Its location, it was close to everything but far enough out to not feel like we were in the city centre.

The room 206 was exceptional. My daughter got married from this suite and it was perfect for hairdresser, makeup artist and bridal party all together. Fabulous backdrop over the marina for photos.

Location is excellent and the room we had was large with a very comfortable bed. Great views across the harbour and within easy walking distance of many interesting places. Breakfast was ordered each evening from a list and delivered to our room at a time of our choosing and it was very good. Not cheap by any means but we would choose it again in an instant.

Great room, with friendly staff. Yoga mats provided too which we used on the Harbour deck area.

No proper lounge/bar

We felt very welcome. We were greeted with the biggest smile!!! We felt pampered. The facilities were so far above our expectations. We loved the view of the harbor. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The location was perfect. We were able to use the T, the Hop on/off bus and walk to all the sights we wanted to visit. SHHHH don't tell anyone about this place. Keep it to yourselves!!

I love this hotel. It is a fabulous location. The staff are great and I like that it is small and never too busy as there are just 10 rooms. Love the breakfast delivered every morning.

That I can't live there forever.

We arrived two hours early than we expected and communicated. The very friendly lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and directly took care of us and checked what she could do with our check in. After a short wait in the very nice common room she came back and brought us to our room. That was great service and very helpfull. The room was very nice and spacious and the location on the Boston Harbor is just awesome. Sitting out there on a bench on the evening to watch the water and ships driving around was a highlight of the day.

Absolutely beautiful and unique spot in Boston. Close to everything. Breakfast included and delivered to your room, lucked out and got to park there too. Felt like a getaway from the city while being in the city with all the amenities somehow! Favorite stay in Boston, will be hard to top this.

Spacious !!!! Clean & best location.

The breakfast came on time and was beautifully displayed. Bud vase very nice touch. Inlet was overcooked. Bagel was over toasted. Hard as a rock. Yogurt was not very high quality. I debated calling and asking for it to be remade. The room decor was lovely. Gentleman who answered door and showed me around properly and room was very nice and professional.

Clock was set to wrong time. Arrived close to 10 pm and was starved. There was absolutely nothing to eat. Would have even appreciated pretzels. There was a bottle of white wine in the room, but it was out and who wants white wine room temperature! There were a few chocolate chip cookies left but they were as hard as a rock.

Everything. The staff from the get go was amazing, super friendly and helpful! The room itself was superb, spacious, modern and clean. The Captain’s lounge was really nice. The location was very nice, we enjoyed staying on the harbour with awesome views and away from the city centre itself. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to. The breakfast was also the best I ever had at any hotel. When we checked out we took an uber to the airport. In between all the packing and loading the car with a busy toddler we forgot my carry-on bag at the front door. We only figured this out when we were at the airport and they contacted me. They phoned me and I asked if anyone can bring the bag. Jack and the team at Boston Yacht Haven was beyond amazing and the extra mile the went with bringing the bag was exceptional. I would definitely go back. And would highly recommend this place

Large room with great views in superb location

The location was perfect for exploring Boston and its attractions on foot. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was amazing. You chose what you wanted the night before, what ti e you would like it from 3 time slots and it was delivered to your room. We had our breakfast on the balcony every day as the weather was hot. We chose fresh fruit, omelettes, toast and bagels which were all delicious.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We liked the property very much

The room was incredible, overlooking the marina, very peaceful and therapeutic. We had a leak in our bathroom meaning we had to move out of our room one night but the manager refunded us for the night. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We loved it.

The leak spoilt our stay a little unfortunately but that was very unexpected and the team made up for this unfortunate event by providing us with another room and refunding us for the night.

Excellent location. This is a hidden Gem! The room was gorgeous with amazing harbor views.

Fantastic place, staff were charming and helpful. The room was lovely, some fabulous touches with the decor but also a great fridge and coffee machine in the room. Underfloor heating in bathroom was unexpected but great. Bed was so comfy we wanted to take it home with us. The breakfast in the morning was the best we have ever had. You select your hot and cold items the night before and they are delivered to your room. Really close to some lovely restaurants.

Beautiful property in the North End on the harbor. Easy to walk to so many parts of Boston. The staff went above and beyond to see we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful!

Location was amazing, room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the breakfast made the mornings incredible with top notch food with one less meal to plan for each day.

Staff was extraordinarily kind and attentive. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet with a touch of luxury. Late check-in was convenient and easy. Location on the water provided a vacation feel and the walk to attractions in the North End was easy and pleasant.

Location, Location, Location. Close 2nd is the staff and size. 2nd time staying here in the same room. Last stayed there in March 2019 and stayed this past weekend again. Will definitely be back sooner, was even better what we remembered! Close to the best food and tons of history!!

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Definitely the best hotel I've stayed in, with awesome dockside views in huge rooms, to its low number of rooms and guests, this hotel feels really special, located at the end of a long wharf, yet walkable to all the amazing things Boston has to offer. It's really quiet, I barely heard or saw another guest and I particularly liked the privacy of not having a manned reception after 6pm when you roll in from the bar late, (the Inn Keeper lives on site and is just a phonecall away if you need staff out of hours dont worry). We checked in very late at night and key cards where in coded boxes on the front door, the card lets you into 3 areas, the reception, the hallways upstairs, and into your room, so it all feels very private, boutique and safe. Breakfast is brought to you by the Inn Keeper who is one of the loveliest people (kept missing your name sorry too British to ask again), and he's been doing the job forever, knows the city well, but also knows when to just pop breakfast down and leave quickly when you're hungover, he even noticed I'd missed the biscuits one morning and bought me one up without being asked. Mo on the front desk is super friendly too and she can't do enough to help you. The rooms are huge, beds are so comfy, I even checked the make of the mattress, and the pillows (we went back home and purchased the extra long pillows you provide they're so good). Aircon is great, quiet enough we slept with it on low all night. Loads of different coffees available, water, juice, even biscuits on the hallway lunch to dinner times and a bottle of wine in the room. The views are just amazing, we got the corner room 208, yes some windows look over the private carpark, but also the amazing city lights too, the carpark is half empty and barely used, so I liked both views on corner.

The delicious breakfasts always included in stay would be lifted by vegetables, some avocado / tomatos / mushrooms on the menu by day 7, but understand this isn't usual in American hotel breakfasts (usually heavy on egg, pastry, bread / yellow items) so understand your angle and enjoyed the wide variety for a small hotel for first few days. Fruit plate is a beautiful healthy option already on your menu. Room black out could be improved slightly, but it's good enough as is, once on timezone currently.

The Boston Yacht Haven is perfectly situated, adjacent to the North End and overlooking the water. It is a relatively small and intimate location, with a wonderful staff and nice in-room amenities. It was certainly a nice surprise to have breakfast included and delivered to the room in the morning. The facility itself is clean and very comfortable.

Although included in the room rate, the breakfast portions could have been a little more robust.

Fabulous location on the waterfront with easy access to all attractions

Very quiet and clean. The room was very well stocked including a bottle of wine and water every day and always smelt wonderful.
