 15 min walk). The room was nice, staff friendly. The ladies that work at breakfast were extra sweet and the pool room is a great touch.

What a lovely hotel. Really nice communal areas, touches like coffee, biscuits, water in reception, friendly staff and a spacious room. We know the location very well, and rate it highly. Great value.

The furniture is a bit old, but the room is super clean. Ideal for a short stay. Hotel staff are always ready to help. You can also leave luggage after the check out.

The hotel was very beautiful and my stay was pleasant. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable and fitting for the length of my stay. The staff were very helpful and even with the short duration of my stay, I was very impressed. Everything at breakfast was also very tasty. Additionally the hotel offers different services, like sending the postcard.

The lamps in my room were bit too dim and had cool light bulbs, which weren't too pleasant for my eyes, so I had to use the big lights if I wished to see anything.

The hotel has a really nice feel - calm and relaxing. All the staff were very helpful & friendly.

Lovely hotel in a great area of Brussels. Bright, spacious room with very comfortable beds. Staff all friendly and approachable and helped with arranging a surprise in the room for my partner's birthday which we really appreciated.

Tea + coffee facilities available downstairs in lounge but not in rooms which was a shame. Took around 30 minutes to walk into central part of Brussels (Grand Place etc) - no problem for us but didn't seem the easiest route to do via public transport if needed.

Exceptionally charming small hotel. Just what I was looking for! A bit of a walk from the train station but there are nice areas nearby. Excellent breakfast. Many delightful and thoughtful touches. Immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and decorated for Valentines. The Hotel itself was very chique aswell. Automatic door at entry, free billiart table, drinks and snacks 24/7, everything you could need right at the lobby.

I liked the ambiance of the whole place. The breakfast room was super, breakfast good. It was lovely to have the communal area to have drinks and to sit. The staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. There was great attention paid to details. A bit quirky and fun. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable.

The reception staff seem unaware there are 2 railway stations in the city, Brussels Central & Brussels Midi. Eurostar goes from Brussels Midi. I queried this at reception and was told they all went from Brussels Central. When I got to Brussels Central there were signs for Eurostar. I spoke to a lady in a shop who told me Eurostar went from Brussels Midi 20 minutes walk away or 1 stop from the Central Station. There was no signage in the station for this. I was able to get the information as I can speak french and had allowed plenty of time. I think it fundamental information about your city for the reception staff to have.

Made in Louise is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of Brussels. Close to transport, shops, and restaurants.

Everything. So homely and comfortable. Lovely decor. Log fire was very inviting. Staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel! Everything is perfect from A to Z. Location is great, reception is super friendly and helpful, room is extremely clean with very high quality equipments, breakfast is wonderful with a lot of variety. Not a single drawback, highly recommended.
