Temperature in the house is by far too low - it’s for Europeans like an ice house. Windows cannot be opened in the rooms. Bathroom in a deluxe king room too small.

Great non- intrusive air conditioning! Fabulous smelling hand soap/ shampoo/ conditioner ! A beautiful special added touch - an ice cream cupcake sundae with sparkler for my daughter’s birthday . Beds sooo comfortable! Staff very caring and very helpful

Could have done with some instructions re coffee machine .. or if there were there - I couldn’t see

Small room next door to staff room where the door was opened and closed loudly in the mornings. Terrible view - even though reception tried to sell it with the beehives - which you had to strain your head to see anyway. Didn't think it was great value for money and not what I expected from a deluxe room.

I have back problems and for the first time in years, I awoke with NO back pain. The bed was sensational!!!

Toilet was so close to the shower glass and the flushing handle was on that side. Very difficult to get my hand to it.

It was simply PERFECT. Beautiful property, great location, amazing bed in an upscale clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast in an impressive looking dining room. Staff in reception and restaurant were very courteous and professional.

Only communal toiletries provided in the showers. Housekeeping leaving the communal bottles closed after refilling, necessitating reopening each one daily for use. My room by the service elevator was very noisy at night.

The Langham club was good, and the hotel staff were helpful. The hotel is a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Excellent location. Excellent service at the front desk. Grana and The Fed are my favorite restaurants in Boston, food is amazing. Such a delightful experience all around.

The front desk was beyond helpful and friendly, the entire hotel was spotless. We were not only able to check in early but we were able to get lavender scented pillow’s delivered to our room while we were out at our show and they made up the pull out couch for us before we even came back without having to ask!

Location- excellent Stayed here several times and only just went to the gym.. I was delighted! They have 2 indoor pools as well ( one for children) The beds are extremely comfortable They have a pillow menu... yes !!💯

Last minute booking and hospitality was outstanding, from the gentleman who initially greeted us at the door, to reception staff, bell boy/porter and restaurant servers. Staff went above and beyond - offering a free UG on check-in, to a beautiful suite, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to the room, on ice, to celebrate an anniversary. Pool area relaxing, (although jacuzzi was incredibly hot) - area well maintained and facilities more than adequate. Beautifully decorated for the festive season and the bar area was inviting, with a real vibe about it. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay again.

Only down side - no bath in the suite - shower only.
