Very friendly staff

The hotel is very clean, the location is very god and the staf is very kind

I didn’t like the breakfast. In my opinion it is very poor

Location, friendliness of the staff and breakfast was nice.

My room was almost on the ground floor and whenever i had to change i needed to close the curtains, otherwise everybody can see inside my room.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfy.

I asked the front desk if there was only one airport in Brussels. He said there was only one so it ended up costing me over 200 euro in a mad rush to Brussels 2nd airport in time to catch my flight. Air con didn't work

We were next to the lift luckily for us it was only working the last two days as it was very noisy

The hotel is convenient to the tourist part of town and the train station where Eurostar services. It is a nice hotel with a yummy breakfast

Our room (401) including the en-suite was spacious and clean, the latter had a bath which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a wide selection although the hot item choices was limited and there was no cut fruit salad. For us the location was good being close to eateries, the Eurostar train & Metro station and some of the attractions, in particular the Grand Place.

There is extensive road works in the area which we were told was due to extensions to the Metro. While we were there it was not too noisy but aesthetically it is not ideal. I don’t know when this works will complete. The air conditioning in the room was not working and talking to other guests, this was also true of their rooms. During our stay the temperature was just low enough not to need the AC for us but later in the year it will be needed. It maybe this was not available to save money. The fitness room is small and has a bike machine, a treadmill and upper body weights machine which could be better positioned to enable getting around. There is a TV here but we could not get it to work.

As always, great location, good breakfast large room.

Problem re bar service

The location was very close to restaurants and cafes and a comfortable walk to Grande Place. It was also close to a Metro station we used to go to Docks Bruxsel

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the whole hotel during our stay and it was a hot weekend. The breakfast dining area is quite small and on the first day there wasn’t a free table when we first arrived but it sorted itself out quickly.

Smart tv was not working and when you opened the window to cool the room, many flies came into it

The room was huge with a really big bed. The bathroom was also big and had a tub. Breakfast was OK but not the best we had on our holiday. It's close to the grand place and other Brussels sights. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautifully designed.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Be aware that it takes a while to get there from gare du midi and there was building work going on. It looks like a long term project with the aim of gentrifying the area. Obviously this is not in control of the hotel, but guests may wish to take public transport to avoid carrying their luggage through the building works.

Walking distance to city center. Good breakfast. Quiet, comfy rooms.

Hotel lobby was under renovation. Room was awkwardly placed after the emergency exit door.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and super helpful with all our questions and requests.

Ongoing renovation. Room was freshly painted, so there was some smell of paint. Opening windows was solutions, but I had to do that not a hotel did this. Breakfast limited for 4* hotel. Some staff are not very willing to help.

Everything was OK, the room was convenient but old fashioned. The location is central, with easy access from every direction. The breakfast was fair with good pastries, The personal was friendly and ready to answer for questions.

The location is very sketchy, weird barbwire in the yard.

Our room was large and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast, although the buffet wasn't completely ready at opening time (7:00 o'clock). I missed out on my bacon and eggs. The staff is very friendly.

We occupied a room on the street side. If we didn't open the window, we could not sleep because of the heat. When we opened the window, we could not sleep because of the street noise
