I like the stay, the people in the Bar are soo friendly.

The breakfast can be better, we eat out of the hotel for better price and more options.

Unfortunately, this hotel is very tired and needs an update, even down to the toaster at breakfast barely working, with the function knob dropping off all the time Bathroom very dated.

The location was perfect (but you cannot get a taxi right too it so have to walk a bit with cases). And the buffet breakfast was really good

The restaurant/bar on the ground floor is incredibly nosy in the evenings - cannot sit to have a quiet drink (cannot hear anyone talking) and I’d hate to be on the floor above it

The fact that you have a very late check in at 2 is not flexible for people who come earlier

I liked the hotel's location. The room is too small for a double, and you can hear everything very loudly—people walking in the hallway and a baby crying through the walls... This makes the hotel a two-star hotel. The breakfast is very modest.

One of the two rooms was a bit small

The location was great as it’s close to the Christmas markets. The room looked quite decent and clean.

The entrance looked dark and dodgy. During our stay, there was always a guy smoking pot right at the entrance. It was really unpleasant. There was no kettle in the room. We had to go to the first floor to get hot water for tea, which was not very handy. We were on floor A and the insulation was not that great as you could hear noises from the street despite having all windows closed.

Location is just perfect for Christmas markets and attractions. Decor and lighting is really great.

Not Much room for guests to have a drink in the bar area, a few times some of our group went up to bed where they would have had drinks. The mattress toppers slip off, which makes it uncomfortable. One of the 3 rooms we had was not properly cleaned.

The location is very central and the facilities are fine. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, which seemed popular.

There was a noise in the room, coming from AC or from the heating system.

Yes, the entrance of the hotel is through Craves restaurant, so do not worry and just walk in :) Location was perfect, just minutes walk to every central touristic locations. There is a market next to the hotel and also a secure underground carpark very close. My room (226) was looking at the back, it had no view but it was very quiet. The room was very very small but location compansates this and it was perfectly adequate for one person's short stay.

No fridge in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation (Metro, bus). Very comfortable rooms and nice and helpful personnel. I truly recommend

The coffee facility out of order in the morning - impossible to prepare coffee although the capsules are provided in the room In the evening - the noise from the restaurant on the ground floor a little disturbing

We went for the christmas Market and you couldn't get a better location, the hotel is right in the middle of the 2 main sites for the Markets, even if your not there for the markets the location is still perfect. Rooms are decorated lovely.

Nothing to really moan about, our roof was small but still had everything we needed.

The room was smaller than what we expected and there was no closet to put away our close. It was a bit tricky since we stayed for four nights.

The only two things let it down - one shower head couldn’t be adjust very well to get a decent shower but lots of hot water. Second - it would have been nice to be open for some fresh air

Very central location in the heart of Brussels, near the metro station. The rooms are always fragrant and decorated in Art Deco style. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The ground floor features a bar and restaurant that create a lively atmosphere.

Room was a bit cold, there was an electric heater which was okay. No window insulation, so noise from street was loud

The only downside was the bathroom, which was clean enough as the room but it could do with some touch up or renovation

Coffee should be in each room not central on a floor which if making 2 cups is a nightmare to carry, use lifts and open room doors. Decor although interesting creates gloom being all dark green. Am sure does not meet most people's expectations of a modern hotel.

Decor and style of brand, also the Halloween vibe and coffee station was a nice touch. Also located in a great location and is quiet.

Bathrooms could be better in line with the room itself and the rest of the hotel. Maybe a chair or small sofa for the rooms for extra comfort.

Breakfast was disappointing. I've decided to buy it additionally after seeing reviews and it was not worth it. Choice was very limited, items were not named and cooold. For this price you can get something much better in the city.

We booked the hotel because of the style; the room looked good, but was extremely small. The restaurant in the main building looked very good/stylish. The hotel was very close to sights and restaurants

We had a room across the street from the main building and there was no elevator. We had to carry our suitcases through the narrow staircase.
