In the middle of Downtown Bordeaux at walking distance of everything. Excillerating design combined with maximum comfort. Not a cost was spared to make the rooms as enjoyable as possible.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were so helpful. We got an upgrade of our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Location perfect and close to everything. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff were friendly. Room was great, clean, plenty of space. Breakfast was very good, selection of breads and spreads, option of a fruit plate, granola and yoghurt and then a selection of egg dishes, my wife really liked the detox fruit juice.

The hotel is extremely stylish and is centrally located being just a short stroll to the main areas of Bordeaux. We had a pre-dinner drink on the terrace. Beautifully presented and it was a very enjoyable environment to be in. Overall a lovely hotel and we would return if travelling to Bordeaux again.

The TV kept dropping out of signal so watching a late movie was impossible.

The old structure/mansion was converted to sizeable rooms with contemporary furnishings and playful touches. The room was large and it felt luxurious. The staff was excellent!

I would say that although the location is considered downtown, it is a bit out of the center. Some walking is involved.

We loved the design, the high ceiling, the room was well equipped with Dyson hairdryer and even steamer. The room was super clean, inner yard was calm

Please consider sound proofing and insulating the walls as I had the inconvenience of listening to the room next door every word. For the hotel to be truly luxury I would suggest sound proofing

Personalized service. Food made at your request. Expertly done Breakfast. Creatively designed room. The Crazy room was Crazy good and Roomy like a mini suite. Well stocked wine and liquors at the lobby area. Beautiful modern decor utilized In a classic space .

Stylish hotel with an excellent location, great attention by staff and cloister silence indoors to be able to have a splendid stay. Honorary mention to the exquisite breakfast with homemade croissant and outstanding crêpes.

Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Facilities such as the steamer and the hairdryer were of great quality.

My only criticism was the fact that wine, biscuits and crisps/crackers were left on the side in our room which we assumed were a good will gesture as this was different to the mini bar, yet we were charged €6 for a bag of crackers. This should have been explained to us and €6 is slightly excessive.

I loved the location (Bordeaux) because it is very quaint and gives off that original French feel, with tiled streets and lovely restaurants. The rooms of the hotel are so artsy, colourful and original!!!

Boutique hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We appreciated the connection they made with one of the vendors for taking a tour in the city. The suite we were upgraded to was great in terms of the area. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom which is rare in France!

Despite being upgraded to the largest suite, it was located in an upper floor without any elevators which caused some challenges moving the large luggage up. The restaurant has limited space, compared to the number of rooms available. It’s a bit far from the City Center (sea side). Another thing I hope it gets resolved is the parking on-premises, we asked for a reserved parking spot during check-in for one day. It was accepted by the front desk staff, however, they had to park the car in another property. I was concerned that night because of a review I saw on TripAdvisor claiming one of the guest’s rental car was scratched. I was worried, but thankfully we received back our car in the same condition we left it.

Intimate boutique hotel, but rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with all necessary amenities, breakfast was excellent, staff very professional and friendly, cute backyard to have a meal

The breakfast was very tested and served fast and professionally. The hotel building is historical one but has all the modern facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were sometimes confused trying to find the place :).

Loved the contemporary and whimsical furnishings. Our room was so spacious- it all felt like home. Being able to have dinner at the hotel made everything so comfortable. It was wonderful. Not a traditional hotel at all- part of its charm.

Felt that the staffing was compromised with one chap serving breakfast and in between, having to collect our car.
