A little expensive

Decor and style of brand, also the Halloween vibe and coffee station was a nice touch. Also located in a great location and is quiet.

Bathrooms could be better in line with the room itself and the rest of the hotel. Maybe a chair or small sofa for the rooms for extra comfort.

Busy, noisy bar/restaurant meant hotel of second importance. Plus very darkly lit corridors.

Breakfast was disappointing. I've decided to buy it additionally after seeing reviews and it was not worth it. Choice was very limited, items were not named and cooold. For this price you can get something much better in the city.

We booked the hotel because of the style; the room looked good, but was extremely small. The restaurant in the main building looked very good/stylish. The hotel was very close to sights and restaurants

We had a room across the street from the main building and there was no elevator. We had to carry our suitcases through the narrow staircase.

First night supposedly upgraded to 3bed suite with complimentary items across the road. The room was great but no sleep ALL night due to street noise. Considered booking into another hotel but they very quickly found us a twin room at the back of main hotel for remaining nights.

Comfortable bed in the heart of Brussels. So close to everything. Staff were friendly and asked if I wanted a street view or a quieter room.

Very good location. Buffet breakfast was generous. The room was simple but comfortable - adequate for a 2 night stay.

No coffee/tea-making facilities (coffee machine was on a different floor). The room was rather cold, and one of the curtains had come off its hooks.

Comfortable room in the middle of the city centre, at walking distance from the central station and from many touristic highlights. Our room was located at the back of the building, away from street noise. There were complementary snacks and wine in the room, which we were pleasantly surprised by!

Our room was in a different building across the street, which made the coffee facilities that were apparently located in the main building inconvenient for us. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there were no mugs to drink the coffee from. Also no tea bags or water cooker in the room. There were air-conditioning machines just outside the window, so we kept the window closed to keep out the noise.

Was very noisy up till 5am, couldn’t sleep well. Tea & coffee machine is not in the room, so had to go to the coffee room to get one was a bit tiring.

Location is a fantastic, walking distance to restraunts, bar, and just fun for walking. bad is pertty comfy and staffs are kind.

Hotel was very central, close to all the local sights and amenities. Room was small but adequate, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel and it was really good.

I booked this hotel mainly because it’s in the city center and has a bar. When we wanted to grab a drink, though, we were told the bar was closed — which was disappointing, since that was one of the reasons I chose this place. Our room faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet from outside, which was nice. Unfortunately, we could hear absolutely everything from the hallway through the room door, so it wasn’t very peaceful. The air in the room was also quite stale, as if it hadn’t been aired out for a while. Overall, the location is great, but the comfort and services didn’t really meet expectations.

Style, comfort, location, staff all top! We enjoyed the cocktails at the lounge after a long day of work and the breakfast was very complete.

Small details like very strong cleaning/chemical products smell throughout the building, it was impossible to ge the TV connected to devices to cast.

There was one instance where a housekeeper did not shut our door completely after cleaning. When we arrived our door was open, though nothing was missing, it gave us a bit of a scare.

Convenience and very quiet, my room.

Fire Alarm went off at 1am the morning before I was flying out, absolutely no sleep the entire night, had to vacate rooms etc. very disruptive, no fire or emergency found.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old town, close to all the attractions and also the bus and train station. The breakfast was excellent. The room has wonderful decoration. The staff were friendly.

The room was a bit small, and the desk was too small for someone who wants to use their laptop. Room cleaning was not very good. There were trash on the floor when I checked in and not cleaned during my stay.

An quirky slightly eccentric hotel with striking decor. Excellent shower.
