The thrill of going into the arcade and staying in an historic building. Fresh breakfast. Easy after hours access. Good communication pre stay. Big bathroom with fluffy, big towels.

The Location is amazing, it's located in the Gallerias , absolutely awesome and very close to central station. Looking down from the window across the way was the Rolex shop, and all the famous chocolate shops and cafes

A little bit noisy in the street at night but nothing to lose any sleep over!

The huge floor space and bath was amazing! I had a 1 night stay post 4 nights camping at Tomorrowland so the room felt luxurious! The full size bath tub was exactly what my body needed There is no aircon but the fan provided was sufficient overnight and the windows all open and let in a nice breeze. There is a mini bar with soft drinks and water for guests located in the hall. Luggage can be stored at a chocolate shop next door as the hotel itself isn't staffed I also attended an event at the Theatre below so the location could not have been better.

Breakfast is great ..... if you eat meat and dairy (which unfortunately I don't) There were no alternatives eg oat milk so it was just bread and spreads for me, and a tiny fruit cup. The coffee is very ordinary and there was no tea provided in the room.

Not enough communication poor instruction on the information sheet,so dark couldn't find the lights when you went in . Hot water not always consistent Somebody took my milk from fridge that I had purchased bit annoying. Bath kept emptying.

Excellent location and beautiful HUGE room. The breakfast was lovely and the room cooled off nicely at night with the windows open.

The shower had issues draining. While beautiful location it was a little challenging to find.

Fantastic location and the room was really spacious and set up beautifully.

Basic amenities were missing like having the soap by the sink, there was no place to hang your towel by the shower and there was no shampoo. Form over function throughout. It was also tricky to get in touch with the staff when we arrived before check in time to stash our luggage.

The location is amazing and unbeatable. The rooms are an excellent size.

The location of Le Vaudeville is absolutely perfect...a bit surreal, as it's in the centre of a beautiful shopping arcade, surrounded by gorgeous Belgian chocolate shops, and within a few minutes ' walk to the Grand Place and the old part of the city. It's so close to great bars, cafés and restaurants and also a 5 minute walk to the Central train station ( which has a really regular service to the main Midi station-3 minute journey). Our room was 'Black and White', and it is tastefully decorated, with an enormous stylish shower room, a really comfy bed and perfect tranquility. Lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to return at some point as it's in a brilliant location for exploring Brussels. Communication was great. We were delayed so our check in was organised with easy instructions in French and English re. accessing the building from inside the shopping arcade etc.

For what we paid, there is nothing I can criticise ( we're English so teabags and real milk maybe?) but the little coffee machine was excellent.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast basic continental but adequate.

Arrived early, 10.30am. Check in normally 13.30 till 18.00. No where to leave bags. Found out to late you can leave them next door in the chocolate shop , would have been nice to know beforehand ☹️

Good location, nice room, fridge with free drinks and helpful staff. The check out day my wife was sick, feeling unwell. Our flight at 19:25pm. So I phoned the property to request late check out. But our room was busy, unable to do it. I was disappointed because we are no where to go! The friendly staff found the way, he sent someone to help and tranfer us to another room. She can rest in this room until 16:30pm, then we took the train to the airpoirt. He is so kindness. Many thanks to him.

- No staff onsite - Should be more clear to let everyone know this property is check in/check out by yourself. If you didn't read your email and receive the code to enter the building, could be difficulty and confusing. - No safety deposite box - Can add one pillow more (4 pillows) instead of 3 pillows -Rooms without any number or name

Location - excellent close to shops , attractions, Train station, restaurants and bus pick up for tours, a very happy place, lots of people, Room is big with private bathroom. Breakfast is great . There is a big picture of a guy in the room, as if he is watching you while you are sleeping. not fond of it.

Hard to communicate with the staffs, you could hardly see them. you don't see them at all. If you have question there is nobody to ask. instruction was if you have concern call or text and someone will come out.. huh?

the location is great， but not so easy to find it ， it is in Galeries Royales Saint Hubert， the gate is right next La Belgique Gourmande. La Belgique Gourmande would help store your luggage for hours after you check out.

Room ans bathroom were beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Super good location. The included breakfast was delicious.

i was feeling playing in an escape room when i needed to reach the room: no lights on corridors, codes for accessing, guessing which is the right room, guessing where the breakfast room; no warm water when i took my shower; thin walls and hearing everything from the others travelers; no contact person/staff: you are on your own

Fabulous l9cation, spacious room.

The location was wonderful - close to the train station, in the heart of the city, and directly in the shopping gallery. They also offered that we could check out late (until 1pm) if we wanted, which was great. The room was spacious and very clean. Check in was with a code sent via message and the keys secured inside.

Overall, no major concerns. There were no directions on how to check out and when we tried to call, it seemed the number wasn't working. It wasn't an issue for us though.

The breakfast was superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The ambiance was charming, and it truly felt like home.

No hotel staff were present to greet us upon arrival.

The lights on the stairs were difficult to find so I walked up and down the staircase without lighting and almost fell down the stairs

The breakfast option of cereal was just one museli. And there is no egg option on the first day after we told them they hv provided egg on second day.

Excellent location in the centre of the historical square, Comfort and Generous Space.

Rooms were too dark to my liking (a couple of extra ceiling or floor lamps may have helped). Floors were a little squeaky due to old wooden parquet as the B&B is located in a historical/protected building.

My bedroom was amazing size, very impressed. The vicinity was amazing. Was allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was a win, win.

Even though I had a beautiful room, the windows were unable to open, which meant the room was hot. I like cool bedrooms. Thank god my friend was next door, she opened all her windows which let air into mine. Once entering the main door of the B&B, it was dark, with no lights. Entering the second door to go to the lifts, there is no light. Thankfully, I had read previous reviews regarding light problems and had my moblie phone light on and ready.

Perfectly located right next to grand place. Nice breakfast. Easy check in. Would definetely recommend it.

Spacious room, large bathroom, ok breakfast (see photo). I don't know much more because I came drunk and left early. The room was warm, with soft mattresses. Outside of the B&B, you can buy chocolate or Rolex.

I did not like early waking, but this accommodation is not responsible.

Very good communication about key and entering the building. Emails were answered within minutes. Mini bar on the landing outside the room were free. Breakfast was good. Location was great, just a short walk from the train station and up above a shopping gallery. Would certainly stay there again.

Pillows were nearly nonexistent and no extras.

The location is excellent, very central, within walking distance of many tourist places and very well connected to nearby metro and train stations. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offers a good mix of sweet, savory and healthy options.

The only comment to improve is the communication with clients, the property did not respond to queries through the booking.com application. However, we got answers from the maids who tended the property. We wanted to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout and it was possible for free at a nearby chocolate shop.

Very original setting in an actual theater, felt like an actor on tour. Huge room and bathroom space, clean and crispy bedsheets.

Breakfast was average, with no human being (meaning staff) available to inquire more about what's on offer.

The location is excellent - you can't beat it and, although central, it was very quiet inside. It's very close to Gare Centrale and many forms of transport; also to the Grand Place. The bedroom (Magritte) had real character and was beautiful, with wonderful artwork. The bed was very, very comfortable. And the room temperature was just perfect, none of that over-heating you so often have in hotels. Brussels is now very expensive to stay in so I did think this was good value, relatively speaking.

The bathroom was spartan, even institutional in its condition, there was not even a hook or rail near the (door/curtain-less) shower to hang your towel. The clothes rail was placed in front of the towel radiator so you couldn't easily hang your towel to dry either - okay if you stay just one night, but not otherwise. It's also not great to have to hang your clothes in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent but I want hotels to think more about sustainability and having hard plastic pots for a small portion of fruit is just not acceptable, ditto on individual yoghurts etc: it seemed like breakfast was about reducing staffing, with no consideration for environmental costs. It would be useful if they would update the notice on their window downstairs to remind guests to check their email for entry instructions if arriving in the evening or night. I had been travelling for a few days and hadn't had a chance to check emails and it was only early evening when I arrived. I didn't interact in person with any staff except to hand my key over - and it would have been good to know the process for checking out. I didn't have to leave bags but I'm not sure I could have and I am not sure this hotel would suit people who need to talk to staff about anything related to their stay.

The perfect location, the luxurious bath/bathroom, large comfortable bed, spacious room, good communication, clear and easy instructions to enter, complimentary beverages, room well-heated ... We will definately stay there again!

Few small comments: Coffee machine in room wasn't working - seemed to be blocked. One lightbulb gone in bathroom. Didn't manage to switch on one bedside lamp. That said, the staff were happy to hear comments. Bathroom is nearly perfect, but could you provide some softer (romantic) lighting?

The location - right in the center of the city - it's not noisy The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was big. Some beers were waiting for us in the fridge The breakfast was delicious and consisted of: ham, salami, 2 types of cheese, pastry, fruits and yogurt. All in all I'm really glad we stayed here!

The location was perfect ... right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Everything else was wonderful.

The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The staff I saw during the morning was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing.

The bathroom could use a renovation and a make-over. The floor is a hard-to-clean wood-floor, the furniture except the bed were a little old and uncomfortable.

The location is precisely at the city center and just a few steps from the central station. The room is clean, the staff are really helpful. The bed is so comfortable.

There is no door for the bathroom. and the keys should have been separated (between the main door and the room door) just in case one of the family/couple wants to stay out longer than the other.

The location was truly amazing. Close to everything but also a bit more special than most. Large and comfortable room.

Kids bed was not comfortable and there is no staff to prepare breakfast

The location could not have been better and the room was massive. Some reviews said that their rooms were noisy, but our room was quiet and we had no issue. Even our baby slept through the night.

It would have been nice to have some soap/towels in the kitchen. Also the flooring.. I'm not sure what to say about this. It didn't bother us exactly, I just question how they clean it since it seemed to be a very old wood. And there were some places where I was concerned my baby might get a splinter while walking on it.

For me it was complicated to find the apartment because there was two gallery’s with same number 15.

Challenge to get into the facility and get to the room.
